I had a friend (may his soul rest in peace) who used to get really very angry in the 1980s because the WWF had a wrestler called "Kamala The Ugandan Giant". In reality this wrestler had never been to Uganda before (in fact he had never been to anywhere in Africa at that time). He is an American called James Harris and my friend was angry at the way Africans were being portrayed with the Kamala gimmick.

When Zenith Bank located at Wetheral road, Owerri, Imo state was attacked by some daredevil armed robbers in a car and the CCTV Footage was leaked to the public especially in youtube nobody was sacked by the management of Zenith bank.

But this bank in Offa took caution to the wind to sack the staff who leaked the footage. The Offa bank robbery was even more serious than that of the Zenith Bank Owerri considering the huge number of persons that were killed in the shoot out.

Why such a gross punishment?

If the head of that bank was so good managerially why did he or she not get wind of the crime and then put measure in place to stop the attacked.

Even the cctv footage did not even contain much evidence as I have watch it myself.

I agree the staff did not follow the rules in the bank but two wrong does not make a right.

The staff concern should take the bank concern to court for redress and the restoration of their fundamental rights.

Most banks have a standard Non Disclosure Agreement. This kind of release should only be done after management has sought police agreement and their top management have signed off on it. Not the staff's place to take that decision. They will definitely lose in court. Their only redress would be if the company did not follow the appropriate disciplinary process.

2 of my kids have it. It makes them have 'outies', big ones. For some people, they do a small surgery for cosmetic purposes when the baby is still a newborn. Some eventually go in but my kids' own have not. The oldest is 7 now. My husband had it when he was a baby and still has some remnants of it.

That's why Flavour is my favorite artiste to watch live. He always has something fresh with a live band to boot. Due to his roots as an open air entertainer.

I used to be so frustrated, I think I even brought his issue to Nairaland in the early years. What I did to tame him a bit was to look for his interests and engage him so as to burn off energy. He likes computer games and stuff. I also put him on a routine and stuck to it.

I engaged him in a lot of outside play. Now, he runs outside, has a trampoline and a place to tumble to his hearts content so no jumping inside the house. I usually take them for fun activities twice a month. I use it as a bargaining chip. So, if you maintain good manners, you get to go. As he grew older, I started giving him responsibilities and ensured he followed through.

He is 7 now and still very hyper but maturity is beginning to set in a bit. He still gets worked up if he hasn't had the opportunity to burn off that excess energy. His immediate is a saint compared to him but the third is his replica. Since I now have experience, I am not so frustrated and I know how to channel his energy to productive things.

Beating hardly works, it just makes them more determined. At the end of the day, don't forget to only confess positively over your kids. Don't let frustration make you say something bad. As he grows older, call him aside and talk to him. Not to reprimand him but to tell him what standards you expect of him and other such "grown up" discussions. When he does good things, hype it and shower him with attention. When he is naughty, try not to "reward" him with attention because that's what he is seeking.
