Ambode is treating lagosians as humans unlike his many predecesors. He is highly responsive, innovative and proactive.
He may yet turn out as the best lagos state governor after Jakande.

B. Aliyu, you are very wrong. Muslims are not more in population than any other religion in Nigeria as you blatantly claimed.
Many population data errors are shrouded in the fraudulent census figures.

Hmm these guys are serious with this their threat of bringing oil production to zero. PMB should as a matter of urgent national importance invite all the leaders from NigerDelta espicially GEJ to know if they can appease these boys. It's clear that the military cannot stop the attacks. By the way, where is ngeneukwenu? Is he in prison? Quite a time I saw him last here.
Ngene is hale and hearty enjoying a worthy, blissful holidays someplace i know not.

This is no longer a joke. They are out to cripple our economy. I am an Igbo man. I support what they are doing but I am afraid, I may not live to enjoy the independence. War is looming.
Relax. Nigeria MUST choose one of these options or it dies a natural death-2014 confab report, con-federation or full regionalism.

The executive is interfering too much in the affairs of the legislature. It's hi time the legislature responded with equal ferocity. I miss Chuba Okadigbo.
You missed a senate president that was disgraced out of office, in other words, a failure ?
What then did he achieve by his ferocity ?
And to think you see executive interference in a criminal escapade by people who are supposed to be honourable law-makers shows you are of the same criminal stock with them.

For this country to make any meaningful progress, a certain tribally bigotted section needs be excluded from positions of authority because they naturally look at everything with tribal and myopic binoculars.

nothing a bull dozer can not do

If some people are bent on destroying this country , i am sure US would lend Nigeria just one nuke

The best solution grin grin grin but i pray it doesn't come to that

What do you mean by destroying the country ? Is Nigeria a country or a mirage ?
Are you in the league of those who believe US of A are our friends ?
Only an unenlightened fellow will want the current comic going on in Nigeria to continue.

Besides, the original post up there is nothing but a gossipy trash.
Politics › Re: Opinion: Now That The Niger-Delta Want To Secede From Nigeria by BermudaTriangle(m): 4:31pm On May 08, 2016
osabuohein:
Bros I no barb o. I dey uptown but I go barb am today. Seriously yorubas and hausas dey choke us for this country.
This is a product of mental disorder. Otherwise, you would know that every segment of southern nigeria has self-determination groups. That some take to violence while some don't is simply a matter of semantics. There always are many routes to a single destinatuon.
Only a crass ignoramus can claim the Yoruba as a whole have a hand in the choking of the rest of nigeria.
It was not a secret that a segment of yoruba leaders advised their people to vote for Gej so he could implement the 2014 confab report.

If Gej were to behave as a true southerner in general and an Ijaw in particular, he would've taken to the advice of Pa Nwabueze and Okuronmu who told him to ensure an enabling law to back the confab report but he turned a blind eye to it.
His was the case of an executive president without the spine of one.
Besides, he surrounded himself with people of a stock who would rather put their life-wire under the carpet so long as they have access to money.

Finally, so segment of the south can be absolved from blame concerning the northern subjugation of the country.
How many Igbo leaders have openly spoken in support of IPOB so far ?
What has leaders of niger delta done with all their allocations to alleviate the effects of evironmental degration on their people ?

Ahead of the 2014 confab, it is on record that southern leaders under the uspices of SPLA ( southern peoples leaders assembly) agreed on a blueprint of demand at the confab. But as soon as it commenced SE and ND leaders started to buck under northern pressure.

Whatever anybody may try, nigeria is an experiment that is bound to fail.

But my questions are ;
1. Whose plan is this? Gov. Amosun? If yes, why did he not come up with it when he newly came to power coz he has just 2yrs to complete his tenure.

2. I live in Ogun state, the most laudable project that Amosun would have achieved would have been this Ofada road. But as at now, it is already an abandoned project.

3. Where would the money come from? Borrow? But why borrowing now and making another government to start servicing it when we all know that
political continuity is a problem in this part of the world.

May God help Us.
Common sense points.
