naptu2: Finally! This is what we've been calling for. I'll add the pics to my collection.
Of course the are hundreds, if not thousands of automated car-washes in Lagos (just walk into any petrol station and you'll see one), but this particular car wash is for the BRT bus system.
The BRT system has been praised by many, but in recent years, some citizens (including me) have complained that the buses are dirty and unkempt. I believe that the commissioning of this car wash is a response to our complaints.
I have one question though, will it affect the adverts on the sides of the buses? Sorry my fault for not making my point clear. I actually meant a large Vehicle car cleaning system |

Gbawe: My man, don't be deceived by my constant lack of courtesy to what you post here. I do it to you and others because that is what you do too directly plus encourage when you go around attacking many happy and fulfilled stakeholders in the Nigerian project as "haters". I actually don't dislike you. The reason for this is that my path that led to where I am today has made me understand that it is always best, either way, to know an individual stands for something. Those who are very dangerous, treacherous and worthless in every sense are the characters who are always "neutral" in the "middle" and want to be all things to all men.
Whatever motivates you, I know where you stand. Anyone who has truly lived life , with all its trials and tribulations, and come out on top will know this is a good thing. I.e knowing where people stand because they willingly reveal this. Nonetheless, this does not change the fact that GEJ is hideously corrupt and that far too many examples bear this out for you to even hope this your thread is anything but dead on arrival.
GEJ is openly mocked, even beyond Nigeria, as a very corrupt President. You do know that the USA has said the GEJ Government is not serious about fighting corruption? You will also not have missed the demand o David Cameron for the GEJ government to account for the trillions received in income in the ast years? Man mi, give it up. You should, for efficacy, focus on what you think GEJ does well instead of trying to change perceptions about areas highlighting his abysmal failings. That will only attract ridicule to your person. Knock out |

This is a great feat for Lagos State. I can think of anywhere in Nigeria that currently runs an automated vehicle cleaning system. |

Or is there any governor performin like this man? 1 million likes it is time to put mediocrity aside and replace with national growth. Nigeria should be beautiful at night |

Politics › Re: Oshiomhole Wont Use State Resources For Good Governance Tour by blacksta(m): 1:47pm On Feb 20, 2013 |
Elueme: Oshomohle should stop playing a hero and act appropriately. The national good governance tour I learnt was a product of a consensus between the federal executive council and the governor's forum and I am surprised that my Oshomohle is now dancing a different tune even when his argument against the said tour didn't sail through at the forum. Democracy is a game of both number and superior argument and he( Oshomohle) was short of these two virtues when the issue was discussed before the tour was formally endorsed. The agreement was a partnership between the federal and state. The state provides accommodation and feeding for the visiting team which comprises Nigerian union of journalists, civil society Organisations as well as government officials. Despite the monetary involvement, I think the concept behind this tour is commendable. This is what our media houses ought to live up to by taking their time to do a thorough investigative journalism to ascertain what government at all levels are doing in the areas of infrastructural development. The citizens fora which I have watched so far had afforded many opportunity to air tbeir views and also to make contribution by way of informing the govt or suggestion on pertinent issues. Also, this tour will make many state governors to seat up, if regularized. My humble advise is for the governor to play along if he had nothing to hide.. His position is most uncalled for and amount to being a betrayal. He is unnecessarily putting the state in the news for the wrong reasons but most unfortunately some may not see it this way that Oshomohle, though a good and a pragmatic leader, is an opportunist. ha ha - i dont blame you . bills must be paid. Your Edo state tour money is at stake for you and rest of 119 MOR ONS |
