opidalo:
Well, ACs (Assessment Centers) are usually tailored to expose candidates to exercises the coy feels will best test them on key requirements for the job, both in the short and long term. They want to see if the candidate can perform at activities (or the likes of them) he/she will, on a daily basis encounter on the job. Therefore ACs generally would comprise of a number of activities such as group work (to test how you handle working with others), case study (how best you solve problems especially those typical of the organisation), presentation (obviously to test presentation skills), one-on-one interview (or panel, depending on the coy). These are just the common activities you can expect at a typical AC and usually takes the whole day. So for an engineering coy, they may decide to make their case study problem one that has to do with a typical operational issue for example or the group work designed for your team to build/construct something from basic materials supplied to you. The activities can take any shape really, it all depends on the qualities they are looking out for. As a consolation, employers usually (mostly) inform well ahead of time what the AC would entail and how you can prepare for it.

NB: This is not to mean it's the way FMN is going to take. There's no way of knowing for sure. It's only a guess since most coys these days use Assessment Centers while recruiting their trainees.
Thanks! see you at the top.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: How Long Does It Take To Realize That You Are In The Wrong Job? by BlackHummer(m): 5:39pm On Dec 22, 2016
ItuExchange:
I was making $35,000 as an assistant manager at Walmart in 2004. I interviewed with Costco thinking I’d never get the job so I shot for the stars and requested $60,000. The interview went well but I was sure they were going to hire someone else. I’d only been drug-free for like three years and I had this lingering feeling that I’d be a loser for the rest of my life.† To my pleasant surprise, I nearly doubled my salary and got the job.

I thought I’d made it. I was still living with my parents, paying them $400 a month rent (because, well, this is the US and parents charge adult children for rent and even if they didn’t, I wouldn’t live with them without paying something) and suddenly I had all this money. I was so excited. I really believed that I’d turned a corner in my life.

I walked into my job and by the time I left that day, I knew something was wrong. By the end of the first week, I knew I’d made a horrible mistake. I couldn’t believe I’d left a job as a manager at Walmart —which I loved, believe it or not— for a job that I knew within one day that I’d hated. (Note: Costco is an amazing company, one of the very best; this particular issue was with my warehouse manager and the specific job I was tasked with).

And man did I hate it. I stuck it out for four months then began frantically applying around. I ended up landing the job that I’d stay at for six years (Kohls) that started out great, but ended up sucking the life out of me (no knock to Kohls, who is one of the few companies that treats managers with grace and dignity).

It takes a while for me to know I love a job. It takes me a few hours to know that I’m gonna hate it. My instinct has never been wrong so far.

†When you get defeated like that, you spend a lot of time imagining what success would be. I ended my senior HR role at over 100k and I hated my life. I took a huge pay cut to do something I liked. I’ve worked my way up to a great salary, but through all of these years, I didn’t realize that the paycheck didn’t make the success (but it doesn’t hurt). If you’re miserable and you hate the job, no amount of money makes it worth it.

I doubt if it would still work. Those tiger batteries have a high internal resistance

But pls christians should exhibit tolerance and know their boundaries.....i still don't understand why a sane person will carry megaphone and be disturbing a residential area all in the name of preaching.....heck life in Nigeria is hard....dont aggravate it the more by denying us good sleep.

I have severally warned my estate security guys from allowing those Lord's chosen members from entering the estate and preaching with huge megaphones sometimes as early as 4.30am....we even got the former security guys sacked for this anomaly....same way as long as I remain on d estate board...no church or mosque will be erected in that estate.....we all need to exhibit decorum and live like civilised people .
I agree with you. It is good to evangelise but we should employ wisdom when we do so. I share your opinion. It is absolutely inappropriate to wake up in the morning with a loud speaker in the name of gospel. She evangelised, which is the right thing to do as a christian, but in a wrong way. I wouldn't want muslems disturbing my serene atmosphere in the morning with morning loud cries

Busayorafael:
I haven't professed my belief yet. Don't be presumptive.
Now, tell me, how did he find you?
God found me using 3 different mediums:
1. The agency of spiritual songs: this could hardly be explained. It is better experienced. Those who have experienced God from the impulse of deep spiritual songs will understand this.
2. Undying conviction: at some point, I asked deep questions about the origin of the universe, why bad things happen to good people etc. These questions were honest and sincere. My fellow christian friends didn't help matters; they postulated that I wasn't initially genuinely saved, that's why I asked such 'blasphemous' questions. I struggled with believing God but then there was this undying conviction about the existence of God. As a result, I pulsated between agnostism, pantheism and atheism. Then number 3 came to the rescue.
3. Jehovah Jireh: While I was in my dark state of disbelieve, I had this inner witness that God was pruning my motives and desire for him. But I thought they were just residual christian ideologies persisting in my thoughts. It was layed in my heart that God was with me even though I thought my pursuit of God was nothing but a wild goose chase. One day, I was somewhere in lagos and short of transport. Then my spirit became 'alive' and I became so conscious of a presence I can't explain. I became so convinced that somehow, I would find my way home. When I finished the business of the day (around 8pm), I stepped out of the building where I worked and for no reason, a car stopped and the partially drunk guy driving said with a smile said, "you look like my guy" come in let me give u a lift. Since we were going different directions, he dropped me at a bus stop and went his way. While I was still deliberating whether or not it was all coincidence, a taxi driver stopped within 5mins after I was dropped at the bus stop, and gave me another lift. He dropped me at a spot where I got a bus going my way and the amount I had on me was exactly sufficient. This did not happen once. One time, I and a friend had transportation that was just sufficient for one person. A taxi driver stopped and offered to pick both of us with the exact amount we had with us, which was just enough for one, even without us telling him what we had initially. Finally, at least 3 different men of God have told me my purpose in life. I would be very foolish to call all these coincidences. God proved to me that He is Lord and He can neither be compelled nor tested. He clearly showed me that He keeps watch over me and will always provide for me. He revealed himself to me as Jehovah- Jireh

Atheists will say they don't believe in God and religion blah blah..
But technically atheist is a religion on it own.
What an irony grin
Some Atheists honestly don't believe in God, spirituality etc. Since religion is tied to faith in something that cannot be proven or illustrated with empirical evidence, your premise that atheism is a religion on its own is flawed. I was somewhat of an atheist until God found me again.
