I want to believe it was all a gift and they did not consider to remove the price of such from whatever debt owed by the FG !!!!


It's more than high time the FG sends this no good contractors and business people packing.

I believe your point was what was been practiced during the Gowon administration where people are sent to specific foreign countries for different study and training and to return back and transfer that knowledge and improve on the physical development of the places or States they find themselves.

Whatever energy supplied through each transformer is multiplied by whatever factor and the number of hours it was supplied to that transformer and bills are printed not based on each building usage but based on whateve they seem fit. Don't miss the point, his appointment is extra-constitutional in itself to start with. And then to add that his appointment letter cannot give him authority which the constitution has not given him. That's the point.

He cannot appoint RSIEC membership without a house of assembly approval. That appointment is not an exigency and cannot therefore be made under the emergency rule.

This is a bold and straight move by the Rivers State Government through the Sole Administrator.
Since the NBA received Rivers State funds specifically for hosting it's conference within the State and have decided to tow the path of changing it's venue to Enugu, the NBA should return the #300 million naira given them without any form of delay.
The Sole Administrator of Rivers State should not even stop at his statement, he should ensure he uses the Court to prosecute the NBA to return such funds.
No time for emotions and political sentiments.

They want to use Rivers State funds to go grow the IGR of Enugu State.....!!!!
