Christianity EtcRe: Ten Richest Pastors In Nigeria 2017 And Their Net Worth by banmee(m): 1:07pm On May 21, 2017
Chikelue2000:
misleading headline. OP this pastors don't have dis assets but only d church. Take for instance Kumuyi, rumours have it that he has no house of his own even in his fathers compound
So what the difference? Just because he does not have his name on the property does not mean he is not a crook. By your logic, every member of his congregation partly owns the properties of the church but i do not see them flying in private jets and living in mansions. You guys have better wake up from this perpetual ignorant slumber you all seem to be in.

I don't see anyone blame the patient for his condition here. Am I missing something?
Well maybe not blame but diverting the blame from whoever prescribed the medication.

That is over there na. In Nigeria, no one does that Shi on a public level. So there you have it. There is a deep rot in our society. Even abroad, people die due to severe reaction from administered medications. Shit happens over there too.
And guess what happened to those people? They became rich. Which is why no medical practioner want's to make a mistake because you will pay dearly. In Nigeria it is business as usual. Mistakes happen yes, but normal citizens don't blame the patient.
HealthRe: Little Girl Takes An Injection From A Nurse And This Happens To Her (Photos) by banmee(m): 12:40pm On May 21, 2017
delishpot:
You are right on that one. But sometimes even doctors may not know. Esp if the patient has no record use of that medicine. How then would the patient know that he or she is allergic to it? You found out you are allergic to certain chemicals in some medicines after you used it right? So before you used it, if the doctor asked you if you were allergic to it, would you say yes?
But you are right, the nurse should not diagnose and never administer drugs without doctors priscription
When you are born, you are tested for allergies and this information goes with you for the rest of your life. Well at least in sane countries. I know my kids were. It is every parents responsibility to make sure this is done. The problem is Nigerians does not take anything serious until shiit goes south.
Christianity EtcRe: 10 Reasons Why GOD Allows Suffering On His People by banmee(m): 12:27pm On May 21, 2017
Thistrendblog:
While we may not be satisfied with what God has revealed about his purposes in suffering, we cannot justifiably say he has not revealed anything about his purposes in suffering.

We may not have the answer we are laboring for, but we do have a wealth of answers that lie in the same field.

Here's an outline of ten reasons identified in God's Word:
1. To remind us that the world is broken and groans for redemption [Romans 8:20-23].

2. To do justice in response to Adam's (and our) sin.

3. To remind us of the severity of the impact of Adam's (and our) sin.

4. To keep us dependent on God [Hebrews 12:6-7].

5. So that we will long more for heaven and less for the world.

6. To make us more like Christ, the suffering servant [Romans 8:29; II Corinthians 1:5, 4:11].

7. To awaken the lost to their need for God [Psalm 119:67, 71].

8. To make the bliss of heaven more sweet [Romans 8:18; 1 Peter 4:13; Psalm 126:5; Isaiah 61:3].

9. So that Christ will get the glory in being our strength [John 9:3; 2 Corinthians 4:7].

10. And so that, thereby, others see that he is our treasure, and not ourselves [II Corinthians 4:8-9].

lalasticlala, Mynd44, Seun, OAM4J
All rubbish reasons. Una sef. Smh. People suffer because;

1. Lack of information/exposure. You don't know what you don't know. This is very rampant in places like Nigeria. If you are not informed, how do you better yourself?

2. Lazy muthaphuckers. What's worse than not knowing what you are doing is being lazy and expecting everything to fall on your laps. Most Nigerians are like this as well.

3. Bad luck. Shiit happens. Most people just don't understand that bad things will always happen. It is inevitable. In countries like Nigeria, It is always the devil or a witches fault for something going wrong.

4. Religion. This will forever hold millions of people back till the end of time.

You guys are amazing.

Very true. Obviously most Nigerians do not know how real estate works. Even in America, a house is rarely worth that amount. What makes an estate valuable is the land and it's surroundings not the house itself. People sha.

How is it not the nurses fault? The first thing i get asked before being medicated by any doctor/nurse is if i am allergic to anything. To be doubly sure, he/she checks my medical records. Una too de used to rubbish for Nigeria. Smh.

Or do you think it is normal for a father to beat a child to death?rest in peace son.
I wonder why you always talk through your asss. Rivers state is not the only state in Nigeria with psychotic individuals living in it. In fact almost every Nigerian in Nigeria has serious psychological issues. Need proof? All one has to do is read your comment. Is this not a country where more than half it's citizen believes that jungle justice is right? Guy, better arrange your thought process.

Odingo1:
The problem with Nigeria is that the FG refuse to see all region of Nigeria as one entity and thrive in tribalism and nepotism.
If FG is serious,Lagos shouldn't be the only state that has viable ports,International airports and embassies.
For people that live in the SE/SS they should have viable international airports, sea ports and consulates, the same with people in the North.
Nothing special about Lagos, lagos was just lucky be the former colonial headquarter and former capital of Nigeria developed by colonial masters and FG
aribisala0:
There is nothing special about the mouth says the anus it just gets to eat all the good food while I go about stinking.

Everything is speciall about Lagos whether you repeat that rubbish tll doomsday. Why is Aba not so lucky?

What was the state of Lagos in 1999?

Abuja has been developed by the FG 100X more than Lagos WHY IS ABUJA NOT A BOOMING ECONOMYhuh
Lol. Keep blaming the federal government. My question is, what are the governors doing? It is the responsibility of each state to develop itself. Not the federal government. Nigeria is a nation of civil servant with is insane to say the least. You guys had better wake up.

To answer your question I'm currently in the US, so trust that I know what I'm saying.

With regards to his tax returns, oh please spare me that. That's his personal business and it's his prerogative to disclose or otherwise.
He is a billionaire, first billionaire president in the US and so you can't compare his financials with that of Obama or any predecessor.
Simply ask Dangote to PUBLICLY declare his tax returns and you'll likely get the same response.
Lol. Personal business. Every president since Nixon has declared their taxes to show transparency. That is how tax returns work. If you are a crook it will show it. And you are in the U.S. grin ok.

Clinton did not resign, he completed his two terms in office. I don't know what attorney asked him to resign. You are the one who said Americans have a history of impeaching corrupt and incompetent presidents, I only challenged you to present facts to back up your claim and you know you can't because they don't exist. And you know what's funny, a so called American does not know jack about his country's history

My dear Nixon was not impeached, he resigned. America has never removed any president through impeachment
Like I said you have to live it to understand it. Google will not give you all the answers. Same with Clinton, they knew that they would be ultimately impeached which is why their attorneys advice them to resign. The repercussions of impeachment far outweighs that of resignation. You know what's funny? A nigerian is trying to lecture an American on its history. Laughable.

I'd like you to name one president that has been removed from office via impeachment in the US for corruption
I see you are googling again. Anyway Google Nixon and the Watergate scandal. Mind you, Americans have a broader view of what corruption is. It is not only when you collect bribe. Impeding an investigation is corruption in our eyes. The point still is they remove presidents who are not up to par. Has Nigeria ever done that?.

Funny part is Trump ain't corrupt, the democrats have just succeeded in changing the narrative for people that limit their scope to CNN, we who watch Fox news know the truth.
Trump will drain the swamp and it scares the F out of democrats.

It's normal anyways people resist change, its clear change has come with trump and the status quo resists it.
Regardless we will make America great again.
Lol. Trump isn't corrupt. Ok. Quick question; where do you live? Do you understand the American system? We are not talking about Nigerians you know. The mere fact that he has refused to show his tax returns says it all. Guy, this ain't Google championship. You have to live it to understand it.
