Gnaeusmagnus: A really 'good response....would be to quarantine everyone that comes into the country by road, air and sea for 14 days...and even then that is not guaranteed to stop the virus...as some people may still come down with the disease afterwards (and is a logistical nightmare) My point exactly! In saner climes, new arrivals will first be quarantined for 14 days at the Port of entry, then transferred to their houses for further 14 days of self isolation! All the passengers on board the patient's plane is vulnerable to the virus. Some have proceeded to the East, some to the North and other places! Who will follow them up? |

muykem: The present government response to coronavirus is more impressive than that of Ebola. Without any victim, we now have reserved centre, money has been allocated. Assuming Ebola was taken serious like this. The guy that brought Ebola to Nigeria will be detected at airport. Today we have prevention while then is cure. Thanks. The Chinese Nationals that were tested at a private hospital in Lagos passed through MMIA without being tested or quarantined This government is ill prepared, forget all the noise they are making |

DominusPrime: I still don't understand the argument against banning guns in America It's good to ban guns if it can be controlled totally as carrying guns by everyone may lead to anarchy and more lawlessness. However, if they ban guns, there'll always be gunrunners and the bad people will always have guns to kill the ordinary people who can't defend themselves because they've been disarmed by the government. But if the shooter and the victims have guns, the best, fastest shooter wins! Imagine how many Killer herdsmen their victims would've dropped |

Barbie15: Hello Everyone, I am still awake by this time cause couldn't sleep. I have invited the ant infested fire wood. I am a married house wife , though a graduate but jobs weren't coming fourth. My husband is not really trying his best to provide for us ,I do some online stuffs to assist. My hubby lives in fantasy,he always believes that tomorrow will be better, he will build mansions etc but he doesn't do any practical hustle. He believes in that one political appointment can make him super rich but year after year there will be no progress.
I became frustrated that I can't even make my hair nor buy creams. I was so in lack with my kids. My online biz doesn't pay every time. There was this guy I met online and we moved our conversation to whatsap. He chat like old school friends. He works with a bottling company in PH. I started asking him for assistance, he will send 10k, 5k and at one time 15k for me. It was quite a relieve for me. It happens that he decided to spend his leave in Aba at his friends place. We decided to see for the first time. I went to the place and surprisingly he was all alone. He was tall and huge and obviously younger. We gisted, talked about vancancies in his place of work. We had a little to drink and he kissed me ,one to led to another and we had a very hot sex together right in the sitting room. I felt guilty but he started petting me to relax that I am not the first married woman he has made love to. He gave me 20k but I still felt guilty.
5 days later he called me to come to same house but I objected and I even stopped taking his calls. I was shocked when I entered my whatsap and saw him threating to expose me and post my nude on Facebook that he recorded us and me after we finished when I was nacked and crying...He said his friend was actually inside the room and on the passage recording me. He said I must come for him to keep having sex with me till he leaves Aba. That all the money he spent me on I must pay it back. I am really confused cause I am not sure if he really recorded the videos but he only showed me a picture of me nacked and anyone that doesn't know me too well won't recognise that it's me. He promised to show me the video tomorrow afternoon. I don't know what to do. Please I don't need insults kindly advice me Please go and report at the police station, armed with the Whatsapp message he used to threaten you. However, know ye that anything can happen after that, that is; your husband may be involved at the end of the day Or you can set him up and get a lawyer to meet up and discuss the legal implication or his threat and attempted blackmail |

Dear Southerners stop giving people who feel they are entitled to your money, let them starve on the streets if they want to or let them follow tomatos lorry back to their various states to continue their begging culture there.
The day I saw a Hausa woman beggar eating food I cannot afford with two meat and pure water is the day I stopped giving these beggars money,to think all her kids were there too hustling and holding people's clothes to beg for money made it even more disgusting. As for me, my family, friends and colleagues, we don't give them shishi. Instead, I'll give to the real poor, not these wicked, domineering and lazy sloths who have chosen begging over working |

Besides, there's already a subtle ethnic war going on in the country.
