emmanuelewumi: Banks interest rates for loans, if you want to invest in the real sector is still between 20% and 30% depending on your track record in the business, collateral security and the duration of the loan.
The winners in all these quagmire are the banks, they have mastered the art and science of making money from the Nigerian Economy.
In the next 3 months their financial report will be out for us to see.
To get about 15% and above margin in the next 3 months, consider looking at the shares of the big Banks in Nigeria. Zenith, GTB, Access, UBA and FBN.
Can you put us through the art of buying these shares??
Valorreviews: Hello guys, So i unboxed the Infinix S5, the first device from infinix with the punch pole camera in the display. The variant i unboxed was the 4GB Ram and 64GB Rom, that is priced at N53,000. There was Nothing unusual in the box except that there is a pamphlet that says you get free screen repair if you damage your screen within the first 100 days of purchase and that super cool from infinix.
The phone is a really pretty phone, it has a 6.6 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 X 1600 Pixels. Its the first device made by infinix to have the punch hole camera in the display. The punch hole houses a 32MP front camera that takes good pictures. At the rear, there is a finger print scanner that is fast and responsive, quad led flash, a 16MP main camera, a 5MP ultra wide camera, a 2MP depth sensor and a Qvga camera for low light photography.
The infinix S5 is powered by a Mediatek Helio P22 chip, its a 12nm chip and paired with 4GB of ram, performance is good on this device. You can play PUBG on Balanced Graphics and Medium Frame rate on this device and game play is smooth, Asphalt 9 Legends runs well although while playing, the phone got a bit warm. You should expect to get 7 Hours screen on time with this device thanks to the 4,000mah battery on board.
The Infinix S5 works with GLO 4G BAND!!!!! yay!!! It has a dual sim card slot and a memory card tray that you use to expand the memory to 256GB.
Here is my video showing the unboxing and review of the Infinix S5.
DigitalMallam: Simply have a will/testament in place, it doesn't cost much.
Studies have it that 80% of Nigerian don't have a will. Having one in place doesn't mean you will soon die. To ensure your hard earn wealth or sweat does not end up in wrong hands or forfeited to banks and govt. Pls have a will. The law doesn't recognize next or kin, in addition you can do your next of kin a whole lot of good by having a will. You don't want to imagine what next of kin go through before they can access your fund when you're long gone. In most cases govt charge exorbitant fees to get necessary doc before they can access the fund. I have witnessed first hand the devastating effect of not having a will by friends and colleagues. Come to think of it, it does not cost much to have one in place.
After a thorough search, I found United Capital (trustees) ideal for me, and i just started mine. It cost only 17k. No reoccurring annual fee. I spent way above that on beer daily.
You must be a hell of a drunk....that must be on a light mood tho....17k daily on beer
With current economic climate in Nigeria, I contemplating switching from TBill to Eurobonnd. Though i know the A-Z of TBill but have little knowledge of the later, I've been to Stanbic to do some research and was told I will need to open a domiciliary account which is a current account, from my experience with current a/c in Nigeria, I'm aware it attract some form of maintenance fees.
Which will be more profitable Eurobond or TBill, I don't want to lose my hard earned savings due to the looming devaluation, I can't stand another situation whereby the Naira will shed huge chunk of its value to devaluation. I've few more years to retirement.
Honest professional advised needed.
Someone should please attend to this question. Im sure i am not the only one awaiting the response
Or wait for even more rate rises? What do you think...
What time of the day do you update the daily rates on your website?
It will do more good if it can be gotten around 1pm everyday. It would drive more traffic to your website while you save investors of the daily hassle of jumping from one bank to the other...looking for the best rate.
ify2016: House please, last year I opened a Sterling Recurrent Deposit Account with a Monthly deposit of 20k per annum. At the end of maturity, I was able to get a shocking 243k after a whole one year. Now I want to start another monthly savings that will mature per annum investing 20k. My question is that, what financial advice can you give me on how to get a better return per annum saving 20k monthly? Your advice is very Paramount to me. Am starting either this Friday or next week Tuesday. Thanks a lot
* They don't give you your interest upfront. * They don't give Certificate of investment like banks.
This means, they can decide to take "bigger risk" with investors money in the future, while you think your money is in tbills.
And if that bigger risk fails, they might start using Peter to pay Paul (Ponzi!) and Sterling Bank thru its legal team will distant itself from them saying something in the line of They are PARTHIAN PARTNERS we are STERLING BANK!
Dc4life: I was slightly above 21 when I made my first million from side hustles & trading bitcoins and Giftcards . God bless @Justi4Jesu who contacted me and added me to her WhatsApp Ecurrency group. alfajohn: you are lucky to get 14.65% for 363 days for secondary market. Stanbic ibtc just gave me 14.25 for 356 days. To think that I moved the bulk of the money from uba to stanbic is not interesting to me at all
