What's the meaning of a "DECLINE MAIL"

GTbank is currently telling me before they can refund my money back to me ,I will have to get a Decline Mail from seller..

I canceled the order on the 28th of March and the transaction was approved to be refunded.. But my bank says I should get a Decline mail from the merchant before they can reverse my 60,000naira..

Bily please help, I registered a new car on the uber platform the driver have been approved as active but for the car documents no approval, for insurance document it says "mismatch across documents", and for road worthiness it says "wrong document".

For insurance I submitted a third party insurance, for road worthiness I submitted vio road worthiness document, please house what could be the problem.

Same thing happened to me this morning too on Taxify. #1,100 for Anthony to lekki. So annoying ... A trip of 31km showing 8km and 1,100 as fare

Beyond the risk of being removed or sent on "vacation" if your ratings are very low I can say for Uber dunno of taxify that once your confirmation rate goes into the 80% level you start receiving lesser trip requests same if your cancellation rate is high meanwhile in other news I had a trip of like 2k yesterday which rider did not pay and when I reported to Uber they credited me 5k abi na error??

Different strokes for different folks bro that is what I will say besides who knows how long you were doing when you started off but beyond that if you ensure you get your due rest then why not I don't support 18hrs but I usually do about 12 hrs on weekends if other personal engagements or car fixing don't hinder me and it is not like am targeting it that way I may start at 7 or 8 and end like 10pm or 11pm and on some weird days enter like past 12.
Now about this experience hullabaloo, am a darned good driver am naturally smart and I already knew like 70% of roads in lagos before I started so I assumed it would be smooth sailing but alas no I did not factor in that my car option would also be a major headache, ave seen Ladipo more times this year than ever but beyond that there are tricks of the trade which you can only learn on the job but the truth is most owners asking for experienced hands just want to have it smooth and it cannot be that way.no be so money easy to make..

The experienced drivers already know how the business runs, and using them is less of a risk.

The new drivers will need about a month to learn the ropes. The question is at who's expense?

This is business, same with any kind of job in the formal sector, they will always look at your resume' and first thing they look out for is experience

but do not be discouraged, there are people out there willing to take a chance

I was dropping off a rider and another request came in. I called the rider, a man, and he gave me directions. Driving towards there, i called just to confirm the estate he said i was coming to... and he replied in a condescending tone..... I kept quiet. Got to the estate gate And called him. He said he was going to call security to let me in..... O..K. Security comes out holding a book. That i should write my name. Ahh ah. Wetin happen? Write name that I am going to see governor or I am about to enter embassy for visa.... I don't understand. My name is Romeo3, write am there. That one too started his own sha. That if I won't write I should go away, that even the mopol wont let me in without me writing my name, and he walked away, back into the estate and locked the gate.....

After 2 mins, the man now called again. He starts well, saying it was just Protocol. Sir, I know it's Protocol, but the whole approach is too funny. Only for the man to spoil everything, telling me "1000 uber cars enter the estate daily, and they all write their names. Rich men enter the estate, and they all write their names. Cars bigger than yours enter the estate, and they all write their names.... That there is nothing special about your car. Just drive in, and come and pick your client"


I sat in the car laughing. 1:30am. You have a girl you want to discharge. A car is outside waiting, and you are speaking grammar.. . . Yeah there is nothing special. But i don't like your tone. I don't like your attitude, and i don't like your approach. If after all my shakara I still sign that book and enter to pick this arrogant nincompoop, he will continue his lecture when he sees me, insult my job, insult my car..... and still rate me 1 star after the trip.

He talked and talked. "Hello, are you there?" Yes i'm there. but I want to punish you. I want to teach you a lesson, and i want to waste your time. Why didn't You call all those bigger cars and all those rich men to come and carry your ashi home by 1:30 am? You requested for a service, and you are insulting me subtly..... You are What? You areeeee....... Mad! "I have heard you sir".. That was all I replied.

I cancelled that trip right there and then, and drove away slowly.... God punish you, and God punish devil. He called me again and i ignored..... I was happy.

Your tiny light is a recipe for low rating and your communication skill is meant to make up for that...
