HollisHogan1:Guy calm down, we agree the govt has failed. But is that the reason you want to go and pursue a roadside mechanic fixing cars? Or a mama put selling food? These people are trying to operate beyond the govt. But yet you feel they are the enemy. |
HollisHogan1:Guy cross river has a lesser population when compared to akwa ibom state the state civil service employs more people, and yes we know the govt needs to be made accountable. But ehere is this hate coming from, did sn akwa ibom girl jilt you? |
HollisHogan1:Guy the hate is deep. Every Nigerian has a right to reside anywhere within the length and breath of Nigeria, no one is a refugee here.. You need to swallow some of this hate.. Its poisonous |
HollisHogan1:This is true, but the population in akwa ibom exceeds that of calabar. |
Ebenezer202I:I be akwa cross, parents from both divides |
Ebenezer202I:Dat one dey shaa, since from the time wey dem collect the oil wells our brothers jus abandon every tribe wey dey calabar begin dey look us as enemy. I no jus understand shaa, if u dey enjoy my thing and time reach i say make u give me my thing make i folow enjoy, na dat one you go carry dey vex? E no jus make brain aswear. |
HollisHogan1:Las las e go mean say in the long run it will be everyman to himself... You never tell aboki man and igbo people to go back, na people wey una dong intermarry na im u wan make dem pack.. Calm down.. Eku ufok asi kod eku ikod ndia.. |
Ebenezer202I:Nso mkpo fo ke mmor eke-yib? |
Ebenezer202I:Die this talk |
One thing with family is that you may fight and quarrel, and create distance, but family is family... I pray the office should be here temporarily. Udom needs to talk with Ayade, the talk of Akwa ibomites looting Calabar is getting stale, why will akwa ibom people go that far to loot yet command palliative warehouse in uyo they dare not break in. I feel this is a ploy to have a scapegoat to blame for all the woes and this if not checked now might lead to deep emnity... Udom needs to mediate, if need be, pay, if after investigation its found out that the allegation is true. Be that as it may, the fight and emnity is not necessary. |
Utor doo.. WEAC you guys can keep it there, There's love in sharing, we have alot already, |

SUFFERInSMILIIN:Thanks for your nice comment. But do you think that if you fix illiteracy that everything will be alright? In the USA, do you think they really love how their country is going? Do you think iy is illiteracy too? I will love to learn and broaden my knowledge from ur view |
Most times, when we are asked to state the number one problem plaguing Nigeria, we list Leadership, Corruption, Illiteracy, Tribalism, etc. But we never get to list things like, Greed, lack of contentment, lack of empathy. I personally feel, that no matter how brilliant a leader is, Greed would be the end if him, as he won't know when to stop, and i feel that at the very root of corruption is uncontrollable greed to have everything meant for others for ones self, and even in illiteracy a trace of greed either of the teacher, who uses time meant to teach and researching and uses it for making side hustle and selling grades for money or favor or the people that work in their farm, and tribalism is some greed to hoard opportunities to jus your tribe. We complained that the government where hoarding palliatives, but the moment we had an opportunity to take and share by ourselves, we saw how people loaded buses, and trucks to overflow, to hoard them for their selves and families, every other person can go and die, so from government hoarding it for themselves, we got angry and decided to hoard it for ourselves. I feel that we need to have a state of emergency in addressing greed, in churches, mosque, our institution, capitalism is founded on self interest, and this self interest when not tempered with a touch of morality and the love of neighbor as oneself, always leads to a yawning gap of inequality as the rich stock up for themselves and generations to come, while the poor gets less and less to grapple for. In Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism etc. "do onto others as you will love done to you" is a foundational principle. I feel, if we tried to hammer on this, over and over and over again, if movies were scripted with this as the main plot, if govt policies where geared towards these tenets, if our pastors and imams, and Dalai lamas, Sensei and Monks extoled on these principles as often as possible. This earth is very very rich, and it produces enough to go round, Jesus when he taught us how to pray, instructed to ask for "daily bread" not lifetime or generational bread, if we could all learn to take for ourselves what that will last us for the day and leave for others to take, your guess is as good as mine as to how beautiful our gloomy world will turn overnight Benesis ©

agnes7:At adulthood women take over the worry, they worry if their makeup is good enough. If their dress is nice enough, if people like them, if they will be married,if their boyfriend loves them, too msny things to make them lose focus... And some recline to being full tym housewife or playin second fiddle |
Awaiting to hear more about this. |
agnes7:Girls are not eadily distracted as boys, especially at the earlier stages... Boys want to play, want to go out, want to hv girls, etc. Too much distractions |
Always girls |
EndYahoo:Post like these should be on front page.. Violence consumes every one, especially the innocent, we should stop fanning the embers of war |
Are all lives the same? Why is it that the military attacked protesters in Lagos for some hours, and lagos burned and Sanwo Olu, Tinubu and Buhari where dragged and all sort of curses where laid on them. But Oyigbo has been going on for a week now, with military moving from house to house with clear evidence of deaths like this very one here, yet the social media is going on, Wike is not being dragged, Sanwo Olu begged, tried everything, and yet we wanted his head. Wike is here insisting that the dead where necessary and daring everyone, yet... No one is dragging him... Rather people are making it a fulani vs igbo thing? Please who knows the meaning of hypocrisy again. #allLivesMatter |
Whiteangel1234:U can imagine, religious extremism at its worst, cant you vopy from the southwest where Christians marry muslims? Or mudlim parent have Christian kids and vice versa |
The other side of the story.. I am from the south south, but i respect the religious tolerance in the south west, they are typical example of the Byzantine era, where Muslims and Christians worked together, and Christians could invite muslims to teach them, and muslims could invite Christians to expose them in their ways of thought... Those where the golden age |
Between Wike, the Military commander, Nnamdi Kanu, and Buhari who will be held responsible |
The sun, the sun acts on the skin producing vitamin D, scientific have proven that people with a hood dosage of vitamin D, rarely fall sick to the virus... People who stay outside for long under the sun are strong against it as well |
