When some of us advocate for overhaul of our healthcare system, especially her management, it is because we care for a better and healthy nation. A system that we can be proud to bequeath to our unborn generations.

It is not like we can not join the bad system and make good money from it, but doing that will be akin to destroying the world rather than building it.

Anybody who had been following my posts on this forum will agree that I have been a great advocate of a revamped healthcare system in Nigeria. But some people may think that we are chasing clout or trying to monopolize the system. That is not the case!

Let's fix our health sector now!
When we say fix healthcare system/ health sector it's the blacks working in it that are why it's not working. Hand over management of the hospitals to oyinbo and it will start working. Sad but true. Even Buhari dey go treatment for oyinbo land.

Where are all those who say "our leaders failed to build good hospitals" - these are happening in high brow hospitals

Sometimes, being stubborn is really helpful... Barely two months ago, my sister was rushed to the hospital from her place of work and the condition was so critical that required an operation, while in the theatre battling for her precious life, I was praying and sweating profusely that she would come back....

While this was going on, I moved to the female ward of the hospital to get her mantle which she kept on her bag and I saw one of the female patient who's having difficulty to speak and breathe well trying to get the attention of a nurse putting on a white earphone blasting to music from her mobile device.

The female patient was pointing to the pulse clip which the nurse mistakenly removed while arranging her oxygen cylinder.

I had to forcefully remove the useless earphone from her ears and shouted at her to concentrate.... She wanted to misbehave by trying to shout back at me, I had to show her that there are levels to madness by destroying the earphone. I did wrong there, but I hate negligence.... She reported me to the naval personnel there and after everything, they ask me to take it easy and be calm.

What brighten my mood that day was that my sister came out of that health challenge and the doctors gave her full attention anytime she complained.

I don't tolerate negligence at work place.
but its the culture in nigeria; to that nurse "the hospital is not my fathers business so why should i care"; and why should i care about a dying woman "na my sister"?

How can the negligent culture in Nigerian workplaces be changed?

Cashio:
I do not support any case of rape, either with a minor or and adult. But I can categorically tell you that most rape allegations by some women are false. Most of them are just used as means to disrepute some men or get back at some people.
I once had an encounter with one girl. This girl saw my work on one facebook page and was fascinated. She sent me a friend request and I accepted. We started chatting and after sometime, she started being flirty and forming to be in love with me. I played along and had to realize later she was trying to use the love and relationship stuff to get me to do her final year project for free. When she later opened up about her project, I told her how much I will charge her for the drawings, she refused and we stopped communicating.
She later gave the project to my coursemate whose contact she got through my Facebook profile. All these happened in 2019. Fast forward, October last year, the guy contacted me for a job and I accepted without knowing it was the girl's project(the one he did was cancelled and he didn't have time to start all over). Along the line, I got to know it was hers but then I was committed to the work already.
When it was time to make the second payment after I had passed the approval stage, this girl refused to pay me oo, insisting I must do more work before she gives me another money. I said well, I won't do shit if I don't get another money. She said I should send her the soft copy of the one I did already and I refused, demanding she either send me 1k subscription with which I will send it or come down to where I was staying and copy the work herself from my system. Babe refused and I locked up.
Finally, this girl told her family members that I tried to befriend her and she refused and that was why I was delaying her final year project which I was doing for her. Someone I never saw even once.
That incidence made me believe that some women can go any way to victimize you if you are not careful.

NB...I'm not in anyway in support of rape, but I think every rape case should be clearly and thoroughly investigated before terming those men as monsters so that we do not end up dragging the reputation of innocent men to the mud because of fake allegations.
If you started by saying I don't support rape in any way that means deep down you do.

Speaking to newsmen, Odiko Mcdon, the spokesperson of the state police command revealed that Uduak Frank Akpan has been arrested for kidnapping, raping, and killing the victim the deceased.

The suspect confessed to luring his victim to his house in the guise of giving her a job, but ended up sexually and physically assaulting her which led to her death.

If there was only 6 - 12 states, Kwara will not even have any assembly. Kwara will probably be included in another state and the decision of that state will apply - there are 36 state assemblies in Nigeria - what a waste of time in getting anything done.
