Deaf, stingy Nigerians, including "rich" people, I introduced a car dashboard camera which would change Nigeria forever if every motorist bought it; nobody wants to buy as it's "expensive". These go-slow robbery, kidnapping, and even resolving issues from accidents would be severely cut if they agree - they refuse. To hell with them. Congrats to them my bi is dead on that front and I'm no longer selling any new ones once this last one is bought

PoliticsRe: Senate Crisis: Saraki’s Loyalists Beg Buhari: The Nation by blackprowler: 7:32am On Aug 22, 2015
The fundamental mindset of our so-called "leaders" on what democracy is is wrong. Saraki is part of Nigeria's "business as usual" people, being a second-generation leech on Nigeria. He has irrevocable blacklisted me on twitter, being careful not to block so I don't claim victory, BUT on this issue, I back him. Morally he was not so upright, but as far as democracy is concerned, if he could listen to me, I would tell him what to do. Buhari is not the king of Nigeria. Nobody should care whether he likes them or not. He is the one who should be vulnerable sef. Saraki should not beg anything. Let him stick to his gun. He emerged from a perfectly legal process and if there are any misgivings, blame it on the non-existence of a law orrule which he would have violated. "Where there is no law, there is no sin."
The APC should have factored in popularity of a candidate across the aisle before selecting a nominee for principal offices. Did they? Worst of all, on the day AND TIME of the vote, APC senators abandoned it to jaw-jaw with King Buhari. GOOD FOR THEM! Nigeria is a joke. The best are rotting away somewhere and the mediocres, champions of our backwardness are the ones at the helms of our affairs. What a profoundly sick society!
FamilyRe: Have You Checked Your Microwave For Radiation Lately? by blackprowler: 6:59am On Aug 22, 2015
My people, the OP is well-intentioned but sorely mistaken. At 1st glance I knew this experiment was wrong as mobile phone transmits at 800,1800 and 1900MHz and this can penetrate microwaves which are designed to transmit 2400MH. The longer wavelengths of phonecall would easily penetrate the barrier just like sound waves would penetrate walls but TV remote can't (assuming the remote is using infrared o, cos some now used other RFs).
The part I wasn't sure of was cancer risk you ppl expressed. Well, even then there is no cancer risk associated with microwaves and more interestingly, if you simply move away from even a leaking microwave, the energy simply dissipates before it would have gotten to you.
A better test I thought of and tried this morning is using your Bluetooth on two phones. Put oone in the microwave as before and try to send a small picture file from the one outside. Bluetooth uses the 2400MHz spectrum and so that would give you a correct result. My microwave failed the phonecall test but passed the bluetooth test.

For all your exotic electrical safety and devices and things you never knew existed, needed in. Your home for automation, contact me on 08055915436. I'm a highly experienced and knowledgeable entrepreneur in this field and want to introduce these devices into Nigeria.
RomanceRe: How I Intentionally Played A Fast Game On A Lady by blackprowler: 2:35am On Jul 25, 2015
proxillin:
I met this lady on a social app. She friend-zoned me for some 3 months though I made her realize my intention.

She keeps disturbing me with lengthy chats. She can chat for 24 hours. And that alone was getting on my nerves, that I started snubbing her on chat. I only respond once in a while.

I think she noticed it, she changed her tactics and started flirting..talking dirty and sending me funny pictures of her.

I took it as an invitation, so I brought up the issue of dating again. She said we should meet and discuss it.

We set a date for the date. In the morning of the set date, on whatsap she told me she is coming with a friend of her. I thought she feared for her security and was trying to play safe...I agreed they should come together.

We went to Cumbaland (Indian restaurant)...chop all the choppables (Chop my money). We still continued the discussion, she ended up not giving me any tangible answer.

2 weeks later, she said the weekend will be boring for her, she will be home alone, she said she wants to come to my house. Chaii my head bounced. I was like chaii...this is the opportunity.... On the Saturday morning when I went out to pick her at the bus stop close to my house, I saw a lady beside her, I thought the lady was just a passerby...to found out she was the same friend she brought on the first day (her makeup confused me). They came, I ran my generator for 8 ours they spent with me glued to my DSTV watching telemondo/MTV. She wouldnt even talk to me.

I later invited her to my inner room where I made my move, she refused and started cursing. So I dont want it to turn to a rape scenario, I let her go.

Later on whatsap, I asked why she keeps bringing her friend, she said she cant go anywhere without her.

I said OK...This bad thought just came to my mind. I knew I had nothing to loose again. I have spent already (thats a loss on its own). Nothing can be worse.

So I intentionally invited her over to my house this time...as usual she brought her friend which was part of my plan.

When opportunity presented itself, I collected her friends number. I took a risk, I told her not to tell my girl. To my dismay she cooperated with me, I pinged her on whatsap, she responded and we started flowing just neutrally.

The next time we agreed to go to the beach. I was very surprised to see this girl dressed sexily, even over dressed more than my girl. My eyes stayed glued on her that my girl nearly caught me. May be she did, may be not.

In the night I buzzed her and I told her how sexy she was that day. I told her I felt like kissing and foundling her that day.

She said "you should have done it in front of your girl" jokingly.

I said "Do you know my girl doesnt stop us", she said "Hmmmm"

Shockingly she said "I know there is nothing between you guys"

I was shocked. So my girl told her friend she had nothing for me.

I told the lady, why is she doing this to me? She hasnt given me any answer and when I make any move, she bark like dog. What does she want, shes confusing me....

In short, na so her friend agreed to come to my house alone ooo. It was on a rainy Saturday. She barely enters my house when we started the "You know what lipsrsealed lipsrsealed" (close your eyes).

I was at my office one day when I saw pings...my girl started blasting...

Why are men like this?
You are a dog
You are not different from others..
Men will always be men ...blah blah blah..

So if u want to date someone, its my friend that you think its right for you to date. You cheated with my friend.

I said "Madam, Let me ask you a question".

"Were we dating?"

She said "No"

I said "So whats your definition of cheating?"

She said "but u have been disturbing me for a while now"

I said "For a while? ooh and you are proud of that? And have you given me any tangible answer?"

She said "why are you impatient?"

I just told her to get a lawyer...she cursed and changed DP to funny images about guys...U know what they do na...

I found out that she read her friends whatsap chat and got to know we were fckng.

Guys....Am i really at fault?

Did I betray her?
I'm proud of you. You've pulled one back for the boys. You have no idea the great service you've done for the brotherhood. I can't tell you how much and for how long so many girls have done this. When I was younger, I used to focus all attention on one girl if I'm interested, to the exclusion of other better ones, only to get mocked and thrown away hurting and even crying. Women don't ever deserve loyalty, take it from a 40-something year-old with decades of experience. Pursue as many as possible and "score" as much as possible. The one for you would prove so over time and you'll then try to take her serious. If you take a Nigerian girl seriously, you want to suffer avoidable pain. I wish I could turn back then hands of the clock to take this my advice, but that's life: the older ones speak from hindsight which is 20-20

Based on true life story. Five years ago a prophet of GOD told a female cousin of mine that her real man that GOD has prepared for her will come for her(a medical doctor precisely) after some years, though she was in a relationship as at that time, so after five years since the prophesy the man a medical doctor has actually been disturbing her for months now, this man wont just give up (even though she just got married two months ago with another man), and he is even ready to fight with her husband, confirming the prophecy of the man of GOD five years ago.

Now she is emotionally down and dont know what to do, even though her husband is caring but this doctor is GOD's plan for her.

Nairaland is a great place to assess the level of reasoning of the average EDUCATED Nigerian. They're supposed to be better than the uneducated ones. But what do I see? Very ignorant people. Many people who are knowledgeable have left or are not as active. Everything is about tribe/region/religion. I have said if my family member who I know to be incompetent is to get govt appointment and my opinion is sought, I won't approve. If the whole govt is from one family( not one section or state) I don't care as long as they're assessed to be appropriate for their roles and would make my life better and won't infringe on my rights or cheat me.

After Nixon resigned the US Presidency, President Ford gave a speech in which he said "ours is a nation of laws, not of men..." Conversely, Nigeria is a nation of men, not of laws. Look at what difference it makes in our relative lives

I am against my blood brother to hold any position in Nigeria if they would set this country backward or unfairly give me all the good things of Nigeria, or if they would think like you in the discharge of their duties. For so long as Nigerians are busy calculating the percentage of which post goes to what tribe and section, so long also will we remain backward. CrimeRe: Robbers Kill Lord’s Chosen Church Pastor In Lagos by blackprowler: 4:30pm On Jun 24, 2015
Reading these responses just further confirms to me the bondage of religious buffonery Nigerians are in. They actually believe there's a God that protects people, a God that allows pastors get shot and killed while wearing church I'd vest; a God that allows his pastors die in plane crashes while "sinners" miss the flight. If it were the reverse, they'll claim "it's God that told him not to board the plane." Where can I start? Strong attachment to religion is always associated with backward societies. The people that have made progress have done so by freeing themselves of the bondage of religion. That bondage even prevents you from reasoning according to the evidence I'm presenting. It is that same bondage that's affecting Boko Haram but the rest of you see theirs as madness, not knowing same applies to you

Nigeria and over-qualification. While young men in their 30s who worked on the winning campaign's media team is given spokesman's role in major, successful countries of the world, in Nigeria it is the one that has finished everything in his career and greying that will bag the role. I think our greatest problem as a people is that we want to do so well that we do the wrong things. We don't find out how those superior to us do their things and try to adapt to our own place here. Almost everyone holding a post in Nigeria now has degree upon degree, most preferably PhD but the country gets worse, while abroad, most people who say they want PhD are in universities, leaving the country to be run by people with the passion for such, regardless of their certificates

The Nigerian Police is presently physically and emotionally unequipped to properly handle armed robberies, much less terrorists who are almost always out-gunning trained soldiers .... What seems proper to me is that soldiers keep on maintaining internal security, while the Police Force is then properly re-oriented and equipped to take over its Constitutional duties... What is wrong is that he's dealing with Nigeria. Nigerians are ignorant, unrealistic people. I never supported all these asset declaration rubbish. Yar'Adua could do it because his father and older brother were very prominent Nigerians who had done all the dirty work stealing money and he inherited the monies. Easy explanation. Most Nigerians can't actually believe some ordinary people earn several million naira monthly as salary. 800 million naira would look like the biggest money in the world to them. They don't realise that when we say Buhari is not rich, it is relative to his calibre of Nigerians. There are ppl who have not held the positions Buhari has held who can "dash" him the totality of the value of his assets without batting an eye. The solution to all Nigeria's problems is to educate the people and encourage them to be aware of the world because they're damned too empty but very high in emotion and noise making

Just as we complain about the growing number of unmarried ladies, I'm also worried abt the growing number of unmarried, comfortable men who are over 30 years.
A case in study is a popular friend of mine who has been working in the oil sector for more than 5 years. He clocks 33 this year. He still remains unmarried. He says he is still searching. I can count more than 10 of my friends - comfortable, hale and healthy, gainfully employed but single after working for more than 5 years..What can be the cause?
Are ladies getting scarce, or is it that there are few "wife materials" in town now? or are they simply afraid of making commitment? huh

Even Seun is one of the 30+ years old men who is yet to marry. maybe he can contribute
Maybe you should find something more useful to do with your time. In what manual did you see obligations of people are so-and-so-age? Or maybe you should start going round giving gold medals to those who have married. It is people like you that pushed a boy I brought up due to failed parentage, who abandoned me in my hardships now that he is able to do something, so that he can meet timetables of people like you. I laboured to stabilise a family due to hopeless parents who also followed pressures like yours and started families they could not take care of. I put considerations like marriage in the bin and lo and behold, I fell on hard times, the ones I've been looking out for finally reached fruition and run to be married as they're in '30s. PoliticsRe: Fg Picks Geregu, Itu As 2,400mw Nuclear Power Sites by blackprowler: 1:26pm On Jun 17, 2015
As usual, Nigeria doesn't disappoint in being a tragic joke. We could as well go to Japan and get their nuclear plants for free as they realise it's time to move on from that, not to talk of Fukushima. 10X Fukushima will happen in this joke of a country and destroy whole communities.

While the rest of the world is moving towards solar and wind sources of energy which can be decentralised to a micro-level, up to each home owner being a power-generating plant, Nigeria is bracing for further government-control of our lives, with all the attendant corruption and negligence.

I thought it would be a no-brainer for the new government to work on a favourable feed-in tariff, and incentivising schemes not Nigerians to adopt solar power generation. I tell you my dear readers, that would instantly provide tens of thousands of direct jobs and hundreds of thousand in multiplier effect. We would have sufficiency in electricity in a matter of one or two years, with a marked improvement in MONTHS.

Nigeria is a joke. I keep repeating it. We are a cursed people who would see progress elsewhere and reject it here because we are not meant to live a good life. Prove me wrong

I'm sure the vast majority commenting on here are the so-called "youth" that are different from previous generations. What a joke. Nigeria is not going anywhere.
Human beings are not a tribe. They are individuals. If people have been conditioned their whole lives to act a certain religion or tribe, it doesn't mean it is inexorable.

All the so-called education, especially wasting money for university-level education, has not made a dent in the egregious stupidity and ignorance of the Nigerian. Yet they do more of the same.

The problem with Nigeria is the Nigerian people's level of understanding and conduct. We are a primitive people still at a tribal stage of societal advancement as Lugard puts it. It may yet take centuries if we don't tear ourselves apart before then
