Looks like the release of info from my own reliable source is long overdue. A close source told me that GT upfront has been reviewed to 10m annually because they want us to stick to the job and not chase after chevron, total etc

I used to think like you, applying logic to explain everything. Yes your assertion makes so much sense ordinarily. However, you fail to understand that for the fact that everyone prays to God, only God sees their heart and know the genuine people. Secondly, out of the few genuine people, some carry the grace of working in NNPC while others have been destined to bring glory to His name in other spheres of life. Not that I am discrediting hardwork, but don't make the mistake of thinking that only your hardwork got you through because the "equation of prayers" has been balanced as everybody prays. If it is by hard work only, there are some people much smarter than you who didn't make it past the CBT for reasons as ridiculous as network failure.

Be guided, God is not man that you can use logic to decipher His ways, he can choose to give a madman a position you have worked and prepared so hard for just to make you understand that it is not by your power.

How did God make your first class possible? This is the kind of teaching that kills people's creativity. Even bible says he gives sunlight to both good and bad people. If you study well, you will pass. If you work hard, you will succeed irrespective of your religios disposition. My cousin now doing masters in the US on NLNG scholarship said something about his department. There are chinese, Americans, Russians etc in his class who were on scholarship too and majority of them were athiest. They were all brilliant and he felt like the dumbest person in the class. This people will go clubbing on sundays and still come back and top the class with 2 or 3 Nigerians who think prayers is what works. This is not to say that prayers is bad, but how can you explain your self to Athiests who are doing exceedingly well.To me, i believe in God. Even if God wants to give you something, he will give you the tools needed to be competent in it. You are misunderstanding the point. When God says he is a God of justice, what does it mean to you? Now, the statement, LOVE IS BLIND doesn't have any real correlation with the EYE rather, it posits that being blind in love is an ability of a person influenced by love to do ANYTHING WHATSOEVER for his/her lover irrespective of its consequence- whether it deprives him/her of something dear to him/her or not. Now, this kind of love is rare.

But God gave us Jesus Christ, His son who died for us and He didn't bother about the consequence, God still loves us unconditionally even when we are not worthy. Can we now say that He is blindly in love with us even when we err from time to time? God's love for us is blind but He sees clearly else, we would have been consumed.

1. I think the frequency of the AC matters alot. A relatively low frequency will damage your appliance not just batteries alone. The higher frequencies means that the AC and DC produced is smooth enough for safe operation of your electronics.

2. Another source of instability might arise when load (your electronics) is imposed on the generator. The magnetic flux used to generate current is not sourced from a permanent magnet but an electromagnet which means that part of the current generated is used in creating magnetic field. This could alter the balance of the circuit if a controller (AVR) is not in place to restore balance.The problem here is that most small gens e.g tiger, honda etc don't usually have AVRs and so an unsteady AC and DC is produced.

In summary, the unsteady current due to current fluctuation is what damages your phone batteries. How does it damage your batteries? I have the following theories from a chemical engineering point of view.

1. First of all, direct current is what is used to recharge/restore the potential of batteries through a principle known as electolysis. A steady state current demands that the ions of the electrolyes at the cathode terminal are properly disengaged and restored. An unsteady system will result to a haphazard molecular arrangement of the electrolyte lattice which will reduce the performance of the battery.

2. Unsteady flow of current might lead to a break down of the components that make up the battery because of difference in 'coefficient of expansion' of the battery components. You could notice this by the unusual rise in temperature of the battery when charging.

Note: coefficient of expansion is just the ability of a material to increase in size on the application of heat. Differences in this ability may result in hobbling of the army of molecules in the said appliance or device.

You are wrong. It is experience that informed my understanding.

Secondly, that something has draw backs does not make it sinful for instance, jumping from a very high tree for no reason is not sinful but harmful. Smoking cigarate is not a sin but it is harmful. Suicide is not a sin but definately not a good thing to do.

Real life experience: I have a friend, 35 to 36 years old, who is a medical doctor but sadly has a very serious case of halitosis and body odour. To compound the issue, the guy is not so attractive (I hate to say this but it is the sad truth). I don't think he has ever successfully wooed a lady, one would always feel his frustrations whenever topics on marriage came up. I have seen pieces of tissue paper mixed with semen that in a way smells of vaseline or body lotion in his trash bin but i have never for once brought it up to him. I simply look the other way. I am sure the 'righteous' people in church will say he deserves to go to hell because he has disobeyed God's law on immorality.

No one will go to hell because they masturbated. Masturbation is not a sin but like smoking and drinking, it is healthier to stop.

To me, the biggest problem in the church today comes from doctrines taught by pastors/ministers with very low IQ. How is masturbation a sin? What exactly is sin? How is masturbation God's business or how is it affecting your fellow man?

If someone is not finanically capable of getting married, how is such a person supposed to ease his sexual tension? Mastubation at worse is just a dirty linen that should be washed inside.

No one should be held captive by peoples asinine opinion about God's principles. Alot are religious sentiments and errors born out of a sense of guilt. I agree that it is better not to masturbate and too much of it may cause problems upfront but it is not a sin. You can choose to believe it or not. Why will God create men and women with strong sexual desires, who may not and may never find their life partners, forbid them from sex outside marriage and still forbid them from relieving their sexual tension themselves? People ascribing sin to masturbation are indirectly calling God a silly bully.

Nevertheless, there are dimensions of operation in the kingdom where you must present your self completely holy before God and abstain yourself from things like masturbation, alcohol and even marrital sex (yes, believe it) but that does not mean mastrubation or the latter is sin that could take you to hell. It will at worse desecrate you albeit spiritually.

Before you start attacking me, I have never masturbated so I think I have the moral standinng to make this comment.
