Good morning. Please, someone I know want to apply for GCMS note from Canada but that official website that someone will use to request for the GCMS note is saying "This atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca page can’t be found" after clicking on apply online.
Please, what is the solution or there's another official site by IRCC to request for GCMS note now?

Please how can I get it? I checked the mybankstatement site and Ecobank was not part of the branch and that gives mybankstatement.

Just go to the bank, they will give you.

But that wasn't the reason for the refusal, they said explicitly that he do not have enough money.

Sometimes, they give just generic reason.

Its a vocational/professional program, i already have my HND,PGD,MBA

Financial Documentation:
Half tuition paid (4300CAD),bal. is 4300CAD
Sponsorship letter from Fiancee based in US
Bank statement of sponsor (25000CAD)
My Pension statement. (i did not upload my bank statement)
Pictures with Sponsor with her engagement ring
Pictures with sponsor and my sister
letters of relationship support from sponsors' friends and family and also my family members ( total:4letters uploaded. 2each from both family)

Question:
1. How do i tackle this refusal next time?

2. My Option 1: I was thinking of completing the full tuition then provide a GIC of 10,000CAD , does this make sense?. (Please explain in detail). Must i also add my bank statement after the GIC

3. My option 2: A friend A friend living in Canada is offering to fund my naira bank account with the NAIRA equivalent of 10,000CAD after i paid my full tuition and then i print the statement after 1week, thereafter send back the money to him less than 2weeks. (He said that IRCC only confirms the authenticity of the statement from the financial institution NOT the amount as at date of confirmation. What is your HONEST view on this option

4. What other options can you suggest for me, i will really appreciate

5. Must i do the police report again?, apart from the deferral admission letter. which other document , must i reprint on a recent date?

6. Does it mean that if i tackle this refusal on insufficient fund well that there is no other reason to reject my application ?

I think the real reason for your refusal is because you are going for a course that is far far lower than your highest qualification. The chances of getting approval even if you pay all the tuition fee and provide enough money in your account is still very low unless your SOP is very powerful and convincing plus grace and mercy.

Yes, i was refused… All thanks to God regardless and NO I WILL NOT REAPPLY.

I’m still here, going no where but may not be active because i need to channel my energy elsewhere.

Jesus Christ. Please, don't give up. Request for the GCMS note and refire. God will surely do it, I believe.

Getting PTA now takes time. It may even take up to a month at least. I'm not sure you would get it before going.

Do you still have all the money intact in your account after applying for the student visa until you get PPR?
I heard IRCC can verify your bank statements or check your funds in your account to be sure.

The can only verify if the account is genuine or not but they can not check the amount that is inside but it's advisable to leave the money inside after application in case they ask for updated statement of account.

Visiting visa is now very slow. Most people that applied months ago are still waiting for it.

It's refundable if dem refuse the visa but dem go comot $200 from it.

It's refundable but they will deduct $200 administrative fee from it. But before you can get your refund, you must show them evidence of your study permit refusal.

You can't submit with your naira debit card cos of the limit on our cards which is $20 now. Either you use a dom account card or you look for someone wey dey abroad that can help you pay with their card.

FOR flight booking for Students, can one do a ONE WAY TICKET, or its mandatory to do a RETURN TICKET?

Responses will be highly highly appreciated.

One way ticket is okay. Booking a return ticket is not necessary unless you want to collect PTA from the bank.

Definitely, you can merge all the 3 different statement of accounts into one PDF file and upload. Other documents to show your funds can be added under it too. All must be merged into a single PDF file and then you can upload.

They won't ask you to reapply since it's updated LOA. Na same school, so no problem at all. It's better you send that updated LOA immediately sef through webform.

You can bring in your wife through SOWP and your child through study permit/visitor visa.

Please, how are people wey just apply for student visa dey do this biometric appointment stuff? The OTP dem dey send always enter late and go don dey useless by then. Any help on that without contacting them to book the appointment for someone?
