it's my car. I drive it, you do not. I alone know how much it's worth. It's of value to me. I bet I won't sell if I could source money elsewhere. This is not the first time I tried to sell. I just couldn't let it go. It's a faithful car.

I have for sale a fairly used 1999 camry. I'm selling because I need money to pay down on a loan. Find below the true state of the car:

Very very sound engine
Gear selects very well
Factory fitted A.C. (chilling)

It can go anywhere. It's a buy and drive car.

The things to fix.

You would have to fix the following:
1. rear bumper and light (an okada rider bashed the bumper)
2. the door handles
3. the auto glass winders (front passenger seat and rear seat)
4. the shocks

All I have put up here is the true state of things.

Price: N600k. slightly negotiable

You understand that country perfectly. If you're going to south Africa, please stick to blackberlin's advice
blackberlin:
They are armed to the teeth because of a Nigerian ''Pastor''. While I don't support the pastor if truly he molested someone, we should remember that South Africans have a xenophoboc agenda against Nigerians in S.A.

They have such an efficient police force but the rate of crime in Jo'burg is one of the highest in the world. When South Africans were damaging foreigners' properties, we didn't see their poliecemen arresting their machete-wielding citizens.

My message to Nigerians and other Africans living in South Africa is this: try as much as possible to live a crime-free life, stay out of their ghettos and make sure you associate less with their locals and finally, invest most of your hard-earned cash back home, so that one day, they won't come up with a conspiracy against you and send you back home empty-handed.

for a long time? forever is more suitable. This is a serious case. During their interview I observed they did not understand the gravity of their offence. One of them was even laughing. They will soon realise what they got themselves into by the time the police handle them.

When people were insulting NIPOST here the other day I was just laughing.
Currently, NIPOST customer service is better than most of these courier services.
I use NIPOST registered mail for business and it's only very occasionally I have problems which is usually because a customer didn't pick up on time.
If they were still making home deliveries they'd have been the best but that will be asking for too much for just N500 or less than N1000/kg.
They do home delivery. They deliver my books to customers outside Lagos and it's always home delivery. I have used Nipost registered mail service for delivery to Canada and the united kingdom. The books got there in 8-12 working days. Very impressive. Just subscribe to the registered mail service and. you're good to go.

Business / Re: What u need to know about Telecomm. Mast by bellville: 8:05pm On Apr 04, 2017
Ademat7:
update
nowadays if u look at a telecommunications mast keenly u will notice the attachment on it has increase unlike before that brings us to the fact that more network company are coming together such that they save cost of erecting individual mast.
the interesting part is that landlords are paid for each network that attach but if the landlord is unaware which is often the case; he would not receive any money.
Thanks for creating this thread. I will need more information on rent renewal after 10 years in a case where increment is not stated in the original agreement

I'm glad quoting you on this again as everything you said was so on point. I stayed with a friend at HPR for about 2weeks and the resident goodies was on point, Wi-Fi, badminton at night, store at the res, shuttle at every hr to and fro from res to school etc. Fact is the res is even quite cheaper than outside accommodation and you have to pay only when you're leaving or renewing after a year about R20k+
I had to move to belhar cos res couldn't provide me accommodation till July. Bellville/belhar isn't safe during the day not talk of night. Lots of junkies smoking around. My Cameroonian neighbor that schools at CPUT has being robbed countless times during daylight, his phone robbed 6times in the last 3years at either knife point or gun point. I was surprised my landlord saying when I walk in the neighborhood or at Capetown generally I should keep my phone in my pocket always and be vigilant in buses even during the day. Infact I was advice when I leave school late due to research or the likes I should use Uber or taxify to drop me right at the gate and wait till i open and go in safely. almost R50 for what I spend R5 on taxi at day time.
When I go get something at Tuk shops in the neighborhood all I see the coloured buying is cigarettes, even the teenage. They roam around more starting from 8pm. Even at 6am people are being robbed. There's this cape town airport mall with shopright and the likes close to that area, KFC had to close down at the mall due to the high robbery always. I use to wonder why the police are doing nothing about this.

On the stores, we join train to Salt river. bought lots of meat, tomato, onions at relative cheaper prices. I haven't been to parrow yet.

sorry for the long talk
I am glad you have finally settled in. The insecurity must have worsened over the years. I could recall an incident that happened while I was at hpr . A passerby through a stone right into my room while I was reading at the table. The window panes were shattered and a piece of glass nearly got into my eyes.. My Canadian colleague moved around with pepper spray always. It was that bad.

In. spite of this, I enjoyed my stay. Research was easy.

And you mentioned Salt river. Very nostalgic. I used to travel that distance to get the local pap ogi. It was my pregnancy fetish.

Nice to hear from you again.

It should be of note that Nigeria is run by Cabals at the moment. The top most on the Agender now is keep the president health status as classified information, and its Nigeria Top Secret St this time. The best men to do and keep that Secret is the SSS, so that warrants the structure change as ordered by the cabals.

Hi folks,

Help me on this please, I currently got stuck In an inportation deal, I dont have the complete money yet. The pressure is intense that I am beginning to think what if I ask my father in law for a loan. Please is this a wise decision.

Genuine concerns and advise, I will welcome.

Thank you.
Be sure it's a genuine importation deal which you initiated by yourself. Ensure it's not a deal by scammers promising you huge returns on nonexistent goods coming into the country.

You don't have to drop out to be a writer. Writing to earn a living is tough. You can be a medical doctor and still write, thus winning both ways.

Politics / Re: Control Of Federal Land: Lagos Defeats FG In Supreme Court by bellville: 5:08pm On Jan 27, 2017
davodyguy:
This ruling needs further Clarification.

There are two types of C of O in Lagos.

Federal C of O (Ikoyi Land and Ikeja GRA etc)
Lagos C of O

Obtaining consent on Federal Lands or even registering a Survey is usually via the Federal Ministry, whilst that of Lagos is done via Alausa in Ikja.

What does this Judgement mean? That henceforth, any transaction on Federal Land should be consented by the State or What?

I need to read the matter in full

You have no idea of what this is about
That's what I was hoping to read in the article. One has to get the full judgment.
