Fashion / Learn How To Make Your Hair In 5 Mins With Clip In Hair Extensions by barbiee: 1:38pm On Aug 02, 2015
Hello everyone, I would like to share with you guys something that made my life much more easier..
Introducing clip-in hair extensions.. It saves time, money and energy and still gives you the same polished look *as if you went to the salon* I use this trick all the time.
STEP 1. Get some snap clips
STEP 2. Buy any hair extension/weavon of your choice
STEP 3. Sew the clips on the weavon. To do this, measure the length of your head from ear to ear using the weavon then cut it neatly and double the weft to make it thicker, sew the clips to the weaved part of the weavon making sure that the raised part when the clip is open is facing up. Sew all the clips into the weavon each cut part should hold 3 to 4 clips.
STEP 4. Comb your hair and pack it neatly make sure you bring out your hair around the edges then tuck in the remaining hair tightly and secure with bobby pins
STEP 5. Put the now 'clip in hair extension' on your hair by pushing the clips which is like a comb into the hair and snapping it close to secure it in place. Do this until your entire hair is covered or the extensions are exhausted.
STEP 6. Comb the hair you brought out at the edge over your new updo.
STEP 7. Go out and have fun with your new hair style.
NB the clips can be removed anytime and used for another hair extensions. Since the clips are small you can sleep with them in, they are super comfortable. Please Pardon the poor quality photos.

Hello peeps, pls I'll appreciate info on how to apply to silliman university from nigeria here, and also the tuition for their bsc nursing program. Thanks.
they have an online application form which you have to fill then upload the required documents in pdf format, u also have to send the originals thru mail. The tuition is abt 44,000 peso which is 572,000. And you have to pay $100 as application fee.
I was considering going to phillipines for my bsc cos I did the 3 yrs nursing diploma and I was hoping I culd start in 4th year and get my bsc within 1 year bt got discouraged cos they don't reply ur emails and even when I called dem dey were nt speaking english so I figured it wuld be a waste of tym nd resources. But u cn give it a try, if u re successful let me know.

Deferring it without paying the whole fees will not change anything, if the fees goes up next year it will affect you. Email the school to discuss your options.
ok thanks a lot.

Please has any one applied to omni college? Most especially nurses? Is it a Google school? A friend of mine said he applied there so I want to know.
i contacted the school last year and even attended one of the webinar sessions, what i understand is that they dont give any degree on completion of the program which takes one year. Their main purpose is to prepare international nurses to meet the standard of canadian nurses and they also increase the chances of getting approved by nnas when you apply for credentials evaluation. I didnt apply to the college because i figured why should i spend all that money and time for a pogram that wont give me any degree when i can invest that money into getting my bsn in nursing. PS, i attended the 3 years school of nursing program not university nursing.

you can evaluate your current nursing transcript and try apply for BSN. some classes can be waived but am sure you will still spend atleast 3years

ok. Thanks but 3 years is still long sha, anyway i decided to check out canada options online and i just discovered bowvalley college. Although its not going to get me a bsn but i can get a licensed practical nurse diploma after 16 months. @ least if i do that ist i cn start working and do an online lpn to bsn program. Im still open to new suggestions.

From my quake knowledge, most us schls prefer u come ova with a bsc in nursing to further or u strt afresh! A friend in your condition is in canada with all D documents u have! Mayb u try canada schls, they will accept ur credentials as bsc! Or better still, search further for schls in us that accept ur document as bsc!

can you please tell me the name of the sch? And how did she do it, did she apply directly to the sch or had to do a credentials evaluation ist? Thanks

zeezahbee:
No school in USA will even accept your for BSN with your current Nigeria degree. your 3 years school of nursing doesn't count towards anything. You have a whole lot of pre requisites to do and you also need to take the TEAS to get admitted into the BSN prog.
They are two things you could do. come here and start all over or you do your BSN in Nigeria and come here for RN-BSN for one year.

ok. Thanks for clarifying that for me although i am a bit discouraged with your response i guess it is time for a plan B. Maybe i should check australia out, i heard it is possible there but very expensive. Australia plan B, cyprus plan C. Thanks again.

Pls i would like to ask a question abt nursing programs in u.s universities. I graduated from a 3 years sch of nursing program and was given a registered nurse certificate and license and im currently doing the 18 mnths midwifery program to graduate in september. I want to apply for spring 2016 admission to a u.s uni to get my bsc nd im confused on d best route to take. The rn to bsn nursing program is 1 year bt i hv to be licensed in u.s to be eligible for admission, the accelerated second degree nursing is for those that already have bsc in anoda field nd wnt to change to nursing, it is also 1 yr. I contacted a sch in texas nd dey said im nt eligible cos i dnt hv a bsn degree. I dont wnt to do the bsc here cos it takes anoda 4 yrs to get it, so pls wat cn i do in dis case? I dont wnt to start all over considering the fact that i hv already spent 4 nd a half yrs in nursing sch here. I nid a fast paced option to get the bsn degree. Plss i nid ur help in dis issue. Thanks.

I am a registered nurse/midwife nd I hv the same interest of working abroad usa to be precise. I don't think it is possible to just start working abroad like dat, there are steps and procedures. You can choose to go through cgfns and wait for the credentials evaluation report which can take almost 1 year before you can register and sit for nclex. Passing the nclex exam is what will enable you gain licensure in the state you choose to work in. I have made some contacts and unless you have a bsn degree your certificate amounts to nothing. It is not even up to an associate degree mind you this is if you graduated from a 3 years basic midwifery program. If you have a bsn you can go ahead with the evaluation. If you don't, you can decide to apply as a licensed practical nurse or go for the 2 years associate degree nursing program first in a community college. I said nursing program because I think in us you have to be a registered nurse ist b4 you can get licensed as a midwife. Apart from that you can also do the accelerated second degree nursing program which is about 1 year to 18 mnths long (this is the option I'm using) for you to do this, you have to hv a bsn in anoda field ist nd jst wnts to go into nursing bt since I already hv a background knowledge of nursing and jst want my bsn degree and to write nclex I cn apply for it. Most schools don't accept international students because it has an online component but the schools that do will ask for your transcripts for evaluation (I jst sent mine yesterday). If you don't wnt to go thru sch ist den you cn jst apply for a LPN or LVN license bt I doubt it if you can use your midwifery certificate for that. Just contact the state board of nursing and ask them. It is not possible for you to just travel out with our certificate and start working without more education. Wish you luck cos u re going to need it.
