You see, it's a game of Chess.

It's a huge power play.

Aligning with power when you are powerless makes you not powerful, but "backed by power".

Of your own Accord, you aren't powerful and that power that's backing you will make sure that you do not obtain the kind of power they have. That would place you on equal par with them and that's a terrible move.

The only way you can align with power successfully is when you are also powerful and you need to form alliances against some other power blocs.

The entire African continent is not a power bloc of any kind. What the world see us as is a burden not a power bloc.

I would rather prefer that we Africans do the necessary work and become a force to be reckoned with.

This way, when we form alliances, the world sits up and takes notice. They go to their drawing boards and start making calculations on what that powerful move by Africa could mean for them.


Right now, we are weak. This alliance with Russia is going to look to the western world as exactly what it is, beggar Africa going to Russia for succour.

They know that Russia won't help Africa become a world power, so they won't lose much sleep there.

America still rules the world, militarily and financially. I'm sure they think they can take Africa back from Russia if they so wish.


As for China buying up 80% of Canada, I honestly, seriously and sincerely doubt it.


Canada is a very MASSIVE landscape.china will have to empty it's purse to purchase even half of it.

But if this is true, which I seriously doubt, Canada is safe. Canada is a very rich country. Besides, it's on the same continent as the US.

America and all of the Western world will never ever let China take Canada. That's for sure.

If you check my last post you'll see that, there's no alliance individual African countries or even Africa as a whole can make with the powers that be that she will come out the better for it.

Why?

Because, at the moment, Africa has been led to believe that they have nothing to offer the world.

That's why a whole President of the US and much touted leader of the free world would call Africa a shithole.

Trump voiced out what the others have been whispering behind closed doors.

Let us perfect international relations among African countries first, to the point that we can function as one unit when we address and interact with the international community.

Russia is already a world power for real.

Therefore, the partnership can never be as between equals. Never.

What you'll see is Russia providing us military might to kill off Western and Eastern influences while they come in and monopolize neocolonialism over Africa.

Only two entities that are of the same class and status can strike a fair bargain.

Whatever bargain Africa strikes with any outsider today, no matter where they come from, Africa would lose.

Do you know why? Because Africa/Africans as of today is/are at the very bottom of the human food chain.

We need to change this first and show the world that we don't need them. That's when our destiny as a people will begin to look better.
