Dont let images from the world cup fool you, they strategically upgraded certain parts of the country so tourists would think the country is majority 1st world, but once you leave outside of those tourist zone (where the cameras rarely go unless for some sort of documentary), you'll see the real south africa. The South Africa where you won't have to go far to see the toll of the HIV/AIDs epidemic, or the extreme disdain towards anyone who is from a country north of South Africa. I have even read articles where they tell of locals threatening immigrants that after the world cup, they will be slaughtered.

In a nutshell, I think South Africa is one big disappointment. I really wish things would improve.

The country had a lot of natural beauty and vast amounts of potential, but until the mentality of the people change, they will continue in their downward spiral.

Hey house, I haven't been to Lagos in over a year, and last time I was there, I noticed quite a few Chinese restaurants, but no Mexican restaurants. Have any popped up yet?

If not, I think I would one day like to tap into that market. Mexican food is among one of the tastiest of all. If you have not had the pleasure of trying Mexican, feast your eyes on these images from google:

Canada has a very strong economy right now, and they recovered I think over 2/3rds of the jobs lost in the recession, plus they are generating more.

U.S. hands down. Britain is a fast filling Island that's getting overran by muslim extremists. Its crowded, dirty, and had nearly 430,000 of her citizens move abroad last year, so what does that tell you? Also, the average British household is smaller than any other in the western world. Do you like cramped living? I don't. Plus I hear taxes are crazy over there, not to mention the quality of the 'NHS'.

Here in America you dont live under millions of CCTVs, nor do you have to worry about a Paki blowing up your train. You can live in a 3,000 sq foot house for under $200,000 (with a 1/4 acre backyard), have affordable private insurance that gives you access to top notch medical care, and many more things. The food here is waaay better too. We have the most diversity, and the food reflects it. Classic American dishes totally outshine the bland excuses for food brits consume. I

One other thing about American is that you can come here illegally, have children (who will automatically become us citizens), and live a pretty good life if you're smart about it, millions of undocumented mexicans are doing it now lol. (not that its recommended, just saying).

To anyone considering the UK over America, all I have to say is this: enjoy your dirty, crowded, bnp loving, police/soon to be shariah state. Don't forget to say 'god save the queen' on your arrival.

I'm not surprised, everyone knows about the EXTREME income inequality in the North. That doesn't make it any less disgusting though.
