It is very possible. Google used to have some nice open APIs before, but they are gradually closing them one by one. One of them was the former finance API.

I see no one has taken up my challenge. When presented with facts, I see silence from the supposedly confident. All I see instead is ignorance attempting to denigrate faith. Hopefully anyone getting swayed by these crazy arguments can read this thread, understand that these guys have no idea what they are talking about and spend their time on better things.

Why are you so easily falling into the trap created by the Caucasians to control your mind?. Try to see behind their words to avoid to be under their subliminal control. Present day authorities, theologians, philosophers, and so-called linguistics of European birth use several of their own languages to control your mind and entrap you in their definitions. Remember that their first holy book is the Bible or the Koran, and their second and most holy book is their dictionary; with these tools, they rule. They can decide what is true and what is false, and they can make a learnt man, look like a fool, or a liar, because they are unquestionable. The format used is author, authentic, authority. With those three principles, everybody retreats to them to check themselves and their own culture. Whenever you look up the root of a word, and where it originated, you are always led to Greek, French, Old English, Latin, and Arabic. Most of your definitions are coming from these languages. They have you controlled by these languages to keep your mind trapped and make themselves the authorities, the authors, and thus appear to be authentic.
I like the epistle you wrote above, but I am not letting you off that easy. You said you have reliable sources. Biko, produce them angry

From http://www.egyptianmyths.net/isis.htm

As the wife of Osiris, Isis assisted her husband during his earthly reign. In the Pyramid Texts, allusions are made that indicate that Isis foresaw her husband's murder. Following his death, Isis tirelessly searched for his body so that he may be properly buried and may rest in peace in the Underworld. Through her magic, she brought Osiris back to life so that he could impregnate her with their son Horus.
Isis was not a virgin. Not only is it not mentioned in the Book of the Dead (virginity did not carry the same weight with the Egyptians), we can clearly see here she was impregnated by a dead "god" she brought back to life!

You dont have to be a genius to see that this story bares little resemblance to the birth of Jesus. Osiris looks nothing like Elohim, Isis nothing like the Spirit of God. The only similarity here is that Horus was born of a "god"! I feel sorry for the thousands of carnal christians who allow themselves to be swept away by cleverly packaged youtube videos, designed with imagery and music meant to evoke certain emotions. So much for "research"! embarassed

Horus:
Every reliable source will tell you that the word "gospel" means ghost-spell or spell of the ghost, which is the same as the spell of God.

Every reliable source will tell you that Religion spellbinds a person and that the scriptures that you hold in your hand today are
not divinely inspired and are spellbinding.
1. From Merriams:
Origin of GOSPEL
Middle English, from Old English gōdspel (translation of Late Latin evangelium), from gōd good + spell tale

2. Spell means to "read slowly". The term "being put under a spell" is obvious in this light. It would mean someone reciting some incantations on you, that is SPELLing them. Hence morphed into "casting a spell"

I await your reliable sources on this "ghost spell" business. Before you rush and reply me, notice the words I bolded. It clearly tells you how we go from god (good) and spel (tale) to good tale, or good news.

Its a historical fact that blacks skinned humans are used for slavery by the Arabs, Jew and Romans.
So Racism has always been institutional from ages.

And why are Africans trying to get a black Jesus when we know that Jesus Christ is of the Jewish/Hebrew race.
This is part of the Inferiority complex disturbing Black African.
We always want to embrace the cultures of other Race, just to get acceptance.
arabs, jews, romans might be ages to you, but it is recent history in the grand scheme of things. you ought to digest what you read before you respond. Im not trying to get acceptance from anyone. neither is the OP from what I have read so far. fact is fact. if its not important to you, say so, instead of downplaying other people's interests
Christianity EtcRe: Jesus Was A Black Man by birdman(m): 7:03am On Feb 21, 2015
Ibime:
Leave the one sided perspective boss.

A true Arab is a Berber. If you picture Muamar Gadaffi, you should know what kind of skin colour the Jews of Jesus day would have.

The OP based his claim on Jesus hair looking like wool. Do you know any black woman that can wash your feet with her hair like Mary Magdalene did to Jesus? African hair cannot do that.

The Jews of those days were olive skinned and would not look out of place in Greece or the Mediterranean. Hence in all of Pauls travels through the Greek towns of Corinth, Thessalonia and Ephesus, no mention was made of his skin colour. If Paul was black, it would have been noted in Greece that he was a nubian. The Greeks have always identified Nubians as Nubians in all their writings long before Jesus was born.
Remember, there was no institutionalized racism, so it is very unlikely that much attention was paid to skin color. People probably identified based on culture and lineage much more than color. Color would only be mentioned in passing, in relation to something else.

Even biblical stories show that that the Israelites, and the nations surrounding them were a mix. Solomon's 'wife' in songs of solomon is black. She makes that very clear. David was probably a light skinned black man. We know this because Goliath disdained David's "fair countenance". For David to stand out in this way to Goliath, most people in Israel had to be of a darker shade. As would have been Goliath and his people.

And then there is genetics. We know that dark skin couples can produce lighter skin offspring, but not the other way round. So it would make sense that most of the folk in biblical history would be darker shades, if not outright black. The odds of Jesus being a darker shade is very likely. Even the early paintings representing Jesus bear this out.

My 2 cents, the skin color issue is a manifestation of the spirit of division, with the main aim of wiping out the human family. It ought not be a big deal, but it is. And the fault lies squarely with a carnal church. I dont think most of the Christian church (black and white) is mature enough to embrace a black Jesus. It is what it is undecided

igbo2011:
Source: http://www.globalresearch.ca/is-boko-haram-a-cia-covert-op-to-divide-and-conquer-africa/5431177

Thoughts?
Perhaps it is, but in that case, it would be a very poor plot. The reason most Nigerians are angry is that we know full well that Boko Haram as it is constituted today cannot face one quarter of one of our mechanized divisions. Even the Cameroonians are baffled as to why our soldiers are being purposely under-equipped.

Before we go into conspiracy plots, here is the truth. You can fact check all of this on google.

1. The special security adviser to GEJ, who hails from GEJ's own part of the country has already said BH is being helped by insiders. He later dies in a helicopter "accident". GEJ does nothing about this, and just carries on.

2. Nigeria had huge successes against BH while the COAS was Ihejirika. Something of an outsider, this was a good choice by GEJ because the man came in, cleaned house and slowly but surely BH was on the wane.

3. Election season rolls by and GEJ starts plotting. He removes Ihejirika, bypasses a dozen senior commandants and finds his kinsman from Bayelsa, Minimah a junior in the army to become COAS. At the same time he retires about 15 generals to make sure he has a firm hold on the army. This weakens army morale, destroys order (how can you lose 15 generals at once) and causes confusion. This distraction allowed BH to gain strength again

My conclusion: maybe BH is a plot, maybe it is not. But I know it is a very weak plot if that. The primary reason BH is having a field day is that the commander in chief has dropped the ball. Simple End of story. QED. Shikena.

Q: What has GEJ learned in the first term. If he wins the re-election bid, what will he do differently.

A: He's going to address perception because perception is more powerful than reality. Most of the problems of his govt is with perception.
This argument would hold some water if the elections had held last week. The fact that a president used the army to force INEC into moving the elections tells us two things:

1. This is not just a perception problem. Using the army to force the hand of an independent electoral body is cheating. This is reality, not perception.
2. GEJ will not change. His character and underhanded ways will not change. Why? Because power brings out the true nature of the individual. And If GEJ is willing to take the nation to the brink, it is obvious he is neither a statesman nor has the character to be a president.

Before the election was postponed, I would have agreed with you. It was too close to call. GEJ did himself a disfavor by interfering so openly. While this may blunt Buhari's internet momentum, it actually hurts GEJ's reputation on the ground. There are moderates who still see some economic good in GEJ.. Openly using the military for a power grab will cost him half of that portion of the electorate. I actually laughed when I heard the election was postponed. He whom the gods wish to destroy...

none of the things you mentioned is specific to introverts.Perhaps you are just reserved? @birdman

You know one thing about geopolitics is that to be effective in it you have to lose yourself, meaning loosing all pride, sentiments, religious or national attachments etc and focus on the truth as you must be truthful to yourself as well.

Nigerian policy makers are awake as you are i suppose and they are cooperating with their friends and allies. i can see how much help those touted allies have given to Nigeria , both military ,diplomatic and moral (media support) support as Boko Haram is crushing the soul of the nation.

I won't say anything about this anymore but just stay awake, i know the common blackman too well .
Nigerian policy makers, the real technocrats know exactly what needs to be done. Dont confuse the current crop of political appointees with the capable Nigerians on ground. Several mistakes in which GEJ sold Nigerians out were highlighted at various levels, only to be shut down by the greedy appointees. You really think the brains that flew an army contingent all the way to Liberia and wiped out Johnson and Taylor's armies cant handle BH a few hundred kilometers from our 1 mechanized division? Unfortunately, the captain of the ship at the moment is distracted/clueless/scared/careless/bribed...frankly no one knows. Any technocrat proposing an agenda that will save Nigeria from BH, vulture loans etc is going to need serious political backing and GEJ is unfortunately is not up to task. At this point, the only sane option is Buhari. I shudder at what another 4 years with $40 per barrel will do to this nation. Our collective psyche is already as low as it has ever been.

I'm always awake.

i will say yes to your first question but not that Obama is selling out to Kenya but that he was entrapping Kenya to be sold, that relationship(as they were meant to believe) was what lead Kenya into US terror fold, and sending troops to Somalia, that relationship was what has messed Kenya up with IMF/ICC/WHO etc cus they fell in with the mindset that Obama is a friend.

I will say NO to your second question but not because the question is valid or can successfully be compared to the situation we were talking about but i am saying NO because those two events does not share any characteristics apart from the names of Nations involved. the question you should have asked to validate that response is " was Nigeria at that time going to UK/USA as a sovereign Nation ? Are we going to UK as a Sovereign Nation that has all the right to determine its future and that of its citizens and independently charting the course of our development ? NO, we were a colonial property and that is an open fact, there you are. In Buhari's case(i may say Tinubus ) this is a simple case of asking for foreign parasitic interference in Nigerian affairs as long as it serves their selfish political ambitions, it's not the first time we've seen this and i wonder whats surprising about that, put simply Nigerians are sold out even before they vote a leader.

On your third Question my answer is Yes,Yes and Yes again. the only avenue Jonathan's regime has been effective is in selling out Nigeria, Jonathan/Okonjo/Madueke trio. As a Buhari supporter i don't expect you to ask how Jonathan sold out.

On the rest of your post it reaffirms what i heard in a discussion with Namibian brothers last June, that most African nations has been under neocolonialism long enough that they now not only accept it as a natural extension of their polity but they will suffer paralysis if such appendage is to be severed.

Before you start screaming conspiracy theories, i am not the sort that theorize, since i always lose my focus doing that, rather i apply simple syllogisms to facts. 2 plus 2 will always be four. and if it's raining outside and you go out without your umbrella or raincoats you will be soaked, now screaming conspiracy when a man simply asked for an umbrella because it is raining is a bit extreme isn't it ?
This year is crazy. I should have replied you earlier but I guess being busy is a good thing. In any case, I see that you did not provide proof of any of your assertions. Granted we do not need legal proof, but circumstantial proof is a bare minimum in my opinion. The basis of syllogism is hard facts. Without those facts, you end up anywhere you choose.

Speaking of your Namibian brothers and neocolonialism, I suspect that most reactionaries that tout that term don't really know what it means. Which is why most African revolutionaries fail terribly. They live in a world of their own construct, selectively choosing which events to remember. Little wonder no one pays attention to them, least of all their enemies. The impracticality and absurdness of their position prophesies the doom of their cause.

For the rest of us with clear eyes, we fully understand that independence and cooperation are not mutually exclusive. And while we reserve our sovereign, God given right to determine our own destinies, we have no problems working with others.
