madam wats the outcome of ur call? I won't advise u to use the email..The LOA is a prerequisite for visa and a very important document. Its not just abt whether you have been accepted or not.The document is binding on a contract.And u could be denied based on not providing it.I hope u are on upfront medicals tho so the process wud be faster for u..There is still a little window of time..Imagine, u submit ur app and ur sch issues the letter next week..Apply wisdom biko!

Please i need your help concerning my acceptance letter which am yet to recieve from the school... Although a mail was sent to me when i accepted the admission. This document is the only outstanding doc. I am thinking of printing out the mail the sent as acknowledgment to serve as the letter of acceptance. Will that do? I have mailed the school with my last strength yet no response. Please help.

When did they send u the mail to accept admission? Usually it takes like a week or more for them to draft ur admission letter after the mail depending on ur school. I was in ur situation before and someone advised me to call them. Am sure u have their number somewhere in ur email..Hope this helps!

Why use another case of a revelation to depict this case? Bro, u should be smarter than this.. Genesis is not a book of revelations, it gives account of what physically took place. So why will somebody come and tell u that the tree represent humans? Are humans good for food? What I hate in my life is somebody twisting things to suit a particular theory or belief.

Man obviously didn't have the knowledge of good and evil. The answer is right there staring at ur faces..After they ate, they discovered they were naked and ashamed..So it was obviously wrong to be naked..bt must have had knowledge of other things..We can see man named the animals and even called eve 'woman'.

Did man eat the tree of life? I don't know..Am sure this means man would be immortal...

So here it was, God telling them to eat of every tree bt not that tree of good and evil..God also made them know the consequences of eating that, they will introduce death to the world. Where there is good and evil, there is death..And Yes, Lucifer was also right abt them knowing things God knows, bt I guess he didn't tell them abt death..So he cunningly deceived Eve with the idea of knowlege..Mind u, man was filled with knowlege, bt not all knowlege, so I understand the craving for more knowlege..

So man chose his part, the one that comes with consequencies. The one that brings death on the earth, the one that brings labor, hardship, struggle, survival of the fittest..The one that enables him to have the knowlege of good and evil.There would be killings, stealing,dishonesty, and all sorts together with honesty, righteousness, and good living..A world with the mix.

Sorry man I'm bombarding you with questions. I just want to get things straight before I re-submit. Im not sure if my brother will have time to get his bank statement or other support docs mailed it to me again. He works off shore. Can I use the same bank statement (current till September) and other supporting documents I used in the past and re-apply? The refusal letter states that I can reapply if I feel that I can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirements.

I was thinking about writing another SOP and get more supporting docs as proof of family ties.. What do you think?

Ur statement should reflect up to ur application month or within a month. U can still use other supporting docs like affidavit n credentials that are not affected by anytin
Lastly, I see that 'family ties' reason as an offpoint reason, thesame way I see 'travel history'. It is some reason u can't change or do a shit abt. Sincerely, I haven't figured out how to advise anyone on that!

No I dont. Your SOP should be unique and carry ur message. You can have a look at some format online google.

Do you have any idea if I'd be required to do another Biometrics? Is it ok if I re-submit the same supporting documents I used in the previous application but this time with more detailed letter to prove that I'm genuinely going to study and will return after my studies?

Yes, u will have to do biometrics again and apply afresh. have u decided to change your program of study to a PGD? And also think of writing a very good statement of purpose to convince them that u genuinely intend to study..

Hello guys, I am new on this platform, my case is similar with this other guy, I submitted online for a study visa against Jan 2016 on sept, I already did my medical, which was updated as passed, only for me to be refused visa yesterday, none of the reasons was ticked, the letter was not signed, can anyone put me through the "appeal". And what is the guarantee for the visa

No reason ticked? Definitely a mix-up with them VOs, u can send a "Case Specific Enquiry" to CIC and attach your refusal letter. They should get back to you.

I submitted my application for study permit(January 2016 admission) at Canadian embassy in Accra since end of September and exactly 3weeks after the submission,i received a mail to conduct a medical test,which i did and got the confirmation mail from IOM that my medical examination has been finalized and submitted.But till then,i have not heard anything from the embassy. i know that Accra Processing times for study permit is 8 weeks ,but some people got their answers from 4,5,6 weeks mostly 1 or 2 weeks after the medical test. mine is 3 weeks after the medical test overall 6 weeks waiting ,still no news.am so worried and sick about that, i pray to God and he is in control.i have been checking my mail,my cic account,but nothing. Since you have done your medicals, all you have to do is wait..There are alot who applied same date as yours and havent heard from them atall. Sometimes there are hitches in the system, some get answered earlier than others even those you applied before. Sincerely there is no good order of response. But I am quite sure you will hear from them soon. Come to think of it, you are still within the 8weeks boundary. I have seen someone with 12 weeks and waiting.

Hello guyz, I need your help.

I applied for a diploma program which will start in January 2016
My Study permit application was submitted online on the 12 Sep 2015
I received a letter to go do medicals on Oct 19
I did the medicals on Oct 22
Online profile updated to Medicals Passed on Oct 29
Today I received a letter that my application was refused with the following reasons:
*travel history
*family ties in Canada and in country of residence
*purpose of visit

All these while, I thought my application was being processed in Nigeria but the refusal letter was signed in Accra Ghana. My brother is my sponsor and he's a Canadian citizen. He wants to call the embassy first before he appeals the case. Does anybody know what number to call? Or can I reapply immediately? Please I need your advice

There is no longer a guarantee of visa even after medical passed. The VO isnt convinced enough about your intention to study. I think you should focus on the bolded to prove that you are genuinely going to study..lets have a look at your profile. Are u a graduate going for a diploma? Also your brother being a citizen and ur sponsor might not go down well with them VOs, they might think you wont come back to Nigeria.

As for appeal? I dont think that is possible, you can just re-package and re-apply.

Yes, i have been inputing the tracking number provided to me as detailed above, I kept on getting same message: No details found matching the input values.

If u applied online, bother not about tracking via VFS..The reason u were given that track Id when u did ur biometrics is to link ur existing online profile with ur information. They really don't update it on-time or bother themselves with it.The update u seek might even come when ur 'MyCIC' updates you for a medical.. You have ur 'MyCIC' and that's where u should see all ur updates. The SMS and email u received is a proof that ur details have been updated, this is why u were asked to supply those during biometrics..

Leave VFS site for paper routers..You have a first hand information centre on ur MyCIC. Bother not abt mailing. It is a waste of time and energy.

Softcopy is good..Just be sure it has the specifications indicated in terms of pixels

U won't get an email since u applied via paper route..It will be attched with your documents...

It because I wasn't sure of the document I submitted and my Uncle was the sponsorer and I don't wonna loose faith even after I got denied twice for U.S visa...

Thou am schooling in Egypt but have been in nigeria since August of this year in other to process my US visa and Canada ... I started with the canada but the U.S. Have been the main one but to cut the story short ,, I was denied U.S. ... Then decide to face the Canada one..

But to his glory ,,,GOD surprised me in a way I never expected.... because I had plans to go back to Egypt last month and come back December to do another U.S. Interview.. It a miracle indeed... I was suppose to go back on 31st last month but I was shocked when I got a mail from CIC on 28th saying "passport request " my heart was filled with JOY......all the processing was two months...

Uncle : affidavit,letter of support and his PP page
My waec, letter of admission U of R , transcripts from my school in Egypt , upfront medical and letter of explanation

Submitted: 3rd of September

Submitted passport: 29th October

Approval mail and collected : 3rd of November

You mean ur application was dispatched? or it says ur application is being processed blah blah blah. If it is dispatched since 28/10 and u used paper route, you will need to go and get ur documents at VAC to know the outcome. When did u apply?

You are going to study, u will need to have ur full tuition plus living expenses throughout the period and some more. You will need to calculate how much it will cost your kids in education and nanny stuff(quite expensive) plus their upkeep and flight money. Also your spouse should also have enough to sustain himself assuming he is without a job for six months. No one can really give u a figure, but u can use Express entry guide which puts the amount required for a single individual at over 11k CAD(ur spouse). Am sure u can calculate yours and your kids through your research with schools..

Focus on the 2 bolded points...u av been working, so they expect you to show some assets..What program are you going for? and what did u study at undergraduate level...I cant say much, u need to lay down ur profile for the house to examine..

It was over 8 million. They only ticked that I do not have enough and available financial resources for upkeep. It was not my bank statement because I was just 17. What are the other reasons you can brainstorm? because I can't think of any other reason. Note that they did not tick that I did not have financial resources to pay my fees or to travel because I already proved those ones by paying my fees and booking my ticket

Its good u gave this figure, because I won't wanna go with the earlier assumption u made about ur bank statement not valid..

What has proven to have worked for undergraduates is a 2-digit Bank statement, becos the financial burden for them is more unlike the post graduates. So my dear, u need to increase ur balance, atleast from 12m upwards..

Lastly, I am not justifying presenting a statement over a month, bt if ur app meet what they are looking for and an updated bank statement is the only issue, they will usually ask u to supply it from experience. But as long as this reason is not on the generic reasons for refusal, it cannot be an outright reason for refusal.
