Seun may have bridge conditions 2 and 3 and that explain my first reasoning.

The only reason he is still in jail is because he has not met bail conditions. Remember he has already been granted bail so your argument makes no sense. He is not charged for being a mass murderer so how is the safety or welfare of the public in jeopardy. Trying to justify your initial comments won't work.
