Romance / Re: Can A Man Love His Woman Dearly And Still Cheat On Her? by blackweaver(m): 9:13pm On May 20, 2018
pressplay411:

The media has imprinted in our subconscious and conscious minds that cheating is inevitable in relationships and marriages. The problem is most of us end up believing it and playing to the gallery.

Truth is there are several marriages that hold trust and fidelity in high esteem and this consolidates their commitment to each other. Of course it helps if both parties are God-fearing.

Not just the media, society generally makes excuses for the man caught cheating, while vilifying the woman

If a man dat loves u cheats on u,it does not mean he hates u or does not value u any longer, it may b due to pressure of d moment or,seduction,...but he'll never think of leaving u fr d oda lady. Cos he loves.women count on love while men count on sex, even if u hate him, once uve given him sex,uve cheated (for men)
While fr women d first question they'll ask u is if u love her,no matter how many times uve sexd her..dats how we re all wired

What about if it's the woman that cheats on the man? Does it mean she doesn't love him?

The simple answer is Yes, you can love a woman dearly and still cheat on her, take or leave it.

I agree. However if you love your wife and respect her and respect women generally, you will not deliberately cheat

Cheating on your wife is a deliberate act. It’s a decision u make it’s not a mistake same goes to the wife too. because definitely would have crossed ur mind that if ur wife finds out she’ll be hurt. So it’s a decision and not mistake.

If u love someone you won’t hurt the person.

Not in all cases. If for instance the guy goes out with his friends for drinks and say his drink is spiked and he messes up, it's still cheating, but it's not necessarily deliberate
Romance / Re: Lady Dumps Man Who Wants To Marry Her Because He Can't Cook, Leaks Their Chat by blackweaver(m): 9:51am On May 14, 2018
I don't think her issue is about whether or not he can cook. I think the issue is the fact that he says that because he's a man the question is irrelevant. Basically he's implying that she will do all the cooking if they get married, she's a medical doctor and there'll be times she'll work round the clock. For him to expect her to cook for him all the time doesn't make sense.
If he said he can't cook because he never learned but he would have no issue with learning, it would have been a different case entirely.

Hello, my android phone could not power on, no recovery, no fastboot and is not charging at all. Not responding. But it is being detected with sp flashtool. I am only able to flash the preloader only. I am also able to format the device with sp flashtool also. The error i get is "error: Status_invalid_gpt"

kindly guide me through and provide a possible solution. Thanks

Is that the correct firmware for your phone? If so, select format+download, not just download only

For a 32k phone? You think he cares about that? Anyway like i've said before, the Samsung is the best of the trio

Thanks boss...my budget is around that 32k...I am based in lagos but I am presently in school at the moment

In that case, go for the Samsung Galaxy j3 2016 if you can get it. I will always take 1.5gb ram over 1gb, unless you want to risk lagging after some time has passed

lol

what about the nokia 2

Are you based in Lagos or planning to come to Lagos? What's your budget like? In slot the Nokia 2 is roughly about 32k, but if you can afford it, I would recommend that you go for the Moto E4 instead, while on Jumia you can get the Nokia 2 for 31k5, you can get the Moto E4 for about 36k and it comes with 2gb ram as opposed to the 1gb ram on the nokia 2. If however you cannot afford the extra money, you might as well buy the moto c plus on jumia, it costs about the same, has similar specs and is easier to root, or even go for the samsung j3 2016, at least that one has 1.5gb of ram and costs about the same.
I don't know about costs outside lagos though

This is how people will be spreading alarm without doing their research properly. Plastic rice for 2 months and your body won't know it?
Anyway I did a quick search and it turns out that the "plastic rice" story is a hoax. Even BBC talks about it:

You could search jumia/konga if there's any usb ethernet/wifi card or sound card. But i'm really surprised that none of those things are working. Are you sure it isn't a hardware issue?

ok it seems to be a valid issue. Check this link:

Hmm..... Thanks. The Linux mint xfce is good for a beginner right? I want to use it for programming. Also, will all Ubuntu softwares and commands work perfectly on the Linux mint xfce?

1. Xfce is as good as any other ui, and yes it's less unfamiliar than say gnome3 if you're coming from windows.
2. Yes, mint is compatible with ubuntu and they are more or less the same with minor differences that probably won't matter to you. You can install ubuntu packages on mint. In fact you could alter your software repo to point to ubuntu's repo without any significant repercussions - until you decide to upgrade to another version

Family / Re: Who Is To Wash The Dishes In This Scenario? by blackweaver(m): 5:54pm On Jan 04, 2018
RabbiDoracle:

This question should not come up if there is a dish washer jare!!!

All of them(man, fiancée, sister and mum) should put hands together, wash the plates and rinse the plates. They can even continue their talk while the washing is ongoing. Mama can be supplying them water while they wash to use and rinse.

This is my reason:

If sister washes alone, in her mind she will say the fiancée doesn't have respect.

If fiancée washes alone, she will ask in her mind if this is how they will use work and kill her.

If mama washes alone, she will say these kids don't have respect for allowing an elder to wash.

If the man washes alone, your guess is as good as mind.

But with the man using his head and telling his fiancee and sister to join him in washing and also engaging mama, there is division of labour, joy in washing plates and "Tori" can continue in the process.

I like your statement. In fact the first question I would ask is who would wash the dishes if fiancee wasn't there? If it is mum and sister, then if fiancee stays back while they are washing, that is a warning sign of trouble to come. Nobody should have to tell her to join the ladies in the kitchen - unless they explicitly tell her not to bother
Family / Re: Who Is To Wash The Dishes In This Scenario? by blackweaver(m): 6:20pm On Jan 03, 2018
All the women should carry their discussion to the kitchen, they will decide who does the washing or maybe take turns among themselves. Or maybe the men can do the washing instead.

I've tried the approach you mentioned but I always experience issue with two particular websites.

I'm thinking maybe because the websites are marketplaces with heavy contents and lots of traffic.
