I am in a dilemma, and I need advice to help make the right decision.

I used an agent to help with bank statement . I submitted in June this year, did upfront medical. Last two weeks, I got a mail "Procedural fairness, fraudulent bank account..."
On checking the account, it was all made up, and zero naira.

Do I accept and apologise?
Or do I get an immigration lawyer to handle the case?

I'm scared to have a ban, 5years is a long time.

Base on my experience, truth be told. I would advise you to tell them the truth and apologise then have your 5yrs ban then its won't make things difficult in your reapplication after 5yrs. If you denied the truth, you are making things complicated the more in your file case .they already know n have fact that is fraudulent.

I have had the issue sometimes ago, I applied using an agent (GVC) but in my application form I filled that I didn't use any representative but with the same doc the agent used for many visa applications, so the officer detected it was an agent. I was given "procedural fairness" I quickly contacted the inexperienced agent, they told me I should deny it,which I did with confidence ,I was later refused with 5years ban.
To truncate the story, after 5yrs banned when I ordered my GCMS NOTE, I was disappointed in my self for using an agent,Though then I was desperate to travel to Canada after my undergraduate studies in Ukraine.
The Note showed:
1.that I denied the truth when I was given a second chance. Note: The second chance does not mean you will be given a visa but to reaffirm if you're been truthful and not to have a bad record.
2. They had concerns that I forged my employment or that of my financial sponsor. The agent used his company account to make lump sum in my account and claimed I work with them.
These gives me headache each time I reads my note,because it was never my wish to have bad records with them. Now is gonna take me more work to convince the visa officer if I wanna reapply, though 5yrs has lapsed
I'm writing this to you so you could learn and every other person reading this. Don't use fraudulent docs in your application, if your docs are not complete and you're refused you have right to reapply and make adjustments than to have bad records and be banned.

Yes,if you meet thier requirements. Also be truthful when filling the application form. You will be asked if refused before answer correctly with the reason.

Let him declare everything, they have it in their system, if he doesn't it would look like he's hiding something. Declaring it doesn't affect its current application.

Normally, a letter of sponsorship will be accompanied by an affidavit.

Affidavit has been notarized for you to call it an affidavit, hence, no need for notarizing letter of sponsorship separate from affidavit.

The court will stamp both documents when notarizing the affidavit.

I doubt it, if possible, they would have asked him without refusing him in the first place.
I was refused in 2016 and banned for 5years, I used an agent and I didn't answer it in the question form but the visa consular detected some documents submitted from an agent as POF,they knew and they classified it as misrepresentation.

If the company wishes to sponsor you, tell them to release the fund to you by disbursing into your account and backing it up with a letter of sponsorship.

Pls regarding your answer to this question, is it necessary to notarize the sponsorship letter?

Please i need advice on this, my brother applied for a study visa using an agent and got denied. One of the reasons stated was
1) he did not truly answer questions about being denied a visa before. He was denied a US Visa in 2018 and 2021. He told his agent and even paid more because of this but the agent did not state this on his application. How can this be addressed? He intends to reapply. Thank you!

Its admission application fee, after inserting the virtual card details and submit, it will inbox me an email that is declined

Application fee is 100 CAD dollars but the transaction is declining

Are you sure you funded it with the right amount? It's possible the amount you funded is not up to the dollar equivalent of the Canadian amount you want to pay.

If you just created the card, they usually charge about 2 dollars for the card creation, so you have to factor that into the amount you fund the card with.

If you’re so sure the agent is genuine but note that so far I know, Admission is mostly $300.

Before you started using your yahoo mail, you must have registered as a member or user before used, same thing applicable to this.
You must get your self registered as a fan or user before you can buy a match ticket.
on that same website I gave you, click on buy ticket then it would take you to another page to sign in - so just click on sign up as a fan to enable you purchase ur ticket .

For real I can't say Ukraine is better because I never lived or visited Russia but base on my experience in Ukraine, I prefer Ukraine because there are so many Nigerians (I mean dem plenty die) and other international students studying and living in Ukraine peacefully.
35% - 50% of people living in Russia and Ukraine speaks and understand English. You have no problem about that but there is no way you won't learn Russian so that you could enjoy your stay over there .
