It's a week later. Which advice did you take and how have the results turned out so far?

I'm taking it easy for now, I'm simply doing the Superman exercise, free squats, reverse abdominal curls, straight-leg kick backs. They are all very effective for lower back pain relief, I do each of these exercises everyday including push-ups and I feel great . I won't be in a hurry to start using weights (I'm not really ready for the risk) but I intend to add jugging to my list too.

On to the topic. I understand that we have different opinions, But a man spending on you is not the same as purchasing you. If a husband spends on his household, is he purchasing them?

The thing is this. A man will spend money where he sees value, be it a business venture or his PS4. If he is spending money on you, regardless of motive, you are of value to him at that time. If men are not spending on you khia, then ask yourself why they don't see you as valuable?

If a man sees a person he is spending on as property, that's because he has a twisted orientation, not because you are a bad person or you are not valuable. That he spends on you is not a license to treat you badly or tolerate bad behavior from him.

If one all the back, glutes, hamstrings are not in sync one could be over compensating for the other.

I usually do squats with barbell on my shoulders..
I always knew that something is weak somewhere, I guess it's the glutes.. but what can I do about it pls?

Hello friends, I need your help with this issue .. I'm the type that likes working out a lot, coz it makes me feel and look good & I'm quite addicted to it. But the problem now is that, I can't really do a full body workout without experiencing lower back pain, I need to develop a good stamina, but whenever I engage in a little leg workout, I usually end up with severe waist pain.. I think it may be due to the fact that I have a little Pile (haemorrhoid). I don't think I can totally cure this Pile but what I need now is how to live a normal life.. please! How can I do leg workout without developing lower back pain

I was struggling in my final year in medical school.
But she was more interested in me getting married.

I got married 2 years after during my housemanship.
