Politics › Re: Sowore: One Hour Yoruba Protest, One Week Biafran Protest. NNAMDI Kanu by banom(op): 12:39pm On Aug 14, 2019
Yorubas are a disgrace of a people....dirty, devious, chicken hearted, envious, fickle minded and hopelessly diabolic....

Sowore is your son, he was fighting for you and others, .... Now he needs just one hour of your support and solidarity and you have not only shown cowardice, but have denied him as one of your own and are even falsely accusing him of doing something wrong...all in a bid to hide your cowardice...

Shame on all of you Yorubas .... thank you God for creating me an Igbo man...
Politics › Sowore: One Hour Yoruba Protest, One Week Biafran Protest. NNAMDI Kanu by banom(op): 10:07pm On Aug 13, 2019
In his latest broadcast in Germany, leader of the indigenous people of Biafra mazi NNAMDI KANU tasked the Yorubas to come out and protest for the release of sowore, guaranting that the mighty Ipob will back them in the protest.

In his words, he said, if the Yorubas can come out for just one hour and protest for the release of sowore, we will shut down the whole Biafran land for one week to support them in the protest. They ( the Yorubas) have to be the ones to start it, then we will support them..for every one hour of their protest, we guarantee them one week of a total lock down of the Biafran land in their support. We need to restructure or break up Nigeria, it’s just that kanu didn’t go about it the right way. He was busy bashing other tribes instead of getting their support.
Which useless support are you talking about ? Support of a Yoruba man? Oga keep your support we don't need it. Fight for your own oduduwa freedom, we don't need your colabo. We will achieve our Biafra by our selves.. We have all it takes.

wirinet:
Well done my brother. I am impressed you are stimulating intellectual debate on the biafra question and not insults, threats and blackmail as employed by Kanu and his IPOB group. I am even none has called you efulefu, slave or afonja, maybe they are becoming more restraint.
Before I continue let me disagree with some of your narrative.
First, there is no record of massacres of Igbos in Lagos and in the West. Such unfounded allegations would be taken as malicious lies by the yorubas, it was in the north that Igbos were being massacred. If you have any reference to Igbos being massacred in Lagos in 1966 - 67, please educate us.

Secondly, I do not see the direct connection between the massacre or Igbos in other parts of Nigeria with declaration of Biafra. Yes, it was unfortunate and even criminal that Igbos were being massacred, and General Gowon did or could not stop it (the same thing that Gowon himself accused General Ironsi and hence his counter coup. He accused General Ironsi of not prosecuting the January 1966 murderers).
But, the Aburi accord was not about stopping the massacre of Igbos, it was about granting the south east under Ojukwu autonomy. The Aburi accord would not have stopped the Igbos massacres. It would have only made Ojukwu not be under the authority of Gowon.

As someone said, every tribe has different narrative of the war. Every body feels like victim and saw the others as aggressors.
KANU don't insult or blackmail any body... What is happening is that he calls a spade a spade..he doesn't muddy words, he tells things exactly the way they are...which evil people like the zoo called Nigeria and their hopless inhabitants hates so much...for instance he calls Nigeria a zoo, which is 100 percent correct, he calls Yoruba media evil for always failing to write about the evils going on in Nigeria and even helping to cover it, which is also 100 percent truth, he calls hausa funlanis barbaric blood thirsty backward thinking power mongers, which is equally 100 percent truth...so where is the blackmail ? Is there anything he said that is not 100 percent truth ?

Referendum from democratic system he chose not to participate in, why would he now expect the federal government to take him seriously?

Furthermore please correct me if I am wrong, but I cannot recall IPOB or Nnamdi ever seeking to get a mandate from the Igbo people to agitate for Biafra on our behalf, or is by force that Igbos must become Biafra?

Federal government knows all this , in short they cannot take him seriously and him himself cannot be serious.
When I started reading through your post, I thought you are a serious person, but I finally realized you are a mischievous person who is hopelessly ignorant and uneducated... your chief motive here is to discredit NNAMDI KANU, and your tactic in achieving that is to first seem to support ojukwu in other to blind people from your dirty work... You are probably not an Igbo person. And most of your stated historic facts are wrong.

Now let me address your ignorance, you asked if NNAMDI KANU first consulted the people and sort for their mandate before agitating for Biafra....a person not enlightened enough will not understand the game you are trying to play here. To enlighten your ignorance, NNAMDI KANU is not personally agitating for Biafra, he is demanding for a REFERANDUM from the government so that the PEOPLE can decide for themselves if they want Nigeria or Biafra....that is the ultimate mandate of the people you are asking for.... You probably don't know this...cus I can see you are not educated enough, if educated at all
Politics › What Was The Reason World Leaders Did Not Attend Buhari's 2nd Term Inauguration by banom(op): 3:50am On Jun 11, 2019
What was the reason world leaders refused to attend Buhari's second term inauguration , unlike his first term inauguration in 2015 ? The answer is simple....they all know Buhari is dead and buried, and that the current man in aso rock is an impostor . So they wouldn't want to be part of the scam for the sake of history tomorrow...

And what was the reason the federal government hurridly and all of a sudden declared June 12 as democracy day even when the event of history that brought June 12 into our political history does not in any way merit to be declared as a democracy day ? The answer is also very simple......they wanted to use it as an excuse and to cover face, and distract attention on the real reason world leaders refused to attend the sham inauguration.....they had expected world leaders wouldn't attend the inauguration because they all know the truth that Buhari is dead, and that the current man is an impostor.

Guys we are finished in this country..... honestly I double my respect for NNAMDI KANU ....that guy isn't only a genius, but a true savior... Without him, who would have known what is really going on in aso rock...

Lies. The truth is that many of ipob members did not even register for inec cards talkless of wanting to collect them. They were instructed to see Nigeria as zoo and must not participate in anything related to it. It won't make much difference. Having said that, nk lost relevance because those who he thought would support him, ( people like asari), if he ordered for boycotting are now going against him so he has no choice than to play along. He is irrelevant now.
so from your majestic calculations, you think NNAMDI KANU needs ASARI to be relevant ? how much relevant is ASARI himself ?

Politics › Re: Why Igbo Sons, Daughters Must Exercise Electoral Franchise - IPOB Strategist by banom(m): 5:38pm On Feb 15, 2019
tongue tongue
ToriTori247:
Amid controversy over a statement credited to the leader of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, ordering Igbos to ignore his earlier call for the boycott of Nigeria's presidential election on Saturday, a member of the group has cautioned Ndigbo on the dangers of boycotting the 2019 polls.

Kanu had in a tweet yesterday reported to had withdrawn the boycott directive.

However, the Director of Research and Strategy of the IPOB, Mazi Ebuka Mbakwe in a statement lamented the adverse effect of the call, urging the Igbos to vote everywhere they are, including Igboland.

According to him, when it seems Ndigbo are "getting it right and on the path to greatness, Nnamdi Kanu and his likes want to return us to those dark ages whereas he has secured the future of his family and family members by receiving a whopping sum of $500 million to cause confusion in Igbo land", alleged.

The full text of the statement reads:
A CLARION CALL TO ALL IGBO SONS AND DAUGHTERS TO EXERCISE THEIR ELECTORAL FRANCHISE
In my capacity as the Director of Research and Strategy of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), I wholly condemn the call to Igbo Sons and Daughters by Nnamdi Kanu and some other unscrupulous elements to boycott the presidential elections scheduled for February 16th, 2019.

At this stage of our critical existence as a people and a race, the call is not only misguided, it is also not in the interest of the Igbo race which has suffered untold hardship since the aftermath of the civil war in Nigeria.

For once, when it seems that we are getting it right and on the path to greatness, Nnamdi Kanu and his likes want to return us to those dark ages whereas he has secured the future of his family and family members by receiving a whopping sum of $500 million to cause confusion in Igbo land.

Nnamdi Kanu as we now know is acting a script orchestrated by those who do not wish the Igbo race well in the scheme of things in Nigeria. He has also set out to put the lives of innocent Sons and Daughters of Igbo extraction at risk with a possible confrontation with the security agencies.

As we all know, the era of been used and dumped by Nnamdi Kanu is over. The period of foolishness has been replaced with wisdom and this fact every wise Igbo Son and Daughter should know.

The threat by IPOB to assault any Igbo Son or Daughter that does not heed to the sit at home order is criminal and an infringement to our right to life in an era of justice and fairness. And it must be resisted by all and sundry including the international community.

Nnamdi Kanu’s action further bolsters the suspicion that he is hell-bent on destroying the Igbo race by turning the once peaceful agitation into a violent one. And this must be resisted, and he is advised to desist from any further attack on anyone for that matter.

I at this moment encourage Ndigbo to come out in their numbers to vote for candidates of their choice and those that appeal to their interest in the forthcoming elections in fulfilment of our rights and privileges.

I also urge Ndigbo to ignore the stay completely at home order by Nnamdi Kanu which is designed and orchestrated to serve his purpose and that of his paymasters that he received the humongous sum of $500 million from recently.

Nnamdi Kanu and his ilk’s want to reduce IPOB to a criminal organization so that they can continue to feed fat from the crisis that would arise eventually. But they will fail because the international community is watching as events are unfolding.

Ndigbo must rise and be counted in this critical point of our existence, and we would not allow a select few to put us in harm’s way for their selfish interest anymore.

It is time to put the enemies of Ndigbo to shame. Come out and exercise your electoral franchise. Ndigbo Kwenu!

Signed:
Ebuka Mbakwe
Director of Research and Strategy
Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)
