You will make a good pastor then. Lying pathologically is one of the good qualities of a true religious leader. If that don't work, go into politics. Make your weakness your pay check. 3 Likes 1 Share |

haddeylium: You tell me. A cell has many biochemical reactions happening at a time, up to 1 billion reactions per second. But so does a space ship have many millions of programs and billions of calculations to cater to, by the mainframe, every second. Not even taking in the fact that the space ship is much much larger. It also depends on the type of cell, the red blood cell would be much less busier than a brain cell for example. So what? |
Religion / Re: Where Do Animals Go After Death, Heaven Or Hell by Bacteriologist(m): 4:50pm On Dec 02, 2020 |
haddeylium: And I say a spaceship requires a maker because every other spaceship I have seen was naturally designed. i.e I have evidence that spaceships are designed. My reason for the response was due to a reasoning based on induction. How did you conclude that life necessarily requires a supernatural maker? |
Religion / Re: Where Do Animals Go After Death, Heaven Or Hell by Bacteriologist(m): 4:46pm On Dec 02, 2020 |
haddeylium: No, I am saying we don't know where life came from..YET. And I thought I just debunked an "INTELLIGENT " designer few posts ago. Don't make me think I'm wasting my time talking with a blockhead. No offense meant. Back to the discussion; You need to take a long hard look at the possibilities. Life on earth: 1. Could have been created by a supernatural force (albeit unintelligently) 2. Could have come from other planets (another life form visiting earth sometime ago) 3. Could have formed from completely natural processes (chemistry and biochemistry) 4. Could have always existed.. These are the possibilities I can think of atm. Tell me how you ruled out all the other possibilities and accepted option 1 to be the correct one. And how you arrived at your particular god being that supernatural force. |

FatherOFJesus2: Haha seems like you're just having fun talking with the bloke. Variation can't lead to evolution ke..lol..maybe he should publish his hypothesis in a journal for peer review and win a Nobel prize for debunking evolution then |
Religion / Re: Where Do Animals Go After Death, Heaven Or Hell by Bacteriologist(m): 4:16pm On Dec 02, 2020 |
haddeylium: What has that got to do with the big bang? or anything I have discussed so far? |
Religion / Re: Where Do Animals Go After Death, Heaven Or Hell by Bacteriologist(m): 4:15pm On Dec 02, 2020 |
FatherOFJesus2: Lol I am following the conversation although I try to avoid evolution conversations with theists. It's a pity when they think evolution is an atheist thing when several religious people now accept the evolution theory. It just shows a lack of knowledge of physical laws and basic biology, when a person cannot grasp the simple concept of evolution. Maybe they should give us their explanation of why drug resistance and vaccination shots exist then. |
Religion / Re: Where Do Animals Go After Death, Heaven Or Hell by Bacteriologist(m): 4:10pm On Dec 02, 2020 |
haddeylium: Ok so what do you mean by incredible? I wouldn't necessarily believe it. Unless you can demonstrate to me that it indeed formed itself in a big bang process. |
Religion / Re: Where Do Animals Go After Death, Heaven Or Hell by Bacteriologist(m): 4:06pm On Dec 02, 2020 |
FatherOFJesus2: Right! Classic case of theists cherrypicking what suits that indoctrinated narrative when they say intelligent design. "When I look at the trees, waterfalls.." "When I see a beautiful sunset.." How about "When I see a new born baby larger than the birth canal of the mother causing serious vaginal tears or even death to the mother.." "When I see natural disasters.." "When I see conjoined twins.." It's just the hypocrisy of leaving out the death threats in the Quran when muslims say islam is a religion of peace. Or the bible supporting slavery and genocidal killings and christians say it is a book that is morally perfect. |
Religion / Re: Where Do Animals Go After Death, Heaven Or Hell by Bacteriologist(m): 4:00pm On Dec 02, 2020 |
haddeylium: It could be design, just not an intelligent one. I just helped you debunk the "incredible" part of it. But you haven't even proved how human body part is "designed." Your god of the gaps fallacy is hanging out like a thread. "We don't know x, therefore god did it." 200 years ago we couldn't put anything afloat in the air. Today we have gigantic metal structures cruising the skies. That we don't know something yet, doesn't mean a God made it. That is a foolishly fatal sort of reasoning. And something cannot come from nothing. Maybe try logic 101. |

gentlesil: gentlesil: According to your write up, you are insinuating that the farmers that died somehow deserved the incident because "nobody is innocent of anything happening to him or her." and "everything is divinely arranged so that we have a way of paying back our debt that we owe nature, in form of wrong doings." Your theory is not only morally flawed, it is egoistic and insensitive. |

gentlesil: Sure...everyone of those farmers going about their business trying to contribute little to humanity providing precious food deserved to be killed in such a gruesome manner. You're still alive and they're gone so your actions definitely must be more noble than theirs right.. how much more narcisstic religion makes people? Why not show it to me by replying with more narcisstic egoistic shit. |

Politics / Re: NCAA Cautions Pilots, Others Over Adverse Weather In Nigerian Airports by Bacteriologist(m): 4:20pm On Dec 01, 2020 |
Flying a plane in hazy weather is no joke. Not to talk of landing. But does this indicate that nigerian pilots are not able to fly using the ILS? In the developed world, where there is even more ruthless weather, the pilots use the "Instrumental landing system" to land the plane. Even a blind man using the ILS properly will land a plane. But what do I know, everything I know about aviation is from books and game simulations 1 Share

More lies from the bible: A talking snake A talking donkey The sun refusing to set An omnipresent god playing hide and seek with Adam and Eve a flat earth Elijah flying into space on a chariot It's a pity adults who are supposedly educated believe in such unfortunately ridiculous amount of superstitious nonsense and believe it to be true. 1 Like |

Congratulations Wale! The Democrats have a dark past but they seem to have learnt from it. They now are more inclusive and accommodating of other races than any other party in the US. The white supremacist and nationalist undertone by the Republican party and Trump was their biggest downfall. There's no space in the world for tribalists, both in the local or global scale(so called nationalists). We are one in humanity. The earth belongs to everybody. No one brought a skin colour or land from heaven. 65 Likes 5 Shares |
Religion / Re: What's The Point Of Circumcision As Commanded By (abrahamic) Religions? by Bacteriologist(m): 11:53am On Nov 28, 2020 |
HedwigesMaduro: Nails don't "grow" naturally. What you see are dead cells being pushed out. Same with hair. But it would be a huge task expecting a bible basher to understand the rudiments of basic biology. Try harder with your ad hominems that expose how ignorant you really are. |
Religion / Re: What's The Point Of Circumcision As Commanded By (abrahamic) Religions? by Bacteriologist(m): 9:59am On Nov 28, 2020 |
HedwigesMaduro: There's a false equivalence there. An umbilical cord will cut off by itself after about 3 days of birth. It's not meant to be a permanent body part. The genital fore skin does not expire except being cut. It can last throughout life. You see, the two parts cannot be compared. Also, the umbilical cord can pose a health risk (e.g jaundice) for the child if not cut early. The foreskin is harmless throughout the early stages of life and can only cause problems later in life (when the child can now make decisions for himself). |
