When this case first came out that is exactly what came to my mind because it makes no sense for her to forge an exemption certificate.

I can just imagine her asking how to go about it and someone says don't worry I will handle it for you just pay xyzNaira. Few days later she gets the certificate from the trusted person and she presents it and its accepted and she doesn't even know its a fake until years later.

I do feel for her.

I finally had time to watch the video in which Abba Kyari was accused of collecting 29 million Naira bribery for contract through his house boys' account. It's a one hour three minutes video. A must watch. I nearly cried at one point when that Police officer began to explain how the DSS officials assaulted him in the presence of his two year old child.

Wow!

This is what I got from the video

1. The complainant has strong evidence to show that Abba Kyari asked for the bribe and that he has paid the bribe into a certain account . He has the account number where the money was paid ('the money was said to have been paid into Ado’s Access Bank account with number 0695098490'). He has phone numbers and other information that can easily be verified and corroborated.

Efcc won’t invite him for questioning now bt if it’s saraki they will put up a circus show.

If it was Saraki the IGP EFCC DSS would all have sent a squad of officers to invite him...

But since its A sacred COw none of them will be interested in the case.

The police officer investigating the case was detained for more than two months because he wanted to do the right thing.

The man making the allegations has proven documents, bank transaction and details of payment to a third party that is a close friend to Abba Kyari

The man making the allegations was detained but because of in-controversial evidence he was released and told to hush it. The DSS and EFCC are afraid to handle any matter that involves the chief of staff


It's a simple matter......THE CHIEF OF STAFF SHOULD SUE FOR LIBEL and DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER if INNOCENT AND STOP USING THE PARAPHERNALIA OF THE PRESIDENCY TO ISSUE LAME AND UNNECESSARY STATEMENTS.
