Not all men think of cheating or have potentials to cheat. Rather than cheat, its better to deal with the situation.

Cheating doesn't solve any problem, it only creates more.

Onshore applicants are given priority.. Some get it within a month.

You must provide evidence of paid employment to your assessing body. Yes bank statements or payslips are required.

You don't need to declare the employment to SA. You can take it out. However, you will have to declare it to DIBP, not necessarily for claiming points.

Finance, you are not attaching anything. Just write amount. I think that its $20k AUD for singles, u can put in above it.

Bosslady, if someone have two years working experience in his or her field and is zero point. Did he or she needs to tick non relevant, since he or she is not claiming point. Elaborate pls.

If the assessing body assess the experience to be relevant to the chosen occupation, s/he can tick relevant but will not be awarded point if it is less than 3 years.

The system automatically award you points if you claim 3years upward and will not award point if it is less.

Had a CO since 12th Sep. Requested for my wife's proof of English.

But this data collection team (T13) keeps asking me for additional information... I understand their comprehensive check on me though.

I have an offer from a uni in WA, and I really like the curriculum. and I know if i do 190 to SA, I will have to live there for a while except I wanna try Adelaide. Thats why I was kinda particular about WA. .... But I think the first step is to "get out of jail"

You can either accept your offer from WA and on completion go to SA to fulfill your 2 year stay rule or you apply for NSW, there are good universities in Sydney with similar curriculum with Perth.

NSW state nomination has been postponed till 22nd Oct. You have time to prepare and apply for it.

Adelaide is the Capital of South Australia.

You cannot apply for 189 because Geology is not on the SOL list. 189 is the best option but you are limited. I wanted Melbourne but then get the grant first and sort out your preference of stay later.

Meanwhile, you are not in jail.....

Geology is only on the CSOL list.

Victoria wants people with about 10yrs experience in the field. Though it is not written on their site but people's experiences point to that fact especially for geology and geophysics.

QLD removed it from 190 and left it for 489.

NSW still sponsors it. I think the next round of application is 14th Oct, I am not sure. NSW fills up within an hour of opening. You have to be glued to your system.

WA rquires employment offer for occupations on schedule 2 which geology is among.

South Australia is the easiest to get. I think you can go for it.

My application via under processing. I guess its been sent for external security check.

I did everything same day. I grew up in the Island, so I know short cuts to cut off long queues that could prevent us making it to Nicholas that day.

Get to FTW early in the morning, you will finish with them before St Nicholas closes X-ray for the day.

Only the Abuja clinic has both.

No need of booking in advance, just call them a day before going to prepare for you.

Result was uploaded the third day because ehealth server had problem. Normally it is uploaded same day, the doctor tried to do it same day but ehealth was down.


I didn't ask about my result because I wasn't bothered. We are all very healthy .

Though when I was about leaving, the doctor told me on my way out that our medicals are good. It cleared same day it was submitted.

Mine is Geology... Both geology and geophysics are in CSOL.

Yes, you need employment offer for schedule 2 list. It was what disqualified me for the WA nomination.

If you ask me, once you determine that you're willing to spend the rest of your life with someone and communicate same to the person, you're as good as engaged, or am I missing something?

One of my lunatic friends said you should spend 3 months salary on engagement ring (the joker is obviously not close to getting married...lol). If you see as my mind just dey do the maths as im dey misyarn ehn...smh.

What you spend on a ring should be what you can afford without causing a big/small "fracas" in your finances. The ring is nothing but a design of the west to always put the jewellers in business (My opinion).

However, there are so many good and cheap rings especially tungsten rings. Ebay has collections of them for cheap....

There is no hard and fast rule about proposing to your lady. Some people are dramatic while some can do without all the drama associated with it. Whatever you do, do what will make your woman happy and bustling with life. Some ladies do not like the dramatic proposal though.

In summary, do whatever is comfortable for the two of you.
