Because in Nigeria, judging by the minimum wage, you need the two days earnings i.e 2k to feed for just a day. Absolutely... food are so cheap abroad.. |

PinkNature: On average, which one is easier? Making $8 or #800? It's will take you relatively 2hrs to earn 800naira if you doing labourer job in naija It will take you 35min to make 8$ on a security job in America |

Meddymeddy: I have a question I want to ask.
When I was born in Nigeria, I met the economy at a certain stage, and what I observed is that when the economy rises, it never drops. I've heard stories from the past about how the economy was. Going back to the 1960s and 1970s, the standard of living was very low, to the extent that a double salary was paid during the Gowon regime.
Those who have traveled out of Nigeria to countries that have a better economy than Nigeria How does it feel, and how did it impact your life? Feels great, to know foods and drinks are relatively cheap.... Tho some fancy dish ain't cheap if you compare them to Nigeria exchang rates.. 🍕 $8 in naira 8k... you can get pizza for 4k naija Shawarma $16 in naira 16k... you can get Shawarma for 800naira in naija |

englishmart: My uncle based in Australia asked me yesterday to choose between Australia or 20 million naira. I didn't think twice before choosing 20 million. He promised to skrill it to me in two weeks' time. The next two weeks will be for cooking sure 5 odds. I will convert the money to 100 million, transfer his sick 20 million back to him, cook another 2 odds and stake it with 80 million. That will amount to over 160 million. Now, from that 160 million, I will travel to Australia, buy an apartment of 80k dollars, invite my uncle to stop squatting and start paying affordable rents at my place. Perish that idea and call you uncle back say na child_mentality dey worry you... say right now you are ready to go to Australia...
Dont do this for yourself ... do it for your unborn and born generation
God will be with you |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Job Offer Without Basic Salary But On Performance. Is It Worth Travelling Far? by BigDawsNet: 3:30pm On Oct 10, 2023 |
Eddodoh: I am currently considering a job opportunity with QNET. But where i have issue is about the pay.
I was told that no basic salary. I will be paid base on my performance i.e. sales i am able to make as it's a direct sales role. Moreso, i live in one of the Norther states and i will need to travel to the job location in the south west.
My fear, what if i am unable to meet the performance benchmark? How do i cope in a far away location?
Pls, advise. If you have good marketing skills then go for it... if not and your remuneration no flow... it won't make sense for real |

12inchess: I have done Uber in America. Its's not really a profitable hustle if you consider the cost of fuel and the maintenance cost. But if you just need sharp sharp money from time to time then it could make sense. The payout is very small but there is a very flexible schedule. Uber food in America is better |

Carmanbiz: This is particularly against car theft, unconcerned about others like fire, flood, accident etc.
1. Car insurance
2. Car tracker
3. Steering lock
4. Suggest the one you know better than these.
Please I really need your responses on this.
Thank you. Car insurance is mandatory Car tracker will get your back faster Steering lock is fine... atleast, burglar will not have time to pick the locks |
