They don’t need any doctor on board. The crew should be first aid trained. There should also be a Resus box or trolley with the necessary medications and aids to intervene in emergencies.

I expected the lady to have had her medications or inhaler with her.

i doubt the crew would be able to handle life threatening asthma. Even with first aid training. It's a serious emergency that may sometimes even require ICU care if it fails to respond to medications.

A woman's life was reportedly saved after suffering from a medical condition aboard a flight from Lagos to Kano. Report has it that the woman had a life threatening asthma attack which probably caused panic on board the plane.

The cabin crew asked if there was any doctor present in a bid to treat the woman.

Dr Fakhruddeen Yahaya, the personal physician to the governor of Kano state, Umar Ganduje was present as he identified himself and immediately stabilized the woman.

Most likely the doctor had. emergency medications with him or it made available by the airline otherwise there is not much you can do for a patient with life threatening asthma in such circumstances. Maybe INo2, sha that will be readily available in the cabin. The woman was really lucky.

unfortunately this has gone viral so no amount of explanation can remedy the damage. I only blame the physician who didn't communicate with his patients an patient relatives properly. Hence they just reached silly conclusion based on what they saw

The people that will transform the country you won't vote them they won't be the popular candidate at the polls and they won't be sharing rice on the day of election. Take a survey how many voters can say one or two things abt the portfolio of the candidates they voted. Very few. Nigerians vote based on sentiment and popularity of the party why should it always be a choice BTW APC and PDP if APC candidate is a stone or a log wood it will probably gather more votes than KOWA 's candidate if he or she has a PhD in political science from HAvard
