The SC nullified the LG elections and subsequently Gov. Fubara disbanded them all with a word of encouragement.

Upon this, Speaker Ahmaewule representing the RSHA sent a memo to Gov. Fubara to resubmit a list of names for commissioners that will be screened and approved through the legitimate Speaker and other members of the legislative house...

In other words any appointments that were subject to the screening and approval of the Ahmaewule led RSHA previously made by the 3 member RSHA and the Gov. Fubara remains null and void. It all remains null and void.


It's not up to 30 days when all these were done and people are blaming the Sole Administrator for removing people from office !!!

Upon the judgement given by the SC, Speaker Ahmaewule representing the RS legislative house sent an order informing the governor of presenting the 2025 budget, the governor in turn said his lawyers has not received the CTC of the SC judgement and shown him..
He was given a timeline for such twice which he defaulted.

Likewise he was asked to present his list for commissioners to be screened .....a
The governor also defaulted.

Upon receiving the CTC through his lawyers , he now went to forward a message to the legislative house for a meeting with them about payment of their entitlements and others...

Does the above in any way look like the governor was ready to present the 2025 budget or he was still tryijg to flex his muscles with them .......

There are channels of communication and the State Governor or Sole Administrator will never break those channels.

He is just a magistrate judge amongst magistrate judges and there's a superior officer who is the Chief Magistrate Judge at that level.

Apparently he is saying he can't work with the Chief Magistrate Judge and also the CJ of the Rivers State....!!!

Why are we not seeing other colleagues of him resigning, if that is the case?
