My Friend that got money from his dead relative account went to the bank. The bank refused telling him anything. They were just dribbling him. So he approached a court. The court wrote the bank requesting for the dead man's bank balance. The bank replied with speed of light. After which the court instructed them to pay the said amount into a particular relations account. That was how they surmounted the issue.
