The likes of Terminator 6, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Kingsman 3 all staked claim to prime real estate that month, joining the likes of Frozen 2 and (for now) an untitled Fox/Marvel film. November 2019 resembles the summer movie season, with a number of franchise sequels and family films competing for attention

So releasing WW2 in a highly competitive November 2019 window is risky cuz WW2 may end up not grossing the amount of money that WB is expecting due to competition from other big movies releasing that month.

Actually I believe that WW2 can beat Kingsman 3 and Terminator 6 in box office.
But beating Frozen 2 can be really hard.

Seeing as the first movie grossed over $800m.
WB knows that WW2 is another money spinner and they want to make easy money with no risk or competition attached so they moved WW2 to an free flowing and easy month of June 2020.

It's a very good decision.
