Family / Re: Could This Be True? I Need Help Pls! by bellville: 10:33am On Dec 27, 2016
Came:
I was told by a prophet to stay off my mother-in-law, that she is a witch in sheep's clothing because she is a mother in Catholic Church.. How do i avoid her since i will have to stay in my husband's house where she stays as well when we travel for the festive season... I thought it was a joke, but i heard the same thing from 3 different places.... A man preaching on the street told me the same thing very early morning on my way to work too.... Am yet to believe them because this woman doesn't treat me bad. I was told she is the cause of all other people's misfortune in the family, because she vow that no other person in that family will be grater than her son, and whoever wants to be too close to her son more than her will be doomed as well.... My children are eager to meet their grandma this festive period, but this warning of staying off her baffles me... Could mama be a witch really? How do i avoid her and avoid trouble or give myself out.... I need help pls. Has anyone experience such or been told that a family member is a witch before?? Hmmmmmmm....
I was told the same thing some years ago when I stumbled into one yeye church like that in the early part of my marriage. Thank God I didn't act on the nonsense prophecy. I've been married for 7 years now and I must confess that my mother in law has been amazing. She doesn't interfere in my marriage and when we visited her this Christmas she was so excited and doted on us. This is the most relaxing Christmas ever.

Don't let your husband in on this crap. No man would have any woman call his mum a witch. Enjoy your relationship with your mother in law. Take the kids to her and avoid all these hungry prophets.

This man was merged on MMM Nigeria platform to pay my cousin the sum of N117,000 (which she invested for her course mate) by 6am on the friday 9th Dec 2016. According to her, she called and informed him about the merging order and he agreed to pay her .He did not pay untill his time remained 2mins to elapse on Tuesday morning 13th Dec 2016 but he hurriedly uploaded this fake/false Teller attached below. He has refused to pick my cousins calls uptill now and messages sent to his Number above hasnt been replied till now.The MMM Support are not helping matters even after uploading her Official Bank statement of account for the month of December. Please let nairalanders over there in Nigeria help call out this Mr Ali mohhammed Tell-08027222224 to retract the fake evidence of Payment he uploaded .
Don't just upload bank statement for the month of December. Support does not reckon with that. Upload bank statement from the very day the order was matched till the current date.

Let the potty always be in a place where he would easily see it. If he's already in preschool, does the school have a potty training plan for their pupils? For my kids, I always ensure I enroll them in schools where they do potty training so that my effort at home would be complemented. At that age, I'm less concerned about academics.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: N95k Contract Bank Job in Akwa Ibom Or N85k Full Staff Job In Lagos? by bellville: 11:20am On Dec 19, 2016
bank contract job has no prospect. If he were my own friend or brother, I would not advise him to take up the contract job. Let him stick to his Lagos job, relocate to any of those areas I have mentioned and have a positive view of his current job. He should face his challenges, learn on the job and start applying elsewhere. It's easy to get a full staff position elsewhere when you already hold a full time position. The word "outsourced staff", "contract staff" dents your cv.

Thank you for your response.

Really appreciated.

Telling him not to resign.. he should go and start this new job for a week...see if he likes it and use that as a yardstick to decide.

what do you think?

He should move closer to areas close to the Island. Areas like Oworonsoki, Ifako-Gbagada or Surulere. He should be able to get an affordable self-contained apartment in those areas. That way, he spends less on t-fare and does not spend long hours in traffic. He willl begin to enjoy his Lagos job once he does that.,

He spends 30k on tfare

You are very correct. It took a lot of prayers and serious networking before someone close to me was converted. That's after so many years of working as a contract staff. I won't advise anyone to go for bank contract job if there's a full staff position elsewhere even if the full staff position pays slightly lower.
holusbaba:
Full staff job is better. ....been a full staff gives you edge when another job opportunity comes.
Meanwhile banks does not like to employ contact staff to full staff cadre. ...its very rear to see banks employ contract staff to full staff cadre unless with God's grace

Bros abeg let friend stick to his Lagos job o. The regional IT support title means nothing. It's the typical support work with no prospect of being converted to full staff. He may be stuck there for many years. Two people close to me took up exactly the same role for many years. No salary increment, no benefits whatsoever. It took a lot of prayers and networking before they got converted to other departments in the bank (not IT o)
calabaman:

^^
Thank you for your response.

The bank Job has a nice title of "Regional IT Support" attached to it, which i feel would look good on his CV. I feel he should take it and continue job hunting whilst at it.

Its not like his prospects are any better in his current coy. However in Lagos, there are more career opportunities.

Ultimately i feel the decision is his to make however difficult it maybe

Seriously? Processed mine and got it in a day. That was 2014 though. Besides, I had to be there myself for emphasis.
It's easy to get transcript from UI if you've done your clearance before the application. It even gets easier if you've obtained one before. I applied for my transcript immediately after clearance so that subsequent ones would be easier.

A friend phed 200000 before the freezing saga. She was matched with 6 different people. She uploaded tellers for 5 of them but couldnt upload teller for the 6th person. The 6th person was to receive 4000. My friend's account was blocked. After writing support, it was unblocked. Now her mavro is N196000. The 6th recipient returned the paid N4000 to her. However, she has not been rematched to pay the N4000 to another person. What's the implication of this and what can she do? Please help.
Investment / Re: One brilliant idea That Can Save Mmm From Crashing In January by bellville: 3:42pm On Dec 15, 2016
That's the way to go.
ogawisdom:
I came up with one brilliant idea that can be a life saver for many Nigerians into mmm and hence ensure mmm survives.

Nw the idea

Before anyone can GH he/she must PH an amount equivalent to his/her last PH. Ie to say we can only GH our 30% profit. The recommitment PH must be paid and confirmed b4 any GH order will be matched. If this is implemented mmm will never crash.

Eg u PHed 100k and ur Mavro is nw 130k, u must PH another 100k to access this 130k. That is it and mmm will stay and survive this trying time

Please pass this information to the Admin and some of these useless guiders earning fat for doing nothing.

If u have a better idea u can share it here too rather than complaining lets brainstorm.

Investment / Re: MMM Blocks Withdrawal Of Funds For One Month! by bellville: 3:51pm On Dec 13, 2016
Good PR.
MurphyInc:
*DEAR PARTICIPANTS*

1. It's not too good news that all confirmed mavro are frozen for 30days.

2. And it's not the right timing for this to be implemented considering the news about 14th Dec. previously escalated by the media.

3. We all know the mmm community has helped a lot of people, yet many are hurt due to this sudden decision.

4. I believe we all will support what will sustain the community beyond 2016, but must be done by putting the participants at the forefront of decision. Because the system is participants-based system.

5. On the other hand, things are done in other to sustain the community. Even the 30days frozen period has been implemented by other platforms.

6. The scenario is December will witness high or massive withdrawal (GH), PH is expected to reduce because many wanna celebrate the festive period with what they have, while few are ready to PH.

7. If all that have mature Mavro should GH, the tendency of them being paired and help provider uploading fake pop will be high.

8. We would have preferred gradually that some mature GH are frozen while some released. And as more people PH more, GH are matched. And others are unfrozen. The decision lies on MMM admins which I believe they understand how this things should work out but sample opinion should have being gotten from participants. And I think it was an oversight.

9. I know it's not easy for us to bear especially this time around. I want us all not to loose hope.

10. Discussions ongoing on guiders platforms on how best to reinstall the commitment of participants to avoid total panic.

11. No one is praying for the end of mmm. It's just a frozen period to avoid excessive GHing. We all know that if GH exceed PH, there is bound to be problem. proactively this decision was taken.

12. Despite we were warned to PH our *spare money* many borrowed to PH. And we have also noticed people not obeying the PH n GH monthly. These lapses are also not helping.

13. *I don't know the best way to convince anyone now.* I have received countless calls n message this morning. All I could buoyantly say is, let's all encourage ourselves and stay together during this period. Believing n hoping the challenges fissile out like vapor.

14. No perfect system out there but we all need to work and agree towards making things work out same time. *One month frozen period should not scare us*..... we should look forward to MMM sustainability.

*On behalf of the community, I apologize to any inconveniences and challenges we are all experiencing and which I also know u have the responsibility to also talk to your downlines and encourage them about the mission to sustain the community.*

_*The process of implementation might be wrong, but the vision to sustain the community is more key than satisfying few participants*_

*LET US ALL STAY ALERT* *stay strong, stay focused and remain encouraged. It's our community*

Thanks
