Showbobo you are very correct o,i was wondering where in abeokuta had so much developed to warrant this praise,i worked at Sacred Heart Hospital for a year and was able to see almost every where that needs to be seen in Abeokuta and i was opportuned to visit again late last year and i did not see much change in short it was more of a disappointment with the look of things,the houses at Ibara where i used to live are now falling apart,it is just pathetic and forget about the infrastructures they are a far from good.

@David, the best bet is for you to have all the 4 wisdom teeth remove as soon as possible, all this remedies for pain relief are only temporary and i tell you .you are doing more harms than good by keeping them still in your mouth even if you did not experience any pain for a whole year. It is believed by united states dentist that wisdom teeth are not adequately taken care of because the tooth brush does not get to clean them probably and they are difficult to floss hence prone to cavities and consequently infections which will over a period of time spreads to affect the other teeth.Dear bro.hurry and have the remove,they can actually be remove under general anaesthesia if you are so afraid of the pain.I wish you all the best.

@sun temi.Sorry for the direct response .i know that the skin is also semi permeable and definitely this gbana will be absorbed,I am just a bit worry about what effect it will cause after it produced the desired effect of probably grown the afro.i am scare about gbana.it is just me.

There's an Igbo village being built in Virginia. Apparently there were so many Igbo people shipped there during the slave trade that they became a majority, so the site will serve as a homage to those Igbo people.

@imme,the advise of nairalanders are good and very encouraging.i did also draw some inspirations on everybody that contribute to this trends ,a lot of them have personal experiences.My own son is now 14 months he just started crawling, he  was born prematurely at 7 months,Dr said everything is fine with him, they referred him for occupational and physical therapy which i sincerely did not see improvement with, as a nurse i was worrying my self sick thinking my son have some kind of disability, i keep requesting for different test each time he has a well baby chec up trying to check if something is wrong, honestly everything is just fine with him.I called my mom to tell her the development.you know what she said, Gracee relaxed,go back to work ( i stopped working shortly before my son was born and do not feel comfortable leaving him to go back)you spend to much time hovering and cuddling him,pu him on his abdomen on a comfortable and safe place all the time, modify the environment with colorful toys that have sound, musics. I was amazed at what different this made in my son's life ,he can now cruise around the table. I will specifically put you in my prayers because i sincerely understand your predicament but please make him spend 30 mins on the floor at lest 6 time a day specifically on his abdomen ,you will be amaze of the different it will make.

All food especially veggies from naija are now package in different form to be ship to the likes of US,UK and the rest of places where naija resides.They are well embraced,people buy and eat them fine without stomach aches or any problem.it is AJE PONU LA, YAKO  YO SPECIAL.

I remembered adding some dried ones to our neighbour's bath water while in primary school.Myself and my younger sisters were testing the effect and it happened we targeted this guy who was always over protective about his compound and won't allowed we children to play.
