He is right. He reports only to his principal. Was he voted for? NO. Was his name sent to the Senate for approval/confirmation? NO. Is his office under/in any govt ministry/agency/parastatal? NO. Did he take any oath of office? NO.

Happened in SS2. I replied a love letter, but on delivery, it got intercepted by a Corper, who made it land in the Staff room. My mum and her mum were later invited by the VP. You can imagine how messy it got. How I wish I didn't write that letter. For that Corper, well, I wish her well.
