Nemere2020:This Emir before he was dethroned by the dollars governor how many policies did he put in place guiding and instructing those in Kano State to ensure that Kano State his home State is not riddled with miscreants, almagiri likes, youth unemployment, etc, etc....... Or is it to come tell us that he adviced his daughters that are married to slap their husbands back if the husbands ever slap them!!! I guess the Koran and other religious books that guide them teaches them to practice such. Emir SLS is very pained right now knowing fully well that the present Kano State governor and government can't truly dethrone Emir Ado. PBAT truly is the one who will put them in their respective places. God truly have a strange way of fighting the enemies of the land. They will all see shege and a new crop of leaders will emerge and the old will be discarded like waste. |

Sheuns:The Lagos State government can find them all. After the initial joint account of the LG/SG had a semblance of FG funding and a counterpart funding from the SG. No one knows if that SG counterpart funding ever came since for many States it was the SG that did virtually every thing. So now that the LG have been given financial autonomy the SG can release funds to all the LCDAs. In some other States it's called RDAs(Rural Development Areas). |

soar24news:I just laugh over these comments. Does he need to tell the church what to do? I even read that someone quoting Scripture, saying give honour to whom honour is due.... The only honour that should be given any governor or any politician in the church or house of God or gathering of saints is when such personality is given the mic and told you read a section of the Holy Bible as it pertains to the activities for that program for that day. The church is not the ground or environment to be saying whatsoever that is not of God. You can't be insulting your perceived enemies directly and indirectly and the church is your medium to pass such because of political differnceisnd ideologies. Well, I guess some churches respect personality and money more than God who has called them to do His work. Never forget,God is not a respecter of persons. |

Edygrin:I do not think there's anything worth while any personality and even any celebrity can do to add value to the administration of any governor and government......... No matter how much the celebrity may have, if you don't collect from this governor because of the excuse he gave he may likely collect from the next governor for probably worse things and such is life. |

blackgold2018:Number 1 is completely irrelevant. Number 2 looks like something spoken out of hearsay. There is no militant that will destroy oil pipeline in the the time we find ourselves in the Niger Delta!!!! If I may ask you which of them in Rivers State will go and destroy pipeline that Asari Dokubo and some others have collected pipeline surveillance contract works? It seems you don't know that will speak doom for the surveillance contractor and even the one who went ahead to destroy the pipeline? The days when such happens and nobody is held accountable for long gone and past, it's entirely past tense and can't happen again except those the surveillance contractors feel that they can get more money from the State government to allow such vandalism happen within their territory and jurisdiction. Make no body deceive you and even if you think you are capable to doing such, I repeat let none deceive you. The Nigerian government have changed in a lot of ways. |

Bobloco:I don't understand if the individual who put up this post is trying to be misleading or the individual saying the things written in the post is the one trying to mislead himself and the gullible...... How does increase in telecom tariff reduce inflation: what manner of insolent talk is this? If it were true that an increase in tariff would reduce inflation then why then would the FG through the NCC not allow their proposed 100% increase stand? Also this idea of saying an increase in tariff would improve productivity is also a very big obessed lie. These telecom companies have fed over fat and given when the price of fuel was even cheap we still experience serious bad network connection even in metropolitan urban areas and even major cities, how much more what will happen in local areas and communities where even though one sees a Telecom mast, one is not assured that it works!!!! This people did not increase productivity when fuel was cheap is it now that fuel is expensive that they would increase productivity? This country is ridiculously become an over burden to stay in.... 4 Likes |

Morbeta11:At a time when sane minds are looking up to the judiciary to be unbiased and give learned judgements, we now have one so called lawyer stating that the former governor has set a precedent by using 6 State legislators to pass budget of the State and in like manner the person incumbent should follow same practice and this is coming from the Rivers State High Court and the so called judge is allowing such practice from a former governor and former legislators as precedent !!!!!! I just dey laugh this High Court Judge. With thos kind of State High Court ruling and someone somewhere is complaining about an Abuja High Court!!!!! Tufiakwa. |
