Karu village in Abuja has 24/7 power supply. They no dey take light at all for there. People have noticed remarkable improvement in d power sector recently, including me. |
I be last born, so i had no opportunity 4 that how does it taste like? |
Write to the ministry of sports, or ministry of youths developmnt/sports in your state. They will advise you further. Good luck! |
@~Royal~ I think you should just get a life, and start training for your favorite sport in view of the next olympics games. Thanks. |
The London 2012 Olympics has come and gone. Team Nigeria returned with no medal at all, not even bronze. Many sports lovers have blamed this unwelcome development on so many factors, the emphasis being that "failure to prepare is tantamount to preparing for failure". We have blamed enough! Now, what is the way forward? What do we have to do to have an improved performance come Rio 2016? It's just 4 years away! *Pls constructive suggestions are welcome, NOT BLAMES plzz. Thanks. |
People should endeavor to be giving security personnel tip off about strange movements and strange faces in their vicinities. Did nobody at all see these people laying ambush? Or did no body at all see where they escaped to after the shoot out? We should please be our brothers keeper and give necessary information to law enforcement agents |
Mallam el rufai is now publicly concurring to the request boko haram made. This is an eye opener to those following him sheepishly |
Are u serious? Assuming he built something for the govt on these lands or used them for selfless/ patriotic ventures, he would have been forgiven. But this? Nah nah nah! |
Fellow Nigerians, let us stop crying over spilled milk. What has happened has happened. What we should be thinking of now is the way forward. We have to start now to prepare for Rio 2016. Just as we are already planning for 2015 elections, let is start preparing athletes for 2016 Olympics. Nigeria can erase the shame and win the lost glory. Let's be positive, face d future and leave past mistakes where they belong. |
Thinking aloud: what if his SNG fought for GEJ to be made d acting president so that Buhari would take over at d expiration of the Yaradua tenure. He didn't know that GEj would contest for predicency |
afam4eva: There's already a similar topic trendingOkay. What's d topic? |
The cloud was spotted in Pretoria, South Africa recently, what was immediately obvious was the fact that the cloud had the shape of an angel. Many people have seen this as a sign, a sign from God and this has therefore intensified end-time talks in many quarters. What do you think about this? http://www.informationnigeria.org/2012/08/photo-cloud-in-the-shape-of-an-angel-spotted-in-south-africa-intensifies-end-time-talks.html |

Say NO to disunity, say YES to One Nigeria. We have all it takes to remain as one. It's selfishness that is fueling the clamour 4 division, a sensible person knows that it is not d solution to the problem of Nigeria. What We all need is a re-orientation and change of attitude. Wait a minute, did someone just say War? |
That frustrated man?! I won't be surprised if he's eventually linked to Boko haram |
It serves him right. They shouldn't have even released him to continue his journey. Who knows if he was going to negotiate with more suicide bombers to invade Nigeria |
I Will |
Who says Nigerians are not smart? Who says we are not stars? Who says we are not record-breakers? Nigerians...we too much joor! A 27-year-old Nigerian, Dr. Bahijja Raimi-Abraham, made history by becoming the first graduate of Pharmacy from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom, to be awarded a PhD in Pharmacy. She was born in Lagos, Nigeria in April 1985 and left Nigeria at the age of six when her family returned to the UK – her parents had lived and studied in the UK previous to that. After completing her primary school education in London, Dr. Bahijja attended secondary school in North Wales, Penrhos College; and following her GCSEs she returned to London for sixth form when she studied and passed the Advanced Level examinations (A – levels) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Drama. READ MORE about her journey to success here: http://www.punchng.com/education/nigerian-emerges-first-phd-pharmacy-graduate-in-49-year-old-uk-varsity/ |
Oga, you for no even answer them at all at all at all! Chaiiiii!!!!!!!! No one in his/her right senses blackmails the president of a country to resign, unless he commits a serious offense against the country. Even at that, it lies within his conscience & level of morality 4 him to resign. The person giving the president this condition, I hope he's aware of the fact that the constitution of the country grants every citizen freedom of choice of religion. Every Nigerian has a right to worship God thru whichever means he/she wants, (even sef, if u no wan worship God at all, u kukuma dey free). 2ndly, GEJ was democratically elected as the President and Commander in chief of the armed forces of the FRN, his tenure is to last for 4yrs, and no idiot should tell him to resign b4 the expiration of his tenure. What offense did he commit tha he shd resign? It's just that the boko haram warlords can't wait to sit on the Nigerian throne. They want to jump into Aso rock by fire by force, they lack patience to wait for their time. |
Billyonaire: Why are you attacking clarke, When you can use that same mouth to denounce Boko Haram. Cunning Boko Haram sponsor. What is the acronym for Independence-day Bomb Blast? Someone said is IBB |
Being an elder statesman, a former commander in chief of the FRN and a Muslim as well, I believe that if IBB should condemn the BH killings and call them to order, they may likely listen to him, being that his words carry weight (that is, if he's actually not sympathetic to the BH cause) |
reindeer: ;DYes he is, a war time president. . .war between good and evil, between cluelessness and those trying to salvage the country.Ha! U be serious otondo. Why don't u pack out of Nigeria and go to where u will find clues instead of still hungrily managing to be under GEJ's command as d commander in chief. Anu ofia! |
What's wrong in being called "Akpan"? Akpan no be human being name? |
Blah blah blah, in conclusion what are your reccommendaions and suggestions? This man seems to be a Tunde-Bakarean. Apart from the boko haram insurgency, every other problem in Nigeria was inherited by GEJ. He didn't bring the problems, rather he met them there. As for the leader with a lion heart part of his story, he must understand that no two individuals are the same, each person is unique in the way God created him. GEJ must not be like OBJ or Abacha. It's the "protect your votes master" that caused all this insecurity problem. |
I admire his courage in speaking up to condemn the killings by boko haram members, and reiterating that true Islam supports peace. Those killing innocent people in d name of Islam are just deceiving themselves and should read/listen to this message. May God help us in this country |
CITIZEN X: Don't be deceived, our Intelligence system is rubbish. If we want one then we should contact CIA, MOSSAD, M16, even Pakistan ISI is light years ahead of us if not for the fact that they tacitly support Islamic terrorists. Unfortunately, with the way Nigeria is, we will never have an Intelligence System not to talk of good Intelligence system. bohboh275: I notice they are different people but wearing the same clothes.... How do we even know these people are real suspect the SSS could just pay anyone to parade them as suspects. Two of una just be serious "muntullah"! E be like say make I just waya una hot slap. Na illiteracy just dey worry una two, una never hear say dem dey get cloth for parading suspects? Una no dey watch film? Rubbish! How could u possibly think that SSS of all people pay some guys to be paraded as suspects? Make una use una head |
belemzy: I Sure say na like so GEJ dey when him go school. the young start looks so much like himNa wa o! Everything GEJ's name would be called. Even in this thread that was meant to make people laugh, u carry Jonathan come. Free the Oga joor! |
The two main opposition parties in the country, on Wednesday, complained over what they described as the dwindling influence of Nigeria in Africa. The political parties noted that Nigeria was excluded from the list of African countries, the United States Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton, would be visiting during her 10-day Africa tour. The parties, which included the Congress for Progressive Change and the Action Congress of Nigeria, also recalled that Dr. Jean Ping, who was supported by Nigeria lost to South-Africa’s Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma. NOW MY CONCERN IS THIS: Will Hillary Clinton's visit to Nigeria bring solution to Nigeria's problems? If she should come now, this same CPC & ACN would still be the same people to cry out "GEJ spends billions of naira hosting Hilary Clinton". One thing with opposition parties is that they do not see anything good in the government of the day. If u do "A" they'll complain, if u do "B" they'll complain, even if u keep on doing "C" up till "Z" they will still complain as long as their party is not the one in power. I have a question for CPC, when Gen. Buhari was the military dictator ruling Nigeria with iron hand, how many foreign investors did his government attract? Or how many foreign leaders did he host? Even as an ordinary citizen, leadership apart, how many investors has he attracted to his home state? Let us call a spade a spade & desist from allowing partisan politics blind us foolishly. |
Beaf: Nuclear and chemical weapons are weapons of mass destruction. For ur information and that of ur friend Yeske!, this post was meant to draw attention to the efforts of the JTF in troubled states, and not to spread rumors and dramatic statements as u said. Neither is it a forum for u two to be teaching English Language. The emphasis is on the successes of the JTF & the Federal govt in d fight against terrorism! |
I really like d way this Boko haram issue is going by the day. It's either they get caught in the act or nemesis catches up with them. I've noticed that men of the Nigerian Police Force are beginning to be smarter and up-and-doing. Kudos to d new IGP |
how does it taste like?
