Leakingbasket: Hey people, to God be the glory. I was delayed the second time. Just like someone said on here, the VO’s reasons for denial according to the refusal letter is not what is meant to be. I think its solely that the VO believe one wouldn’t come back after studies. Please people how do I tackle this….
First denial
Travel history length of proposed stay purpose of visit your current employment situation. personal asset and finance.
Second denial
Your family ties in canada and in your country of residence. Purpose of Visit Your personal asset and financial status.
I don’t know what to do to this people ooh….. abeg make una help a brother. I was able to tackle every problem from the first refusal, but I don’t know why they came up with this new reasons which where satisfied in the first application.
Please, how do you guy think I should tackle this problem this time around. Mind you, I paid almost 12K fees this time, sponsors account… dad was 7 M… mom was 4.something. I included enough documents that are good to go including family pictures. Just that I did not include my deed of assignment of my land, which I added in the first application. Please you guys should help ooooooooooo. Let the house know more about ur profile. Are u going for UG or PG studies?,wat course at UG did us study? What course are u going for? Yes, I agree with you that the Overall VO's perception about anyone's app is what directs him to begin to tick reasons, even if some of the reasons will not make any sense to the applicant. It is good to pass across to the VO as much as you can a good application devoid of suspicions or redflags. Cheers! |

For those saying Form A has been restricted I guess its a temporary shortage of dollars from ur financial institution. For some other banks like Stanbic IBTC, Form A is still onm They only paused PTA/BTA pending when they have more to transact. Btw if anyone knows any bank that is still doing PTA abeg let us know Cos I know sometime last year when other banks paused their PTA, Access Bank was still doing it..
Thanks! |

Hey guys,
Sorry I have been MIA. Am just preparing a robust reply as I just got a PP request!
I am not just happy for myself but for everyone like me who re-applied and got it. How we persevered and hoped for a day like this when we conquered. A quick flash at the beginning of this Part 9 and the first comment made was born out of a 'Can do' spirit. Yes I made it. We made it!!!
I am waiting for you in Canada.Lol

Jesusgang: From my opinion, I think you should critically evaluate your options. If your uncle stands as your sponsor with an affidavit and a sponsorship letter, it might solve the problem of PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL ASSET as this would show you are not yet working. But using an employment letter from his company tends to also solve the problem of Home ties.
THE CHOICE IS YOURS TO MAKE. I will only advice you think and research critically before submitting another application (PLEASE DON'T BE IN A HASTE). Try always to give advices u are sure of. Affidavit and sponsorship letter cannot solve "Personal asset and financial status". You don't have to comment if u don't have the answers. I personally don't comment on every question here especially the ones I am not sure of. Misleading anyone here is wrong. I have been given wrong info on this thread before hence my outburst..Personal asset speaks on the principal applicant. The individual's SOA and other physical and non-physical assets. Thanks! |

ikem01: Oga siga I hail oo, but my uncle put his SOA in my application and a declaration letter. Tax clearance CAC documents and letter off sponsorship, it's a company sponsoring me. All he did was sign a declaration as the CEO..
Also, How do I deal the with the relationships that they ticked, cos he's my uncle not the same surname. So what do I do, should I just state in my SOP that he is my uncle and should I include his travel documents. Thanks for ur response and I also welcome other responses. To prove he is ur uncle especially maternal since u don't have same surname, attach his Identity document, birth certificate, marriage certificate. Since he married ur mother's sister, attach ur parents marriage certificate, ur mom's identity document. That's a way to show the connect. |

seiraries: I am sorry if I have offended you by being off-point. Yet, I fail to see how insulting me helps the person in question. You could have helped him a lot more by focusing on the issues you have so clearly observed I neglected. It's that easy. You didn't offend me. I just don't have a good feel when anyone is misled here. I expect the person whom was served the refusal letter to sit down and read it carefully and understand what it says because that is the first line in achieving any success, because when you get in to study for example this little errors can cost one a lot. I don't blame u a bit and I didn't insult u either because the truth is u might not have an idea of what the letter entails. Since he compared his reasons to sb else's he should as well follow the advice I gave to that person. I had already given my submission to his case. Thanks! |
