My partner want's us to relocate abroad. As a couple we make around 500k monthly from 2 businesses. I am however of the opinion that we can survive in Nigeria with available prospects coupled with the businesses we have at hand. We are a small family with 2 kids. I don't see why you wanna leave all this and start allover abroad... anyway.. I think you need to speak with someone that has been in diaspora for decades to advise you guys... expecially someone from the intended country you going too...

If you leave your buisness
You will hav to start all over
It will take you years to start earning pretty well
Not like you won't make over 500k here... but bills will suckk it

You can try masters option while your wife get a full work permit or other way round

Your wife can apply for carer sponsorship visa while you guys travel with her...

Generally it's nice to relocate for the kids future... but think about it very well and make research everyday

Don't listen to people discouraging you

Only listen to people advising you npt to travel with improper documents...

A short visa can make you struggle for real

Abroad now this days wasn't like before.. covid messed up things... and since 2010, many European economies have struggled with high debt and low economic growth... but in all its still far better than Nigeria standard of living....

If you hav the finance... pls make the decision and relocate...
Don't do it for yourself, but for your kids....

So I went to church with my family, at the entrance of the church members of protocol use their security gadgets to search us whether we carry any kind of weapon. Me that did not even carry Bible expect my phone and offering, yet they use their gadgets on me.

I was just laughing because it seems they don't trust their members again for instance me a member of more than five years and listen to the pastor almost every week.
I think this acts in church will further discourage people from attending church services but to stick to electronic programmes

My mom have a friend, a very good one. The woman really like me because I am a boy and she doesn't have a male child, so she holds me in high esteem. She has five daughters, my senior, my age mate and my juniors.

Since I returned back from school after my final exam, the respect is becoming too much, my mom started complaining about me being single and her friend becoming more friendlier. Her third daughter just graduated too, and my mom is trying everything for two of us to date. Recently, the started chatting me up frequently and I discovered she is not my spec. She is this spiritual and religious Bible kind of girl and I am a liberal. When I told her that I am not spiritual nor religious, I can see the shock on her face.

She doesn't wear trouser, no earrings nor necklace, a very decent girl by appearance of course, and that's the kind of girl I want. She is even complaining that I am too unstable because I am always traveling every now and then and she doesn't like it.

I am not ready for any relationship right now and I don't want any relationship that involves two families. I will get a girlfriend for myself whenever I am ready. So I told my mom to bury that thought, it won't happen and she said I am too stubborn and rebellious and radical, I smiled and said nothing.
