Thanks for your response.
As at the time of my last interview (Tuesday last week):
1. My GRE score was 299 (149 V, 150 Q and 4.0 AW) which the VO requested and I presented to her.
2. She didn't ask for my sponsor's bank statement. Just asked me who he is and what he does.
3. I applied to 3 schools, however i had admits from Texas A & M University, Kingsville Texas and Indiana University, Southbend, Inidiana. I chose the first anyway cos they offered my concentration, gave me free in-campus housing scholarship and a tuition waiver which will qualify me to pay my tuition like an in-state Texan resident. Texas A&M University though offered me Statistical Analysis, Computing and Modelling (though I-20 had it as Maths and Statistics, while Indiana University offered me Applied Maths and Computer Science. I chose TAMUK cos they had a lot of courses that will ensure I become a big data analyst. Courses like big data computing and analytics, applied predictive analytics, numerical analysis, to mention but a few.

That's all I can point out with regards your response. I appreciate your response and hope to learn and read more from you.
Your profile is okay..and since not much appears to have changed, you could just tell the VO you didn't have a chance to properly present your case, if asked. Frankly, your last interview transcript looks okay as well. Good luck!

I studied Computer Science at B. SC. Going for an M. Sc in Statistical Analysis, Computing and Modelling but i-20 stated it as Mathematics and Statistics, hence, I now use that and say with a concentration I'm Statistical Analysis computing and modelling.
As at when you went for the last interview, did you have a bad GRE score or didn't write it at all? Did you present low account balance or nothing at all? Did you apply to a lowly ranked school and have now applied and got admission to a better school?... A new VO is going to interview you, usually, based on the notes of the previous one. So, if nothing really concrete has changed, I would stick with things along the lines of you feeling you weren't able to convince the previous VO you are a genuine student despite supporting facts presented.

Would you rather be placed on administrative processing for weeks/months because of that? BTW, assuming you didn't get full funding.

So, someone cannot tell VO that he/she saw the name of schools online in peace again?

What if the person z actually saying the truth nko?
The question is what exactly did you find out about the school online? If you got your information purely based on US News rankings, then Harvard,Stanford,Princeton etc should be top of your list. There is always something more...affordability,ranking,funding,curriculum etc or even a combination of those. Think about that, and come up with a clear and concise way to express it!

Tuition alone is not indicative of anything. I wouldn't use that as a yardstick.

Sorry man for the denial, you just have to brace up.
You did very well in the interview but the problem I see here is the lack of correlation between your undergraduate course I.e computer science, working in a bank and going for masters in Maths and statistics.Masters in computer science or information technology would have made more sense with you working in the IT department. I wish you all the best as you refire.
That on its own is not a red flag. Apart from your interview, things you fill in your DS-160, your 'family record', composure (to determine if you're lying or not) and the VO factor play a big role in determining whether you get a visa or not.

Where are you travelling to? Are you leaving from Lagos?

The snapshots attached are for Lagos to Washington DC (IAD airport). Using google flights you could see flights for as low as $724 (or N260,640 in Naira using N360 exchange rate) spread out all through November and December, as you can see in the first image. When you click on December 13, for example, it shows you the different airlines and their respective costs for flights leaving on that day and you could see Royal Air Maroc offering $724 (in the second image), which happens to be the lowest on the list. The $724 price is for one-way only. You don't need to book two-way. Probably why it has been expensive for you.
Those numbers change sometimes, once redirected to the airline website

An Op-Ed pulled from the New York Times

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/23/opinion/immigration-visa-h1b-trump-.html?smid=fb-nytimes&smtyp=cur

"Six months ago I won the lottery — the H-1B visa processing lottery for skilled foreign workers. I called my thrilled parents and celebrated with friends. I’m from northeastern China and have an M.B.A. from Stanford, and was planning to stay in Silicon Valley to help start a company based on a promising new technology to improve the use of data. I was overjoyed because, historically, being selected in the lottery was a near guarantee that an applicant could remain in this country at least three more years.
Yup, H1-B in under a lot of scrutiny now..and this is someone with a great profile; If you now go and study some random course , you're on your own big time...

Hey guys please I need information from someone who has been put on administrative process. I have been issued the visa. How many days will it take for them to give me my visa.
You haven't been issued a visa yet, that's why your case is processing. As long as you didn't present fake documents, you should be good. Takes anywhere from weeks to months.

Dealing with naira, there are much cheaper states to school . ... I agree people should plan well
I wouldn't think an average student studying in DC will also be staying there anyways..even the 'cheap' SE is very unsafe

Hello my people..

Please, what documents do I have to take to the embassy for my interview?

While filling my Ds-160, I included all the International organization that I have volunteered with, with certificate to prove that and also included in the ds-160 that I am a YALI alumni..
So, do I have to go with all my Certificates to prove it or I should just go with the general documents required?

I'm asking cos I don't want them to feel like am too desperate to travel to usa o..
No need to carry those certificates. Just prepare for the interview, and go with the required documents.

Would you also want me to sit for the SAT on your behalf? It’s your job to do the necessary research. How to register for the SAT and cost is public information on the web. When you select a school, they tell you how much the application fee is. The rest is up to you.

Thanks man. But you know how sponsors could be. I would really love to pursue the msc but my parents would like to save money. I am not the owner of the money so I just have to cave to whatever they want at the end. But what would you have me do in this case... and I just paid my i20 express mail.
You know yourself and your situation better than anyone else..but personally, I would go for the MSc right away if my parents can afford it and my intended major had very good career prospects.

Take time to really evaluate what you want to do, and its benefits career-wise long term. Things may either be more favorable or even less, few months from now.

It means that you have a good chance of getting a job after completion of your degree and the degree is hot cake.
I could go on and on, but really there are lots of field in high demand. What might be in high demand in a state might not be in another, so you might be making generalizations based on your locality. America is too big for you to just say 2 fields are in high demand with an MS degree. Statistics that attempt to show what is in high demand and what's not are mostly flawed; most of them just rely on the number of job openings. Most of them don't consider factors like not being a US Citizen or LPR, how many of those openings those companies intend to fill with external candidates or how soon they want them filled. The other aspect is, things change very fast-what you might think is in high demand now might not be when you graduate in 2 years.
