Most terribly run club in world football. . I am a chelsea fan.

This clownish, deluded and myopic american puff puff will relegate the brand to div 2 within the next 5 years.

They have no idea about technicalities of soccer.
Politics › Re: Akpabio, Governors Summon Emergency Meeting With Labour Leaders Over Strike by Basicend: 9:54pm On Jun 02, 2024
TimeManager:
The Governors are having a good laugh at labour union, as at the last meeting no Governor was present. Can you force the Governors to pay the proposed 60k?. A state like Abia could not pay the old 18k minimum wage and nobody could raise a voice. How could they afford 60k or a little above.

-Kiss the truth!
Dont mind them my brother.
Business › Re: First Bank Posts ₦‎238.53bn Profit Before Tax In Q1 2024 by Basicend:
The business concerns that govt need to probe in Nigeria mostly are the commercial banks.

They are thieves. And I am not mincing any words.

All other business sectors are mostly groaning heavily with losses. . But these section keeps Milking dry the people by cutting corners. Esp. with FX transactions and processes.

Herbert Wigwe (a bank employee) was building a university worth billions of dollars within an economy where most people where looking for money to buy a bread to eat. Something is terribly wrong there.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Inherited Economy, Security Challenges, Be Patient - Ganduje Begs by Basicend:
Truth is Tinubu made huge mistakes when he came in and it has undermined his performance so much. .

But, I still rate him better than Buhari. You can see some measures of stability he is trying to achieve despite the very poor state of the purse of the treasury.

Buhari was a huge disaster gift to Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Inherited Economy, Security Challenges, Be Patient - Ganduje Begs by Basicend: 6:59am On May 30, 2024
Shatap!

He should work on stabilizing the Naira (on FX trading). That is the crux of the issue. That is why most companies and enterprises and recording serial losses at year ends.

Politics › Re: 1st Year Anniversary: Buhari congratulates Tinubu, tasks Nigerians 2 support him by Basicend: 8:49pm On May 28, 2024
Buhari was such a very very terrible choice for Nigeria as a president.

I rate him very poor. Allowed so much corruption around him.

Even Tinubu has been able to install a relative stability into the economy. . Buhari wasted so much funds on projects that we not so needed.
Christianity Etc › Re: Wealthy Pastors Flying Private Jets Will Find It Difficult Making Heaven! by Basicend: 2:59pm On May 26, 2024
Bro it's a season of pastorphobia. The way Nigerians hate pastor because the voluntary tithe and offering, if they hate politicians who have killed our futures Nigeria would have been a better place.

Even Islam that has turned Nigeria to golgotha via boko haram, fulani herdsmen and NW banditry are not hated by Nigerians like Christianity.
. . And Nigerian did far better under Obasanjo and Jonathan (Christians), that what we have now under Buhari and Tinubu. .

You can tell the difference.

Poverty does not qualify you for heaven. .

Neither does riches or wealth qualify you for heaven. .

That is the truth.

It is how healthy your heart is with God that matters, and so far it does not idolize anything above the word of God.

How much is 629 billion?. . Is it up to what Tinubu and his cohorts and previous oil and finance ministers steal in one day?

They should keep subsidizing electricity for the masses and stop making noise. . This noise is too much.

Politics › Re: Labour Slashes Proposed New Minimum Wage To N500,000 by Basicend: 12:24am On May 23, 2024
Urgent1Million:
Illusion.
Even in the private sector where the real money is, it takes so much time for an employee to earn #500k.
I worked for 5 years before I struck the half a million naira salary.
In as much as I want Nigerian workers to have a good life and afford basic needs, labour should be reasonable enough to propose a minimum wage that the government can pay.
A minimum wage that government can pay is N60,000 and anything else is a waste of time at this point.

Politics › Re: TotalEnergies Chose Angola Over Nigeria For $6 Billion Project. See Why by Basicend:
As a Nigerian, I would not invest a multi billion dollar investment in the current Nigerian policy and economic climate.

It's a very unbiased feasibility study from the multi-national oil concern.

Nigerian govt that struggles to keep stability of just import duties, FX rates, tax windows, electricity and utilities tariff for just one week. Such a helpless lot.

Politics › Re: Dear President Tinubu, Is This Punishment Not Too Much For Our Sins? (Opinion) by Basicend: 12:00pm On May 13, 2024
I stopped pitying Nigerians recently after the govt reduced USD rate to about N1,000 from about N2,000. . The govt also made efforts to ensure diesel price comes down via Dangote refinery distribution. .

However, I noticed instead of Nigerians to encourage the govt, they kept blaming and abusing them still. . They even refused to reduce the price of the commodities in the market.

They formed a siege of conspiracy against the efforts of the govt. .

Wail more sir. . I was not and I am still not a Tinubu fan or supporter, but I have discovered that most Nigerians are very foolish.
