Bane2020: Their only show of strength was killing unarmed civilians... No tactical victories, no moral victories... an absolute show of brainless and needless thuggery... and its the same animals will run with their tails between their legs if ordinary boys on the street decide to take up arms against them. At the end as the post succinctly pointed out, the actual winners were Ipob, and I'm not even a huge fan of them but they have more than earned my respect...an ordinary group of untrained civilians carried out a brilliant covert op that saw their leader slipping through the Nigerian military intelligence network, imagine if they were trained.... It's clear Nigeria is still a long punt away from civilization. Bro you know what baffles me most is the reasoning of most Nigerians especially the so called educated ones. Most of them lack the mental capacity to comprehend the realities on the ground. By now a reasonable and an educated society should be demanding the resignation of Buratai and those who planned and launched the barbaric operation python dance. But neh ,what we have today are people who have bioled down the issue to mere PDP and APC talk. I regret coming from this part of the world. |

quid: Vote PDP, my brother Same PDP that ruined the country for sixteen straight years ? . oga I have been voting since 1999 and the irony is that the country is worse today than what it used to be 19 years ago so is time I try a different thing. I can not be Reenforcing failure. If you will tell yourself the truth, the best thing that will happen to all of us is to disintegrate this country, let us all go our separate ways and progress. |

gidgiddy: The reasoning of the average Nigerian is less than that of a Chicken. They have regard for life, human rights or even justice.
This is not how a people become great or do great things. This is not the reasoning or way of thinking that made America or Germany great countries.
Nigeria is heading nowhere with its 15th century reasoning 15th century ? Bro you must be a born again ... too generous and kind of you..... Nigeria and Nigerians are far less than that. |

Politics › Re: Nnamdi Kanu In Israel? by banom(m): 10:39am On Oct 23, 2018 |
Hushteddy: Nnamdi Kanu's pictures and audio allegedly emanating from Israel is just a failed attempt at causing bad blood between Israel and Nigeria. Iam sure it was intended at severing the relationship between the two countries if we even had any.
Israel, a country known for its high level of intelligence in the security business., would be the least to fall prey to this" toyish Scam" I least would expect the IPOB leader to be hiding in Israel without their knowledge. This position has just been confirmed by the Israeli Government's denial of Kanu's stay in the country.
The pictures posted of his recent appearance in Israel looks similar to ones earlier posted in the cyberspace before his arrest in Nigeria some times ago.
Another point of interest is the purported world press conference which eventually came as an audio message. A good video professional would have done better with a video recording of the message with a color material in the background to be replaced with a video editing effect called "Chroma Key or Color Key" Atleast, we would have seen the man talking! This would have given the job a little percentage of credibility.
The audio sounded too mechanical with just a semblance of Kanu's:s voice. It just could have been doctored, considering that we have a handful of softwares for this purpose.
Whoever started this wild goose chase should be smart enough to do better next time.
Just my candid take! Did you go to school at all ? If you did please go and ask for a refund of your school fees. Your parents wasted their money. |
Politics › Re: How Nigerians,Buharists&Atikulators All Disgraced Themselves Over Nnamdi Kanu by banom(m): 10:09am On Oct 23, 2018 |
gidgiddy: Since Nnamdi Kanu broadcast, the social media has gone into meltdown as different interest groups have tried to discredit Kanu as much they can. Much of it is laughable because they were in such a hurry to put out material that they did not think of what they were putting out. Here are some of them.
That Nnamdi Kanu is a coward who abandoned the Biafran cause and ran to Israel when the Python came to dance
These people don't care that they have a government that sends Soldiers to kill people in their homes in peace time. What they care about is why Nnamdi Kanu did not relax in his living room and allow himself to be used as target practice by the Soldiers. In other words, if Kanu presents him self to be killed, this would help the Biafran cause and prove he is a brave man? I laugh in Hebrew
That the APC government and DSS kidnapped Kanu, kept him for a year then offered him money and his freedom so he can declare election boycott
This is a favourite of the "Atikulators" These people don't even care that an important security organisation like the DSS now engages in the crime of kidnapping, what they care about was that they released Kanu. Nnamdi Kanu is the first kidnapping case I have heard of where people don't care about the kidnappers but are angry as to why the victim was released. What they want us to believe is that this administration kept Kanu for a year, released him, but when Kanu had his freedom, he chose not to tell anybody about his one year imprisonment? Really?
That Nnamdi Kanu mentioned the name of his Dog but not that of the 28 people killed in his home.
I laughed hard at this one. In a civilised country, when 28 unarmed, innocent people are killed by the government, there would be national outrage. These people don't care that 28 people were murdered by government, what they care about is that Kanu did not call out their names. Let it be known that Nnamdi prayed for the souls of the 28 people that died and asked everyone listening to him to stand up and observe a minute silence in their honour. These ones are only after names, how laughable
That Nnamdi Kanu has called for boycott that will help APC win
Is it Nnamdi Kanu's job to help anyone win or lose elections? Nnamdi has been calling for election boycott even when there was no APC. Nnamdi Kanu does not care about the politics of Nigeria or who wins what position. He only cares about referendum and election boycott is one of the ways he intends to achieve it. It is for "Buharists" and "Atikulators" to go and campaign for votes instead of waiting for help from Kanu.
That Kanu has been removed as IPOB leader by unknown people
They tried TRIPOB and REIPOB, it didn't work. This must be the 4th or 5th time unknown people are claiming to take over IPOB. The reason these useless plots never work is that IPOB leadership and radio station is based abroad. It is not something someone sitting in Ibadan with N200 Naira data can announce he has taken over. The deputy IPOB leader, the COC the DOS are all abroad. So if you like, announce 1000 times in Nigeria that Kanu had been removed as IPOB leader, it will be a waste of time.
That Nnamdi Kanu threatend Nigeria by saying he is coming back with hell
These are Nigerians that already live in the hell of daily killings and destruction by armed gangs like Boko Haram, Fulani Herdsmen and militants. But they feel threatend by Kanu who is not armed and has never killed anybody. I still laugh in Hebrew
What I found out is that Nnamdi Kanu was right when he said that "There is no difference between a black man and an animal Thank you my bro. This recent turn of events has exposed Nigeria as a place lacking in humanity, conscience and intellect. when i see the reasonings of most Nigerians i cling in horror . Believe me some animals are more reasonable than some Nigerians. God forbid me coming from a place like Nigeria in my next world. |

With the recent turn of event, was operation python dance not the most foolish, wasteful, short sighted and most disgraceful venture Nigerian government and Nigerian army ever ventured into in the most recent times ? In the end its Nnamdi KANU and His IPOB that actually won the war even without firing a single shot; It brought them their much needed global attention, portrayed them to the global community as a peaceful nonviolent and visionary organization, showed how intelligent and creative they can be, gave them a legitimate reason to go into arms struggle with the government, and of course obviously closed the door for any possible dialogue with the government.
On the other hand, the python dance exposed to the world how barbaric, law less, foolish and wasteful the Nigerian government and Nigerian army are . and disgraced them to the world following how they were out witted and out maneuvered by Ipob in escaping and securing their leader.
What was the gain of the Operation python dance ? |

Maths....my best subject alongside economics. I love them both. .. It might surprise many to find out I was originally very poor and terrible at mathematics, it took constant practice, love for the subject and seriousness for me to start understanding the subject .... And latter became the best in my school in mathematics... From poorest in it to the very best.... Indeed no mountain is too high. |

Hello @ op. Thank you for this post. It seems this post was meant exclusively for me. Please i want you to help me out on this . in 2007(11 years ago) I applied twice to go and study in us but I was denied . the reason for my first denial was that I didnt come to the embassy with my waec certificate. And in truth my waec certificate was bad . ( the admission I got was for an English as a second language program ).
So I reapplied and on the second interview date. The visa officer denied me again . I asked her why she said she was not convinced I was a genuine student . I told her I was genuine . she told me I don't have waec certificate. ( obviously she saw that in her system as the reason for the denial of my first application ) I told her I do. She demanded to see it. I gave her my result ( I forged it ) . she critically glanced over it and made some entries in her system and handed it back to me and told me she was still not convinced I was a genuine student. Now my issue is that since that time, I have not gone to the university due to change of circumstances. And am 32 years now. I have hustled hard and things have turned positively around . now I want to go and get quality university education and America is still my preferred choice. I plan on writing waec GCE this year and TOEFL and sat next year . and apply again to go and sudy in US. I want to know how I could find out if the visa officer possibly placed me on ban for submitting forged documents that 11Years ago. ( though she didn't tell me she found out I forged the result. She simply glanced through it, made some entries in her system and returned it back to me and told me she was still not convinced I was a genuine student ). |
