A40:Good to know. I feel Gobert needs to be flogged somehow still ![]() |
Eruditor:As in 2006, 14 years ago? No lol. He is worse in every category than that Miami LBJ except in getting to the rim. He is no longer the physical specimen he used to be and it affects how he imposes his will on the game. Even as a facilitator he is not as good. That he is still the most valuable player in the league after 20 years is crazy. But father time is knocking. |
SmooshCHN:You are posting a lot these days. Abi o ti quarantine |
chic2pimp:name the weapons. pls |
A40:To be honest, Westbrook probably did as much damage to Durant by hogging the ball that series ![]() |
A40:why not. the virus had 2 whole months to infiltrate. 2 months! I am more worried for african countries right now though - there are europeans trying to get to usa by force, and they are transiting via african countries, thus spreading it. Durantula will be fine. the biggest fear is upper respiratory and cardiac issues - for a athlete like KD, this will be a minor inconvenience. |
SmooshCHN:Lebron iced him in the finals years ago. you cant use warriors as a benchmark. the splash brothers made sure you couldnt load up on him. |
aliondo:KD is a homebody. Prolly washes his hands every hour. He is fine. Now kyrie otoh... |
DeeMain:So we are women abi. ![]() Speaking of which where are ewuro4 and lolawilliams |
A40:U mean close eye. Dem dey open eye do dat kain tin? ![]() |
A40:A year to be watchful and deliberate. |
The sad thing is we had 2 months to put measures in place. And somehow waited until it got out of hand. Yankee is learning a hard lesson Nigerians already know. No matter how many brilliant citizens you have, bad leadership will render it useless. |
SmooshCHN:lol. this is true. I have encountered some ancestral peppers. ![]() |
youngestgrad:beal is just clueless imo. but stinking rich too, so issokay ![]() lillard - i think what we are calling loyalty is more about his personality. he is comfortable and doesnt want to change. He can play 20 years, no ring, no finals, cash out and be still be good. Which is cool i guess. |
aliondo:Flesh and blood did not reveal this to you ![]() |
Sooooo... Ty Lue rejected head coach of LA Lakers and now is assistant coach for LA Clippers. ![]() Villagers at work ![]() |
See ehn what happened to spike lee in MSG is the reason I will never give 100% loyalty to any franchise. 28 years top customer, and owner wakes up one day and decided to treat him like crap. At least with players I can support those who give back |
Harden is right to hit back. Im repping Giannis any day but he's wrong to keep taking direct shots at another player. That's low, disrespectful even |
Roland17:Remember Mavs under Don Nelson with Nash, Nowitzki, Nick Van Exel. Or Dantoni's potent Suns with Nash ,Amare, Joe Johnson, Matrix and co? Those guys were ridiculous when it came to 3s - in todays league they would score 140+ nightly. But no rings. Granted, this is a different era, and the league encourages small ball. Buut playoffs are about matchups and adjustments. Not having bigs is a glaring hole that will be exploited come playoffs. Add to that, 3s dont fall easy under playoffs pressure...we could easily get bounced in the first round by a team with a veteran coach or floor general. Our likely first round opponents at 3-4 seed are Mavs and Jazz, two teams that fit the bill with savvy coach, grimy team. Or, Thunder even, and you know CP3 would have a wet dream bouncing us in the first round ![]() |
A40 you were right. Dantoni had a hand in this small ball nonsense ![]() |
Roland17:He has been on my team since beginning of the season. He should have blown earlier this year. Kemba being out for a bit has given him more room I think |
Looks like Tatum heard me. If he keeps this up, issallover. I'm keeping my crown ![]() |
Skip leg day ![]() Lmao |
inside life for deontay. see as everybody dey jump off bandwagon shamelessly. cold world |
A40:Indeed. An older, more mellow MJ. I saw another of MJs interviews like a week before Kobe passed. He talked like an older man, just looked weird to me at the time. The unsettling part of the speech for me was seeing Bill Russell. I was thinking last year this man doesnt have long - you can see he has turned the corner when it comes to aging. But he is still here, and someone far younger is not. This life. |
Roland17:Against clippers you guys got shafted by refs too. And it was at home I think. Is it style of play or what? |
donlittle25:Amen! ![]() |
Killrhymz:This was not boxing. It was a beating. Supernatural beatdown |
embiid making a strong case for a skilled big man in this league. Granted it was against the shorthanded nets, but he earned his stripes tonight. |
A40:lol ![]() |
Palehair:Man, stop that emotional blackmail stuff - it aint gonna work here.. If you believe gender is fluid, go ahead and believe for yourself. The issue is trying to emotionally bully and recruit other people into your beliefs. We know what has happened to people who tried to speak their minds on this issue - see how they dealt with Tim Hardaway. The LGBTQIA+ (they are still adding letters o ) that are forming victim are the people trying to convert everyone else instead of live and let live.It is one thing to respect other people's beliefs like LBJ, CP3, Melo etc will do as businessmen and icons. This is not the case with Wade, - there seems to be a genuine seed of confusion that has been planted in this man, to where even his own identity is now transforming. And we know how the media, especially Hollywood likes to make black men pay the price for fame and access - preferably by denying their masculinity. This is what appears to be going on here. I hope Wade has enough real friends and family to help him find himself in the web of lies that he is struggling with - his wife wont do it. The primary lie is that he needs to accept nonsense to keep his fame and status. Real success comes from God, not men. And somebody needs to remind him!! |
Roland17:whew! ok. I thought it was just me that noticed the shift. I think his wife's leanings are rubbing off on him too - he is getting involved in things the old dwade would not care for. I wonder if his good friends LBJ, CP3, Melo will say something - seriously though, how do you talk to a friend brother about something like this? Or do you just keep quiet and move on. |
