ikswiss: To chip in I would advice you to work in Nigeria as you are now but I have seen lots of Indian student that got a job after their programs but I would advice anyone of you to go for Sweden.the swedes are more liberal than the Norwegians..tack Sweden has tuition fee(average of SEK100,000 depending on your program). Before being granted a Swedish study permit, you must pay atleast 50pc of tuition fees. Norway does not charge tuition fee. It is really funny how people choose a country to study without checking the immigration policy of that country. A Norwegian student permit does not form a basis for permanent residence in Norway or long term stay in Norway. In other words students are not granted post study work permit and you are expected to return to ur homeland after your study. Student residence permit is valid only for the duration of ur study. I rare situation where your area of specialization is highly needed, you will be asked to return back to ur homeland to apply for work permit from ur homeland. Also, if you marry a local in Norway, you will also be ask to return to ur country to file for spousal visa except in critical circumstances where your wife is heavily pregnant |

DelePhd: Bros Olabode, Finland schools just dey fall my hand o, I have to appeal my rejection at Helsinki and UEF is also rejecting me stating that "The two most common reasons for rejection were one or both of the following:
· University Admission Finland did not receive applicant's proof of English language proficiency, the proof provided did not correspond to our admission criteria or the test result was insufficient. · The applicant's previous academic studies did not correspond to the content of our Master's programme, and the motivation letter or the recommendation letter did not succeed in convincing us otherwise".
Even with and 7.5 IELTS score. Now I'm left with Turku and Oulo.
Meanwhile, I got conditionally admitted (because tuition is required) to Uppsala University in Sweden and has been placed on a reserve list for tuition scholarship. What will be your advice should I get the tuition scholarship at Uppsala. If I have to choose between Sweden and Finland, what should it be? Thanks Boss. Bros.. If you have the means choose Sweden. Immigration is laxed in Sweden. Great education system, you can work unlimited as a student. Strong economy. One of the best performing/booming economy in Europe at the moment. Work Sara for Sweden |

If I may ask, who are you sef? Are u the son of Tinubu? Or do u work with shell/mobile etc? So u think having an alleged rented apartment and two tokunbo cars is the achievement of ur life that warrant you to look down on an ASP. You can't even lace the shoes of an inspector of police not to talk of an ASP. I have a sister who is an ASP and a DCO(district crime officer) there is no way u can compare urself filthy self with her both financially, respect she garners and the prestige she commands. Wait in the years to come when she becomes a commissioner of police /Assistant inspector general of police /deputy inspector of police or even the number one police officer in Nigeria. You are Short sighted and always looking for immediate gratification and not long term goals. Maybe u don't even have a 50k job now and you call a career in a federal paramilitary, where u have the prospect of being the commissioner, AIG, DIG or even the inspector general of police "waste of time". You cannot get direct undergraduate program in Germany with ur waec only. U need HND or 100 transcript or A-level. However, you can still attend German preparatory college (studienkellog). It is for those who who fall short of the German arbitur(University entry qualification) . I was admitted into Brandon University, in Canada few weeks ago for Masters programme. I graduated with a CGPA of 4.45 from a renowned Federal Uni here in Naija (2013), had my Nysc from 2014-2015. My mum is late and I happen to be the only child. My dad is retired and kinda economically incapacitated. I have a friend who has promised giving me 2Million already (will transfer to my account on my request), plus about a million or so in my personal account. I also have a banker whose customer has pledged to be my sponsor with over 10Million in her account. My godfather is also at my reach if I need an alternative account. I am bequeathed with a landed property in one of the metropolis in the southern Nigeria, plus few others in the rural area (Village). My tuition as stated by the Uni is approx. $4k. Considering the above, do I stand a chance of getting the visa if I apply? If not, what can I do to boost my chances? This is my very 1st...
I have noticed the kind contribution of justwise and others. Please help a friend here. In anticipation....

VICTORDEBELS: Chest X-ray is a test done 'specifically' for Tuberclosis(TB) diagnosis. While ECG as you rightly described is a test done to diagnose certain heart problems/diseases like 'myocardial infarction, congestive cardiac failure', to mention but a few. NB: these tests are unique and have 'different test machines'. Regarding the CIC medical call, they 'might' not order for ECG because it's usually precribed for critical cases which shouldn't have warranted the said applicant to apply at the the 1st place unless, going for a medical treatment. Hope this adds? Omo wetin u dey yarn sef. Do you know meaning of myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure? If one should have congestive heart failure or myocardial infarction that person is near death/unconscious . Na ambulance and stretcher them go carry the person enter the hospital. ECG is a medical technology use to ascertain if there are underlying heart conditions that can lead to myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure and sudden death. |

Not to talk of free housing, Healthcare etc Her retirement gratuity and pension is waiting for her when she retires (she is just 6year old in the force).
