Who told you that PMB has no certificate(s)? Have you gone through his profile/biography? Or you think just because he pleaded the minimum qualifications required by law to contest for President means thats all he has?

The Constitution stipulates SSCE as the minimum requirement for election as governor. What Obaseki will do will be to present his SSCE to INEC. Case closed.

Sure. But he cannot unsubmit the other credentials he already submitted, and if they're indefensible, he could be disqualified by a Tribunal, even after wining. So, the man now na bad market.

In politics, always conceal your intention and never reveal your next move / Plan B. Let PDP adopt him as their candidate first. If he wins, then you'll know the inconsistencies.

The governor and his deputy are principal witnesses in their case, and as such they'll appear. I closely followed the Governorship, State and Federal House election petition cases in my state, and I saw all the Defendants (including the already sworn in governor) mount the witness box as witness to testify

An election petition tribunal I think are special Courts set up for specific functions.

Section 308 insulates the Deputy Governor from court processes, appearances et Al...he can easily delegate same responsibility to someone to represent him.

Why are they legally represented at the Tribunal if the Court has no powers/jurisdiction to try them? The Section 308 you're referring to doesn't shield them from trial at the election petition tribunal. That's why an already sworn in governor, House member or President can be sacked by the Tribunal.

That order is completely invalid. You cannot order a Deputy Governor who is under immunity to appear before any court or tribunal for any issue whatsoever.

An Election Petition Tribunal can. Its a post election case, and not a criminal or civil case.
