The executive list which is the core of Nigeria.
Controls the police
controls the military and all security agencies
controls INEC
Controls water ways
control oil and gas

Influences the national assembly
controls CBN

The list goes on and on. That is why the ethnic groups fight blood to take charge of the center.
Yorubas and Fulanis have enjoyed this central power for decades but couldnt provide Nigeria ordinary electricty.
It was Buhari who decentralized Electricity. It has been in the hands of the central govt for decades.
The central govt single handedly took control of Federal universities and determines what should be taught and what should be researched on.
They closed down all research centers in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka after the war. What a funny country. Countries develop based on research and science and technology. This one, because of fear of seccession, they closed down researches, limited international access by other regions. The list goes on. Do u think u are discussing with naive person? The judge that presided over that case and passed that judgment should be sentenced to death.

As for the governor Adeleke, rather than use this as only a means to score cheap political point, you should be looking into the kind of laws or loopholes in the law that will give a judge that kind of power to sentence someone to death over theft of a chicken. Except there is more to this case than we are being told, the root is what we should be cutting not the leaves.

Those are allegations you cannot prove. You should refrain from dealing in heresay and sidetalk if a person genuinely and mainly concerned with leaders providing solutions to drive Nigeria towards developed nation status. If critical thinking you should be focusing on what matters progressively for Nigeria.

For example, you should be querying Shetimma's effort to secure education for the entire North and end the redundant practices of almajiri system that are both causes of illiteracy, youth restiveness and unemployment which combine to be effective recruitment Sergeants for terrorism, banditry and kidnapping gangs across the North.

My concern is that so many expensively educated Northern leaders, from Shetimma to SLS and co, are good at eloquently talking the talk but not one appears able to walk the walk , like Awolowo, leading to the North now having one of the worst human development index on Earth and contributing 87% to the number of most poverty-stricken Nigerians.
