Shove your press conference in your A.s.ses!!! You people fail to realize that the present-day Nigerian youths can not be deceived by your crooked lies!!. 1. Nigeria is insecure more than ever. Buhari's christened 'Bandits' are having a field day. 2. There is worsening hyperinflation. A 5 Naira note will stay years in your wallet because it is valueless!. 3. Oil and gas you say? Where are the refineries Buhari promised to renovate/rebuild?. How much is a liter of fuel? and how much will a liter of fuel cost after the subsidy is removed? (a move he actively campaigned against in 2011). The rate of killings by terrorists and 'Bandits' has become a daily occurrence that people now see it as normal news!. Is it the nepotism, jihadism and fascism that we want to discuss? Nigerians are just waiting patiently for this administration to finish and go!!!! |
The mystery of the pyramids confirms the existence of either aliens or the biblical nephilim. |
What is with the embassy giving false information about visa processing? The embassy informed my wife's lawyer that they are awaiting feedback from my city's foreign office. I contacted my city's foreign office and they said that they have not received any document from the embassy!!! This back n forth has been going on for over 2 months now and it is quite disgusting. |
Mrbigman1:I just sent you a pm. |
Mrbigman1:We are in the same situation. The Aüslanderamt said they have processed my wife's application since November 22nd. We have not heard anything from the Consulate since then despite several emails to them. I am having a feeling that they don't want to issue reunion visas to spouses of students. Ours has been pending for over 2 years also. |
bamdexfarms:We still have not heard from the embassy and it has been 2 weeks and a few days since the Äuslanderbehorde had gotten back to them. Is there anyone experiencing a similar delay from the embassy? Or is there probably an issue with the visa application? The waiting and anxiety is terrible ![]() |
EvergreenDiarie:Thanks, I will send you an email. I am working on the February intake. |
Hello all, the Äuslanderbehorde said they have processed the visa application and responded to the German Consulate in Lagos since last week Monday. We are yet to receive any mail from the Consulate about their final decision. Who has any idea of how long it takes the Consulate to send such emails? |
Hello Evergreen, my wife is also applying to Uni South Wales . Please do you have any format for a reference letter available? Her former lecturer who wants to write one for her asked for a format. Thank you! |

Learn Data Analytics.... You can buy cheap courses on Udemy and Coursera. |
post=105621832:Was there internet during Lincoln's era? |
If you have basic knowledge of Microsoft excel, you can learn Data Analytics. You do not need so much programming to know this skill. You can find cheap courses on Data Analytics on Udemy, Coursera or EDX. With this skill you can get job offers in countries like Germany and the UK. This is because they are in dire need of these skills and are ready to employ qualified people and issue them and their families job visas. You can also consider learning UI/UX design or web development. Within 6 months of dedicated learning, you should be able to get remote jobs for a start, which can build your work experience. You can visit German job sites like indeed.de, Stepstone.de and check for Data Analyst,, Data Science or Front end Developer job roles. You don't even need German language to get these jobs and your educational background is irrelevant, provided you have the skills. |
This is sh!t is still happening in Nigeria in an era where companies around the world always put disclaimers in their job adverts stating that : 'We do not discriminate based on age, gender and origin'. Nigeria is taking several steps backwards while other countries are moving forward. I will never regret leaving this country. |
Nigerians in Diaspora ko Nigerians in Lokoja ni. All of you are just carrying posters for the sake of your pockets! Most of you have not even been to Kogi state at all. I live in Germany and many Nigerians here reject APC like a plague! This Irabor guy is just a greedy attention seeker. |
My advise to you is very different from others. Being also a student in Germany since 2018, I have come to realize that no matter your resident status anywhere in the world, home is where the heart is. As a student, it is not mandatory to invest in Nigeria while studying but is is a very wise decision to take. Waiting until you get PR in Germany or Canada is like putting all your eggs in one basket. You can buy a plot of land in Nigeria and watch the value appreciate before you graduate! Studying/working in Europe is not easy as many people assume. The system has been designed to take back a large chunk of your earnings (tax, health insurance/ bills etc) and you may be left with nothing to save. Also getting a PR does not guaranty that your income/savings will improve. Remember, after graduation, you will not be living in the subsidized student hostels anymore. There are lots of PR holders and citizens here that can barely get by with what they earn. Some can not go back home for a visit because they have nothing to show after staying for years in the West. If you invest early in Nigeria, your life will have a purpose here in the west. I know students who have real estate investments in Nigeria and they earn returns without breaking a sweat. A wise investment in Nigeria may be your saving grace in case of emergency! Government policies in the West changes without notice and you need a solid backup at home! No investment is too early, only late investments are regrettable. |
Lai Mohammed & Femi Adesina = Dr. Joseph Goebbels of Nazi Germay |
I was among the set of Nigerians that opposed GEJ in 2015 because of his failure to tackle corruption and insecurity. However, I failed to realise that he tried very well in ensuring freedom of speech, peace, and lacks nepotism. compared to this demonic regime, I will be glad if he contests and I will VOTE for him! |
Some schools in Germany will give you admission if you have some work experience. |
There are over 2 million Syrian refugees in Germany alone. Those were the ones that could escape the war. Going to Syria right now is like digging your own grave. Do not come back online later and start shouting to be rescued. Also, the arabs see blacks as SLAVES and you are bound to be treated as such. As hard as Nigeria is currently is, it is still a paradise when compared to some countries like Syria. Your mind might be made up. But my message should go to others that may be considering Syria. It is even worse than Libya and the atrocities of the war there is being underreported. The few Syrians refugees that I am friends with here in Germany tell tales of horrors of the war. No SANE Nigerian should even think or dream of Syria. |
tunjity26:As a software developer he can apply directly for jobs in Germany and enter with a job visa. IT specialists are well sought after here and you don't even have to speak German. He can check job sites like indeed.de, stepstone.de, xing and LinkedIn. |
Bqudds:You need a BLOCKED account of 10, 200 euros to get a student visa in Germany or a sponsorship letter from a working class person there. |
Weigh your options very carefully, the cost of production will drive you crazy. Remember that you will have to provide at least 90% of the electricity for production yourself. Also, Nigeria is technically in recession and it is not advisable to start a business during this period. The purchasing power of many Nigerians has reduced greatly. Many Nigerians right now are just looking for the next decent meal. My best advise is to invest in real estate for now. You can build hostels close to academic institutions and rent to students. Keep any production based business pending!... FYI, I was among the thousands of small business owners that sprung up during the 2014/2015 era but the poor policies of the government that doesn't support small businesses dragged most of us to the ground. The success of a startup depends greatly on favorable government policies and for now, this administration is hell bent on frustrating Nigerians. Be WISE! |
Also, we did the court, church and traditional weddings and we submitted lots of pictures as evidence. Could this be also a factor? |
Hello all, my wife had her interview today. The interviewer told her that the verification by the lawyer is not needed because our marriage has already been verified (I changed my marital status here in my city earlier this year and it took 2 weeks before it was done because they verified it). Who else has had such experience? Thanks. |
Great |
homirefacuny:Hello, where did you get the bolded statement from?... I am also a student in Germany and I went back to Nigeria for my wedding. My wife is also on the family reunion waiting list. To the best of my knowledge, I think one have to live in Germany for 2 years to qualify for reunion. |
Good day everyone. I am an undergraduate student in Germany and I plan on moving to Canada as a PR with my family after graduation. Can I apply for masters immediately I get to Canada? And am I qualified for the reduced school fees as a PR? |
SKhanmi:Well, I was very young then but I could remember a very good description of the man. Fair, tall and elegant. |
@MrBrownJay1 please get your facts right and do not mislead people. You need to speak good German to land a good job in Germany! The only exception is IT-related careers. My advice to the poster is to learn German first, then other languages can follow. Germany (and other German-speaking countries) has one of the most stable economies in the world. Several jobs, free education, safe country, etc. If you can learn German up to B2 level before you graduate, then your chances of coming to Germany either as a student or expatriate is guaranteed. FYI, there are lots of Spanish and French speakers (especially Cameroonians) who dwell in Germany and were forced to learn the German language because of the stable economy of Germany. Despite the fact that French and Spanish are popular languages, most of these countries have weak economies and not recommended for migrants. So ask yourself a question; Do you want to speak a foreign language just for knowledge sake or for financial prosperity? |
Nursing in Germany requires that you speak Deutsch up to B2/C1 level as it is taught completely in Deutsch. Despite the challenges we are facing as a country, please desist from calling Nigeria a shithole! I am in Germany and I am still proud to be a Nigerian. |
The human face on the surface of that rock still scares the shit out of me till date. |
