Abroad is good for people that depends on 9 to 5 jobs, but being a cab driver from being an actor is a step backwards... creative people are cashing out in naija...cars is not a problem to many business people in Nigeria, so many have houses and tenants too, but i understand if people go abroad to look for work, because of the poor wages in Nigeria, but people successful in their business here are living good. It's about choice, and decisions. Abroad is not better, because a lot there too are living at the bottom of the food chain.

Not in for comparison,but the fact still remains that it is easier to work legit and live a good life here than it is in naija.Dont forget I mentioned working hard and grace.It matters anywhere u are.I accept that some people in abroad too are not very okay financially but we all have access to other life necessities.Qualityhealthservice,security,e.t.c. I can't renegotiate the salary. They told me the nature of the job and asked me how much i wanted and i told them. The amount wasn't forced or imposed on me.

You're a kid from the way you're typing. There are some jobs that sucks you in. You'd hardly have time for other things. You'd be under the illusion that at least you're getting paid at the end of the month. Before you know it, two years would pass; then three; four... ten.

He must be having a torrid time in his present place of work for him to be considering a commission-based job.

The fact still remains that more experience on a job can boost your opportunity to get a better well paid job.I accepted my first job as a store keeper with just 26k salary and after few months I applied and was invited for a warehouse manager job interview in another company,the few months experience i have gotten from the 26k job gave me the confidence to pass the interview and got the WHM job with almost 7times my 26k salary and i,m even earning more now. INSURANCE marketing in Nigeria is time wasting because getting clients is too difficult.
