Igbos are not erratic. They simply do not stand injustice, cheating when it is glaring. This is a beautiful trait for any group to posses. Try to understand their background. They are who they are and cannot change to suite the whims of the Yoruba and any other group. Each tribe or race on earth have they way of life and you must respect it. You don't have any right to demand that a race change their way of life just because you don't like it. The is nauseating impudence to the highest degree and it is nonsense. They will never hire Nigerians for sensitive positions within their embassy but look at Nigeria.....very useless country! I heard this to be the case in Malaysia too. Hiring Malaysians to work at the Nigerian Embassy. Nigerians don't value each other and will always give preferential treatment to foreigners over their own both home and abroad. And then you wonder why being patriotic to this country is a total waste of time and energy.
